never read shuuen no shiori. but also never be someone who really likes the film club. worst mistake of my life (joke)

i wish we knew more about the film club. i wish we got chapters from their POVs (not counting the novel 4 special b-ka thing.). i wish we knew more about the individual members other than E-ki. i wish their songs weren't as cryptic as they were, and were supplemented more by the story just like how the occult club's were. I wish we got MVs for the film club songs. i wish they got birthdays. i wish shuuen re:act had more promotional videos . obviously. Uhm. i wish that. film club. Yeah.

I am so normal about the film club. i think they're just as essential to shuuenpro's story as the occult club is . they're so important. the meta. mystery . the mindfuckery confusion. (wow. alliteration) is furthered by their existence. but anyways. back to the topic:

I feel like I know simultaneously Nothing and Everything about the film club shuuenpro and it makes me so sad like damn. it's the fact I was able to write more about the occult club's individual descriptions in my 9000 word summary document than the film club. had to really admit to myself I don't know these characters as well as I would like to. Love to. Love to. love to. That no one really does.

tangentially related: novel 3's events are probably the same as the manga's, but like. i want to read Novel 3. i really do, even if it's just to see E-ki's silly narration about the rest of the film club

I love them dearly. but knowledge of them is limited through the lens of E-ki. and his narration is over by the end of novel 4 chapter 2. yeah. i wish we knew more. about the film club. Okay yeah that's enough. i feel like a broken record. it's 2AM. this too is a shuuenpro reference. however, no matter how much i say i like the film club obviously the true #1 film club fan and defender and griever has to be E-ki. anyways

regardless, every time i talk about being said over the film club i have to attach this manga panel. goodnight
