PDS 70: Disk, Planets, and Moons Image Credit: ALMA (ESO/NAOJ/NRAO); M. Benisty et al.

Explanation: It's not the big ring that's attracting the most attention. Although the big planet-forming ring around the star PDS 70 is clearly imaged and itself quite interesting. It's also not the planet on the right, just inside the big disk, that’s being talked about the most. Although the planet PDS 70c is a newly formed and, interestingly, similar in size and mass to Jupiter. It's the fuzzy patch around the planet PDS 70c that's causing the commotion. That fuzzy patch is thought to be a dusty disk that is now forming into moons -- and that had never been seen before. The featured image was taken in 2021 by the Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA) of 66 radio telescopes in the high Atacama Desert of northern Chile. Based on ALMA data, astronomers infer that the moon-forming exoplanetary disk has a radius similar to our Earth's orbit, and may one day form three or so Luna-sized moons -- not very different from our Jupiter's four.

YAYAYAYAYY THANKU FOR ASKING . SHAKES YOU VIGOROUSLY OK

there's a lot i can't say in case of potential spoilers if i ever make a fic BUT !!! i can tell you a few things abt pd ^_^^

-dakota's in miles' place for this au , and lives in new haven with tide after being adopted around 8-9 due to (AIRHORN NOISE). stuff's pretty normal after that .. until about 6 months before the time this au starts (AIRHORN NOISE) happens which Sucks really bad for him so tide's kinda like .. desperate to Help and throws shit at the wall, and one of the things he tries is sending dakota to a different school for a "new beginning" even though dakota's not really eager about it .. but there's also a lot of Feelings wrapped up in going back to his old school as well , etc etc.. not too much divergence from the movie here except tweaking it 2 fit dakota better. OH ! and tide's an EMT in this au ^_^

-ashe is in gwen's place .. her dimension + backstory is also pretty similar to gwen's but there's a few differences .. she doesn't have powers the same way other spider people would !! very important detail 2 me . she does however use a few gadgets and other tech she stole from (AIRHORN NOISE) on top of having . obviously. (AIRHORN NOISE) but that proooobably won't come up for a while.

-vyncent and william r kind of like peni + noir !! obv they don't have as similar of personalities .. william in this au Is somewhat inspired by noir though !! he does detective stuff in his dimension and he's got the whole monochrome thing (except the blue of the wisps. everything else is black and white there though). it's a cyberpunk/futuristic kinda Hell World and his main arch nemesis is Belltech ^_^ no implications there noope..

-i go back and forth on vyncent/virion's stuff but i think i'm gonna lean into him being like .. a d&d style folk hero ^_^ obv with some greats influence but i don't know if i want to incorporate them into his powers directly or if i want them to be more of a past influence, etc .. and obv his main arch nemesis would be the lich. im constantly redesigning him i need to update the one i have up rn

other stuff .. the first spiderman in dakota's au is harlem, who's main nemeses are overlord, wavelength, and (AIRHORN NOISE). overlord's business with the supercollider is due to his curiosity about mixing dna from other dimensions to make like. yknow the most powerful creatures possible (and maybe harness said power himself), and it's kind of implied that wavelength is working with him cause he's trying to (AIRHORN NOISE) .. what i will say abt that is that it adds an extra Thing around ashe ending up in dakota's dimension.

also fucking goobleck is there . awesome .

other characters aren't entiiiiiirely hashed out yet but i do at elast know i want jade 2 be in hobie's place^_^ i also have SUCH a cool idea SMILES abt part of the au that pertains to the second movie's plot .. it's rlly important to me cause of certain ways that jrwi:pd covered the hero system and specifically dakota's changing feelings on it . YAYYYY !!!!

trying to think of other notes ... i've always hc'ed dakota to be an artist but im leaning into it hard in this au .. ashe is still a drummer .. im trying to think abt whether or not i wanna give dakota the electricity + invisibility powers that miles has .. esp torn on the invisibility cause i think it adds a really good layer to his character (< given that he's very much someone who just wants to be Recognized) .. but it's not exactly his brand ..

ALSO i dont want 2 make any promises but i'm playing around with html a bit for some cool formatting stuff if i ever make a fic .. given that i still wanna try to do the animation justice even if it's just . writing ... i wanna play around . get creative with it yknow. ¡Hola BB! Creo, después de toquetear mucho, que no hay un template dedicado a esa zona. Pero, con ayuda del nuevo selector :has(), se puede hacer algo.

Vas a ir al template posting_topic_review (En Escribir un Mensaje & Mensajes Privados) y vas a añadir una clase al h3 de la línea 2 (si no estás usando este h3, ponlo y simplemente añádele un display:none en un style). Para mi ejemplo, voy a usar la clase ".revisartema" (sin las comillas).

Ahora, con esa clase, vamos a targetear el body así: body:has(.revisartema):not(:has(#message-box)). Esta línea sólo debería targettear al body cuando estás en esa página, nada más. El revisar tema que se muestra bajo los botones de Modificar y Registrar sí que es el template de posting_topic_review, así que lo que modifiques ahí saldrá cambiado en esta página también. Son las dos cajas de arriba las que no se pueden modificar (o al menos, yo no he encontrado la zona; mi sospecha era que estaban en el posting_body, o que eran alguno de los templates de error como error_body o confirm_body, pero nada cumple con la organización del HTML de esta página).

¡Hola anon! Es un código muy similar al código de importación de avatar del último user, pero con un pequeño cambio, ya que los invitados no tienen enlace al perfil del usuario en los últimos temas.

ALSO: Si los temas/ciertos temas no son visibles para invitados, los avatares de los posts en temas no leíbles se verán como avatares predefinidos para los invitados. A tener en cuenta, por si tienes que hacer edits extra en tu diseño para invitados 😉
