หลายๆครั้ง ที่คุณอาจจะต้องเจอช่างแอร์เรียกเก็บค่าเติมน้ำยาแอร์ หลังจากที่ล้างแอร์เสร็จ และช่างไม่ได้แจ้งว่ามีการรั่วซึมแต่อย่างไร การเติมน้ำยาแอร์จึงไม่จำเป็น และหากมีการเติมน้ำยาแอร์มากเกินกว่าสเปกของเครื่อง ก็จะเกิดลักษณะอาการ Over Charge ที่จะส่งผลให้แอร์ไม่เย็นได้ เพราะฉะนั้น ควรเลือกช่างที่ไว้ใจได้และเป็นมืออาชีพในการตรวจสอบและดูแลเครื่องปรับอากาศทุกครั้ง เพราะ น้ำยาแอร์ แท้จริงแล้วไม่ต้องเติมบ่อย โดยปกติแล้ว หากได้รับการติดตั้งที่ถูกต้อง แม้ว่าจะผ่านไป 5 หรือ 10 ปี ถ้าแอร์ยังเย็นอยู่ปกติ ไม่มีการรั่วไหล เราก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องเสียค่าน้ำยาแอร์แต่อย่างใดเพราะน้ำยาแอร์อยู่ในระบบปิด หมุนเวียน ไม่มีทางหมด แต่หากมีรอยรั่วเกิดขึ้น อาจจะทำให้น้ำยาแอร์หมดได้ภายในไม่กี่ชั่วโมงหรือบางครั้งระยะเวลาอาจขยายไปถึงเดือน ทั้งหมดขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดของรอยรั่ว

DUTOS DE AR CONDICIONADO – SANITIZAÇÃO
Vamos falar de contaminação interior, que se dá pela formação de formaldeído por forração de revestimentos, imobiliários, divisórias, carpetes, compostos orgânicos voláteis , agentes de limpeza, tabagismo, plantas, ozônio resultantes de motores elétricos, copiadoras e ainda a contaminação transportadas pelas pessoas que adentram os ambientes, e em suas roupas, calçados, objetos, saliva e mãos.
A contaminação exterior é trazida ao ambiente interior pela captação do ar que pode se apresentar-se com teores significativos de CO monóxido de carbono, CO² dióxido de carbono , ozônio,  NO² dióxido de Nitrogênio,  pb Chumbo, fumaças em geral e partículas menores.

Sistema de Ar Condicionado
