#He deadass did not want to save those kids#I was so surprised by how indifferent he was like damn DAMN djskdkkdkf fuck dem kids#Acting like kalego for moment there#I mean he least was like 'okay let go save them' after all the students were like going to help iruma but djskdkfk#Tbh I guess he was just thinking realistically and logically?#He was only there to protect 'his' kids so it makes sense n like the other demon there was talking how risky it would be to go help#Tbh it possible I'm reading it wrong but I think it interesting how 'nice' demons are well still demons#N have different moral to an average human (iruma)#Like technically in their world that natural not to risk yourself for a stranger even if theyre young children#Idk I think it interesting actually that balam for all that we know about him as a sweet demon has this kinda side to him#I guess it similar to how gaap is too#Since he seems so nice but voted against ameri for selfish reasons if I recall correctly
