The Drug Store Truck Driving Man | A Byrds Tribute with Earl Poole Ball | Christian Parker
youtube
I've always thought this song should have been included in Sweetheart of the Rodeo, but it was released afterward. Gary Jacob played pedal steel, while Earl Poole Ball contributed some honky-tonk piano. It was the final track we recorded, and the energy is palpable! I also included another B-bender guitar solo. I particularly enjoy how the acoustic guitar, Earl, and Gary all blend together to create a beautiful ending to the album. To me, it was a perfect conclusion and a moment I'll always remember." -Christian Parker

Music Reflection
I kinda feel that I have become a bit more selective with my music taste and opening my horizon to different genres such as edm has done that to me. I have specific artist that I like in the edm world as well as the indie/alternative one. Of course in the edm world, u dont need much of a background in liking it to get quickly sucked in. It's quite a remarkable thing, there's a whole different community and vibe.
Indie on the other hand, I feel is like dark chocolate, the more you listen/try it the better it tastes/sounds. I've gotten a bit picky through out the years with the stuff I listen to.
And here is where it starts to get a bit, if you say, douchy. There are many great upcoming bands, some of them are more like one album wonders and you hear the same stuff over and over on the radio. People that aren't usually inclined to listen to other types of music in that genre will listen to the radio and be like, oooh, I really like that band now, bc of the popular songs they have heard.
There are some other people that really start liking a band when they hear the new singles and they become pretty popular, so now they are big fans of ____ bands. I've seen that happen with a few people around me lately.
There's some popular stuff out there that I just can't listen to, just bc it's not my cup of tea. Just bc it's #1 on the charts or whatever doesn't make it good, well to me in particular. So I am not really saying that I've become a music snob bc I don't think that's it but to ppl who know how much I am into music it may appear that way when they mention certain popular bands they like and I am like, yeaaaa, they've had better albums or, yeaa I don't really like them.
I'll stick to what I like and others can still to what they want which in some cases just seems like they  bandwagon.

The Power of Balance: Embracing Equilibrium in Life's Moments
My Feelings Today’s session was all about balance and equilibrium. I believe that every moment in our world is perfectly balanced, and what happens to us is part of a larger, universal perspective. About 20 minutes before the session, I felt confident and ready to dive in. But just 5 minutes before starting, my streaming app froze, and excitement mixed with anxiety took over. During the session,…

Embracing Family: A Heartfelt Musical Journey
My Feelings Today’s session was deeply personal and centered around family—the current family and the future family. I streamed the significance and strength one can derive from acknowledging and accepting their parents, grandparents, and entire family lineage, and especially yourself, just as you are. During the session, I reflected on the importance of family bonds and how they shape our…
