Lots of my royalty kink is based around servitude, being a knight for a pretty prince, but what if I want to be a pretty prince, hm?? Wanna know something I love about writing? I don’t have to give a fuck about the specific gendered use of terms, and I can choose how they’re used in *my* storytelling. I can make this prince referred to as the future queen, because the kingdom calls *all* their leaders queens, and make that same prince known for being pretty and beautiful cause that describes him much better than handsome, or call the dragon goddess of the moon dragonlord because that’s how *all* the dragon deities are referred to, and damnit sometimes I just prefer the sound of a certain word for a certain character, or role, or whatever. I can make a deity known as the mother of dragons *and* the king of the sky, and they can also be a dragonlord cause I don’t give a fuck how words are “supposed” to be gendered, I’ll use them in whatever way suits the story best!

I tried to play a with a little bit of a meaning to the piece, attempting to make zuko look fierce and stuff while his reflection has more of an insecure and scared expression. Y'know, typical Zuko shit.

many things about the chronicles of Narnia made me irrevocably insane at the small age of six years old but one of the big ones was the bit in prince Caspian where caspian blows susan's horn to try and summon help and it summons the pevensie kids like. that's crazy ok. that's insane. imagine at 12 years old you're given a horn thats purpose is basically summoning divine intervention & then years later someone blows it and summons YOU . I'm crazy !
