I went to comic con Stockholm today with my dad and sibling. It was my first time at a BIG convention. Cosplaying Noface from ”Spirited Away”. two people asked to take pictures with me, I took pictures with them. I am currently in two random human beings photos on their phones. That is a weird thing.

I only wore my costume for about an hour, then when I took it off I realised nobody could possibly know that I had been the one wearing it. It made me feel like a ghost… or a vampire or something similar.

there were LOTS of people in cool costumes. I especially loved the ones cosplaying as Arcane, The Owl House, Studio Ghibli Minecraft and My Little Pony characters. I saw two people dressed as endermen wearing these kind of (I am not sure if I should say this word but whatever) slutty outfits with like harnesses and stiletto heels and stuff. That was funny, is that some type of meme?

I bought some stuff too! I first bought a cool pin with the words ”Pool boy at the vampire mansion”, as in the Gerard Way T-shirt. Love that one. Then there were lots of booths selling, and lots of people walking around with, these absolutely lovely, WONDERFUL goose plushies in various sizes. I did for a LONG TIME consider buying one (as in: walking to a booth that sold them, admiring the beautiful geese, pondering if I should buy one as well, not feeling totally sure, leaving, repeat). after too long, I finally grew balls enough to buy a sweetheart of my own. It is 90 centimetres tall and only cost 206kr (€19). I LOVE it.now I have a slight problem… I want to name it something cool. Something that says: ”yeah, that is Booster’s goose right there, baby”. So…

Benjamin is an option because I found a Coca Cola can that said Benjamin on it when I went down to sit with my dad after buying my goose. Benjamin will be a nickname for a much longer, more pretentious, certainly stranger and sillier as well, name. What that will be is not decided yet.

Goosey Dacoosey is, of course, after the one and only Lucy Elizabeth Dacus. I already have a IKEA blue whale plushie (whom I love very much and also is quite the big guy) named Phoebe, after Phoebe Lucille Fucking Bridgers. Then there would only be a Julien Rose Baker missing. A Julien I can find elsewhere, perhaps in a second hand shop.

then I also want someone who might be currently thinking ”I have the absolute PERFECT name for a 90 centimeter tall goose plushie bought at a pop culture convention in Stockholm, Sweden!” to have a chance to share their suggestions too :3

I realized I never uploaded my last Phoebe Spengler cosplay pics, so here they are! I dressed up for the premier of Frozen Empire.

This will likely be the final time I cosplay her since I’d like to try on a new Ghostbuster persona in the future, but I’ve had a blast portraying this character and made lots of great memories!

look, if your man cannot fuck with megan thee stallion, you should not fuck with him. jason def fucks with megan thee stallion.

jason likes his pop/pop-rap to be loud, something he can blast through the bluetooth in his helmet while he mows down goons. and despite popular belief, jason likes fun. at least in his music.

he’s also the kind of person who goes through an entire musical phase when he gets an earworm, so it’s entirely possible he had a sad girl music moment. he started digging into mitski’s catalog because “haha daddy issues”, only for her music to make him think about catherine. the first time he heard crack baby, he cried so hard, he threw up. i think he’d fuck with lana’s darker tone, but i do think his sad girls of choice would be mitski, phoebe and SZA. and kate bush. and y’know what, maybe saweetie.

this is me trying is a very batfam coded song, so i agree that it makes the cut for his showertime sadness playlist. but see, if he’s crying about you, it’s gonna be to peace.

but anyway, did you see megan’s starfire cosplay, dick’s for sure a fan. tbh, i don’t think he’d be a dedicated stan, but he knows all of her hits by heart. he listens to the most popular music out of everyone in the batfam. mostly because he spends the most time listening to the radio or whatever spotify conjures up for him rather than sticking to a carefully curated playlist like it’s scripture. when he does listen to his personal playlists, he listens to a lot of soft rock. he’s very balanced between the two genres. naturally, this makes him a huge SZA fan as well.

steph puts megan on in social settings; car rides and chasing down criminals with tim and cass, just girly things. i don’t think she’d listen to her a lot in private, but she definitely has a playlist featuring a lot of her discography. and she has a few megan thee stallion-(old) panic!at the disco remixes saved on youtube.
