Hey love 🌙 Close your eyes for a moment. Breathe. Who do you see? Not the version of you shaped by external expectations… Or the version filtered through self-doubt or old stories… But the real you. The one who laughs like they mean it. Who trusts their voice. Who feels safe in their own skin. Who’s not performing - just being. We spend so much energy trying to be seen by others that we forget the most sacred gaze is our own. Self-image isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you feel in your own presence. The words you speak to yourself when no one else is listening. Want to shift that? Start here. ✨ Close your eyes. ✨ Call in the version of you who feels most aligned. ✨ Ask them, “What do you need from me right now?” That version of you are not a fantasy. They’re you - under the noise, the conditioning, the fear. As C. Assaad says: “Close your eyes and imagine the best version of you possible. That’s who you really are.” And if you’d love to explore more of yourself in soft, rebellious community - come join Worthy & Rising. Join via the link in my profile, or via here:
We meet 3–4 times a lunation for real talk, ritual, and reflection. Next workshop: The Art of Receiving 🌙 It’s free and it'll be delicious! With love and rebellion, Parnuuna 💫

Hey love ✨ How do you feel when you look in the mirror? Do you rush past it? Avoid eye contact? Scan for something to fix? I did. For years, I couldn’t really look at myself without flinching - physically or emotionally. And admittedly still do it sometimes... But the mirror doesn’t have to be a weapon. It can be a portal. A space to come home to yourself. A moment of presence, and act of not abandoning yourself. Mirror work is about staying with yourself. Breathing with yourself. Softening toward the person staring back. Try this today: Next time you see your reflection, don’t rush past. Pause. Just say, “Hi.” And maybe, “I see you.” (Yes, it might feel silly. Do it anyway.) As Sophia Bush said: “You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously.” If you want more magic like this in your life - come join Worthy & Rising, my free community for soft rebels, big feelers, and radical receivers. We meet 3–4 times a lunation. Next workshop is The Art of Receiving 🌙 It’s free and it'll be magical. It’s for you, if you wanno. Link in bio, or here:

Hey love ✨ Let me tell you a little secret. Habits are about loving yourself. Forward. with compassion, and consistently. We’ve been sold this hyper-masculine myth that habits are all about hustle. Checklists. Productivity. Improvement. But what if they were actually about care? What if taking your meds, making your bed, going for that five-minute walk wasn’t about discipline - but devotion to yourself? To the version of you who knows you’re worth the effort. The version who whispers, “I want to feel good. I want to feel safe. I want to feel like me.” Lucille Ball once said, “Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.” And I think that’s what habits really are. Tiny acts of loving yourself first. Over and over again. So here’s your invitation today: Reframe one habit. Not “I have to…” but “I get to love myself through this.” And if you’d like to do that in community - with other magical, messy, heart-forward humans - come join Worthy & Rising. We gather 3–4x a lunation for reflection, support + ritual. Next workshop coming up: The Art of Receiving 🌙 July 24th 11:30am CEST It’s completely free. I'd love to see you there - join via the link in my profile, or here:

Hey love ✨ There’s this myth that transformation has to be big, bold, dramatic. Like you have to tear your life apart and rebuild from ashes. That’s rarely how alignment works. Real, sustainable change - the kind that feels safe in your body - usually starts small. So small it’s almost silly. A glass of water instead of doom-scrolling. A five-minute walk with your thoughts. A deep breath before saying yes (when you really mean maybe). One page of journalling. One “I love you” in the mirror. They’re tiny revolutions - votes for your future self. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to start somewhere. As B. J. Fogg puts it: “There is no mountain to climb, only a little hill.” And if you want support building those delicious, do-able rituals with other rebels who get it - come join the Worthy & Rising community. 🌙 We meet 3-4 times each lunation. And our next New Moon workshop is The Art of Receiving - and yes, it’s going to be absolutely delicious. Link’s in the bio, or here:
