Subject Name(s) and Position(s): Septil Fabula, Illias Hichae, Admiral Second Class, Admiral First Class.

Name of Patholomortician: Sangui Temper

Circumstances of Death: Both subjects returned to their blocks on the night of the fourth octant of the first solar sweep in the void. Twelve and a half hours later, the bodies were found dead with no obvious wounds or evidence of a struggle. Upon further inspection the bodies were found to be clutching their throats with extremely dilated pupils.

Pathology Report: Subjects were found to have elevated adrenaline and dopamine in their systems as well as several stimulant neurotransmitters. As other staff checked for artificial input, their results came back positive for several prescription and otc drugs. Suspected means of administration is orally or through food and drink.

Preferred Course of Action: We formally request that the food distribution system and everyone involved in it go through a mandatory screening and are fitted with circumstantial watches. The medicull team has been notified of this change, as well as the rest of the higher ranked ships in the vicinity.

Addendum: The head of the Patholomorticians would like to provide a list of subjects that should receive additional screening for a myriad of reasons
