My telescope setup.
The mount is a G11 Gemini 2 with the RA and Dec extension kit.
Starting at the bottom, there is a small UPS battery backup. Beside it is a Powerwerks 30 amp power supply. It uses Anderson power pole connectors.
On the shelf is. A Kamrui I7 mini computer. It is wired to a GL-Inet travel router, powered by usb.
The scope is a Celestron 9.25. Attached to the back is an Optec Tcf-s focuser.
On the tube is a power pole hub and a powered USB 3 hub.
The current configuration is for planets. There is a flip mirror box and a ZWO asi678c.
When imaging dso’s this is replaced with an Optec Pyxis rotator, an Optec f/.63 reducer, and a QHY 268m with filter wheel and oag.

This planetary nebula is also known as Jones-Emberson 1 and located 1600 light-years away in the constellation Lynx. The bluish white-dwarf parent star is visible near the center of the structure at an apparent magnitude of 16.8.

Late August 2024. 6 images from Cherry Springs State Park.
Equipment: Celestron C9.25 XLT scope, Optect TCF focuser, Optec Pyxis rotator, Optec F/6.3 focal reducer, QHY268M camera binned 2x2. Astrodon Series E LRGB filters.
Mount is a 23 year old Losmandy G11 with an Ovision worm on the RA axis and a Losmandy high precision worm on the DEC axis.
Effective FL: 1901 mm (f/8). Scale .82 arc-sec per pixel.
Exposures for most objects 20 x 180 seconds per color channel (RGB).
We had one night of clouds on Sunday, but it was clear enough to get polar aligned and test the mount. I shot some dark frames and biases during the time as well.
Had a pier crash during week. No damage. Reset safety positions. Discovered I can't reach zenith on motor side of mount. Ordered the RA extension. Also upgrading to Gemini 2 Level 6.
Overall, a great week. Been a year since last outing. 6 objects imaged in 4 nights! Must be a record for me!
No more trips this year. Will do some planets later this year and through winter.

In situations with high levels of cabling density, such as data centers, MPO, or MTP trunk cable are frequently employed. A competent technician must carefully terminate each fiber in a traditional, tightly buffered multi-fiber connection. The pre-terminated MPO cable has numerous fibers and transports them. MPO/MTP connections that have been factory terminated typically contain either a 12 or 24-fiber array.

Due to the common confusion between the terms MPO and MTP, several of our clients have asked us to clarify the differences between the two. MTP is a registered brand of a company that makes an MPO connection, whereas MPO is a type of fiber connector. While not all MPOs are MTPs, all MTPs are MPOs.
It meets MPO specifications. Termination of Multiple Fibers MTP is an abbreviation for "push-on" connection. Exact mechanical and optical specifications are met by MTP connectors. Patents protect a few of these aspects. The two connections hardly vary from one another to the unaided eye.
The MPO trunk cable comes in both male and female varieties. The two alignment pins sticking out of the ferrule's end identify the male connection.
Trunk cable solutions from Optec's MTP / MPO series offer an effective approach to swiftly installing a lot of cables while yet offering great flexibility for unplugging and reusing. It is particularly well suited for applications that call for high performance, fast deployment, and high density.
These high-performance, factory-tested assemblies are available in lengths and combinations that the client specifies, and they are pre-terminated with 12-fiber MTP / MPO connectors.
OM3/OM4 multimode cables terminated with MTP/MPO connectors are frequently used in MTP/MPO trunk lines, even though they can also be single mode. While fibers are joined straight through in technique A, they are connected reversely in method B. The fibers are reversed in pairs in procedure C.
They are made to offer high-density connections between network equipment since a single MTP/MPO fiber trunk cable may combine 12, 24, 48, or 72 fibers in a single interface. They also employ a straightforward push/pull latching mechanism for quick insertion and removal. As a result, installation time may be shortened and costs can be reduced.

Updated image of M101 after getting more of the gradient out of the background. Image taken at the Black Forest Star Party 2023 using a QHY268M camera on a C9.25 telescope. I used an Optec Lepus f/6.3 focal reducer.
Image was taken close to the horizon so artifacts of sky glow are present, even though the skies are Bortles 3 at Cherry Springs. Still learning Pixinsight.
