trying to get back into drawing a bit with a little sketch of one of my favorite d&d characters i’ve ever played
#he was my first character that i got to play more than like twice#his name is kairon#a variant tiefling college of lore bard#the campaign was the ‘baldur’s gate: descent into avernus’ module that fizzled out around 2022 for a number of reasons#so we never got to finish it#but my friend who was DMing it has talked in recent months about potentially starting it back up again sometime#so he’s been on my mind a lot#and i’ve changed a lot about his backstory and motivations#now that i know a lot more about how d&d works and the lore around the forgotten realms#i may even change his name. but we’ll see#but i’ve been wanting to draw him#and to practice drawing some nonsexual nudity. i’ve never been great at figure drawing so this has been fun practice for me#p

We're proud to announce the completion (well, sans Foundry module, for now) of our second Pathfinder book, Modern Weapons & Tactics of the Inner Sea! This one's about shooting people with janky-but-functional early modern repeating weapons.
...which sounds like a very specific niche now that I've typed it out like that, but also includes options for gunslinging while mounted, from behind a shield, or with mage hands instead of or in addition to your boring, mundane hands.

1 presentation down, the second presentation has been moved to next week, so now have to prep for the third presentation on Thursday
#in a way it’s good the second presentation has been moved as it gives me more time to work on the third one#but we only got told yesterday afternoon so I’ve already done most of the work#and I managed my time properly to let me get all three presentations over with this week#so I didn’t spend as much time as I’d have like prepping for the presentation I had yesterday because I needed to spend time on the second p#presentation which I found really difficult (the topic I mean)#I just don’t get how in fourth year ppl still lack time management skills#we’ve had weeks to prep for this??#and none of the ppl on this module have kids or whatever#it happens every assignment that we get an extension because someone complains and sometimes it’s good but also every time?? you can’t just#learn how to manage your time better???#ughhhhh
