Der Sport-Club hat Pascal Stenzel von Borussia Dortmund fest verpflichtet. Der 21-jährige Defensiv- und Mittelfeldspieler war bereits seit Januar 2016 vom BVB ausgeliehen und bestritt für den SC seither 27 Einsätze in der Ersten und Zweiten Bundesliga. Vergangenen Sonntag im Spiel gegen Bayer Leverkusen erzielte Pascal Stenzel sein erstes Bundesligator.

„Pascal ist ein sehr vielseitig veranlagter Spieler. Er hat sich in der Zeit bei uns richtig gut weiterentwickelt und hat noch einen spannenden Weg vor sich", sagt Sportvorstand Jochen Saier. „Wir freuen uns, dass mit Pascal Stenzel ein weiterer junger Spieler seinen nächsten Schritt beim Sport-Club Freiburg sieht."

Pascal Stenzel selbst sagt: „Freiburg ist für mich genau die richtige Adresse. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und spüre das Vertrauen der Trainer und Mitspieler. Ich bin glücklich, dass mein Weg hier weitergeht." Über Vertragsinhalte wurde wie gewohnt Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Borussia Dortmund und der Sportclub Freiburg haben sich auf einen Wechsel von Pascal Stenzel vom Borsigplatz in den Breisgau verständigt. Der 21 Jahre alte Abwehrspieler war bislang an den Sportclub ausgeliehen.

„Wir haben dem Wunsch des Spielers entsprochen, der in Freiburg eine tolle Entwicklung genommen hat und seine Karriere dort gerne fortsetzen möchte“, erklärte Sportdirektor Michael Zorc: „Wir wünschen Pascal, dass er seine Ziele verwirklichen kann und werden seinen Weg aus der Ferne beobachten.“

Stenzel war im Jahr 2013 ins Nachwuchsleistungszentrum von Borussia Dortmund gewechselt. Der frühere Kapitän der U19 debütierte im Dezember 2015 im Spiel der UEFA Europa League gegen POAK Saloniki bei den BVB-Profis. Um weiter Spielpraxis zu erlangen, wechselte er im Januar 2016 auf Leihbasis nach Freiburg. Für den Sportclub bestritt Pascal Stenzel bislang 27 Erst- und Zweitligaspiele. Mit dem Treffer zum 2:1-Sieg gegen Bayer Leverkusen gelang ihm am vergangenen Wochenende sein erstes Bundesligator.

Borussia Dortmund and Sportclub Freiburg have agreed terms for the transfer of Pascal Stenzel from Borsigplatz to Breisgau. The 21 year old had been on loan at Sportclub until now.

"We have taken into account the will of the player, who has developed very well in Freiburg and who would like to continue his career there", clarified Sporting Director Michael Zorc: "We wish Pascal every success in achieving his goals, and will observe his progress from distance."

Stenzel came to Borussia Dortmund's Youth Development Centre in 2013. The former captain of the U19s made his senior team debut in December 2015 in the UEFA Europa League against POAK Saloniki. To get more playing time, he transferred on a loan basis to Freiburg in January 2016. Pascal has played 27 Bundesliga and Second Bundesliga games for Sportclub so far. His goal for the 2-1 victory over Bayer Leverkusen last weekend was his first Bundesliga goal.

Christmas Market - Pascal Stenzel

Since Pascal Stenzel isn't on the list, could you write about going to a Christmas Market with him? - Requested by Anon

Okay, this is the last Christmas OS. I’m sorry it has taken me so long to write them all, it was because I’ve pulled double shifts and sometimes writing 2 imagines at the same time.

I also apologise how awfully short it is, But the Arsenal game was on and it was really stressful and its getting late, and i need sleep because work early

It was getting near Christmas and the decorations were slowly, but surely going up, and the house is starting to look a bit more festive. There was still bits that needed to do but that would have to wait until I could get out somewhere.

I walked downstairs with the laundry basket, typical wife like clearing up after men, because the bathroom floor was just filled of Pascals clothes. I sighed as I placed the washing basket on top of the washer.

Starting to load the washer when Pascal walks in with his training kit “Any chance you can wash this for me?” He asks placing the kit down in front of me. I looked at him and sighed.

“I’ll add it on to the long list of things to do” I sigh, annoyed. I was hoping to go out today but that changed. I walked out of the laundry room when Pascal followed me out. “Are you okay?” he asked with caution in his voice.

I shook my head “No, I was going to go and get the rest of the things for Christmas this afternoon and now I’m doing laundry and clearing up after you” I say turning to face Pascal to see him sigh a little.

“I’m sorry, If you want to go out this afternoon, I’ll do the washing and stuff” He offered which was new. I smiled and shook my head “It’s okay, I’m just having a bad morning” I tell him.

I walked into the lounge and sat down on the sofa and picked the TV control up as Pascal came and sat next to me pulling me to his chest. “What about we go out this afternoon, I hear the market is on in town so we maybe able to get a Christmas wreath to put on the door that you was on about the other day.”

I smiled and looked up and nodded “Seriously, and you wont complain?” I asked, sitting up straight to which Pascal chuckled and nodded “Promise, now and get ready and we can go now” He tells me pointing to the stairs.

We had arrived at the Christmas market, it was so busy. It was like winter wonderland a lot of the stalls had different mulled drinks, candy, very wintry things.

“Theres even an ice rink” I pointed out as we walked around and noticed the ice rink that was in the centre. Pascal laughed at me and shook his head “No, the boss will kill me if I break a leg ice skating” He replied which made me laugh.

“You have a point, plus you wont be able to do your kit washing when you get home” I smirked, kissing his cheek before I walked in front of him. We walked around the market a bit more and looking around the stalls, we was stopped a couple of times for people to have photos with Pascal as we went around.

We was looking at the Christmas wreaths as I was deciding between a couple. I mean what about this one?” I asked holding up to show Pascal who was looking at the holly and nodded “Yeah that looks nice, will it go with the door though?” He asked.

He had a point as I decided to go with the other as I turned around to see Pascal smirking at me as I looked at him “What?” I asked confused to why he was looking at me like he was before he held his arm up to reveal the mistletoe.

“Mistletoe, so therefore you have to kiss me” he spoke, grinning at me. I rolled my eyes and laughed “Your such a dork” I smiled standing on my toes to kiss him. “But I love you. but it still doesn't mean I be washing your training kit” I smirked walking away from where he was stood smiling to myself.
