Rob Krier died yesterday, the elder of the Krier brothers. Both architects, artists, polemicists, leaders of the return to traditional values and those of historic urbanism, the continuous thread of civilized urban life in the west, that began with Rome and continues to this day in historic cities like Philadelphia. Of the two Rob was the builder, responsible for great swathes of new traditional urban districts in Germany and other European countries. All of the buildings in the photographs are new. Even the sculptures are his.

THE SPACES

He analyzes the typological & morphological elements of ur- ban space. Urban space can be described as external space in town. He has seen it as open unobstructed space for move- ment in open air, with public, semipublic & private zones.

The concept of urban space has been elaborated as space be- tween buildings in towns & other localities. After taking con- sideration aesthetic criteria, he observes that urban space has been organized according to its socio political & cultural atti- tudes.

Urban space has been applied to interior spaces like corridor & rooms. He has considered square & streets as basic elements of urban spaces. The only difference is the dimensions of the walls which bound & characterize them. Square has been illus- trated with grouping houses around an open space & street. It is described as a product of the spread of settlement when houses are being built along the available space.

TYPOLOGY OF URBAN SPACE Different forms & modulating factors

Author has considered three basic geometric shapes-square, circle & triangle. These three shapes are affected by modu- lating factors like angling, segmentation, addition, merging, overlapping & distortion. These factors can produce regular & irregular results of these spatial forms. Another thing is large no of building sections which influence quality of space. He has described ‘closed space’ that is surrounded by buildings & ‘open space’ partially surrounded. Scale is also considered one of the factor which plays important role in all spatial forms. Different scale gives different effects on urban scale.

They started to make money and we’re finally able to live comfortable and then they got robbed and their business/home was burnt down. He was out collecting herbs for his father to see his parents dead and the sheriffs and townsfolk standing around their bodies. After that he was all alone and only had small amount of money his father had stashed away in a secret location. Once all the money was gone August had to turn to stealing food and money to survive until he tried to steal from the wrong people and they almost killed him until the gangs leader stopped them and forced the boy into the gang so he could survive and thrive. Which he did. Now he runs his own little sub gang of misfits and they call themselves the anklebiters.

-He usually is in New Austin and in West Elizabeth causing trouble.

-After seeing his parents dead and his home burning in front of him caused him to have PTSD and developed a mild case EDD (empathy deficit disorder).

-August enjoys the company of both men and woman.

-Enjoys camping out under the stars

-one on his chin is from slipping up the stairs like a dumbass running from the sheriffs

-his ear got clipped by a bullet

-the money he steals he tries to give it to orphanage and kids in need because he doesn’t want them to become like him and go through what he went through

-he also uses a double barrel shotgun with a gold barrel and an engraving of his family coat of arms on the wooden stock because it’s his favorite gun and he is the kind of guy who goes into battle guns a blazin and doesn’t care very much about his life he’s just here and if he survives he survives if he dies he dies

-Also will fight anyone who talks back/shit to him he’s a sensitive punk and uses his fist or guns to settle things as well

August is usually to himself. He gets mad easily and can’t take constructive criticism. He’s a sensitive butt who will fight anyone anywhere he isn’t very empathetic. He disassociates a lot and you can catch him zoning tf out in camp and focusing on one little thing for like 5 minutes. He loves drinking and is one of those drunks who just wants a hug and to sleep on someone’s lap. He will bang anyone if they are good looking and occasionally he enjoys getting mcbanged um. He’s super destructive and doesn’t care too much about what ppl think of him even though he secretly does. He’s tough on the outside and then tough on the inside also and then if someone gets really close with someone he feels comfortable with thats when he becomes a soft boy. He doesn’t trust very many people.

He also enjoys drawing every now and then it isn’t great but it relaxes him so catch outside of camp away from everyone just drawing herbs and flowers because it reminds him of his parents who he misses dearly
