The Golden Army was sent to examine objects.

Being from the Land of 10,000 Lakes, Drone decided to go to one of the most well know objects in Minnesota: Spoonbridge and Cherry...

For Devon, it was more of a trip down memory lane when he and the goalie of the college water polo team... examined... each other...

You see, there is an infamous dare related to "Spooning"...

And while there, Drone came across a police inspector named Davenport and, what It assumed was his wife, talking and pointing to the sculpture. Drone has to laugh when above the rippling of the pond and the slight breeze, it heard her shout out "YOU DID NOT EITHER!!!!"

Apparently Drone was not the only one in the park today who had "F**ked in the Spoon."

So if you come down for Twin Cities Pride the last weekend in June, take a trip across from Loring Park (where Pride is held) and you too can examine the Cherry in the Park....

We Obey. We Serve the Team. A day in the life....

Polo Drone Units are the service units and backbone of the work the Gold Army efforts. They Support the team in both practice and matches. They work tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring a smooth running. Not because they have to, but because they have chosen to serve. To have all thoughts stripped away. To know pleasure because they obey.

But that doesn't mean they are slaves to the team. Oh no. They chose to give themselves to service. They get no joy, because they are devoid of emotion. Emotion leads to chaos. and Thus are erased.

So what does service in the GOLD HIVE look like?

Here are a couple tasks that PDU-767 was assigned. It fulfilled the tasks with precision and just a spark.

PDU-767's day started at 0455 to ensure that Leander Gold #88 woke up right at 0530 to make practice on time. He was a heavy sleeper.

0845 PDU-767 scrolled Telegram for approximately 1 hour and 86 minutes insuring communications and information was downloaded and assimilated into its neural network and transmitted to the HIVE.

at 1326, PDU-767 hit upon an appendage inducing rhythm while vacuuming sector Seven-G.

unfortunately, PDU-084 discovered this and issued correction.

thus at 1732, PDU-767 found itself as waste extraction from the grounds of the Golden Army Puppy Park. PDU-767 also registered and filed away in its databanks the fact that Leander #88 and Chevy #63 were smirking.

Oh yes.... when least expected, Pups Ace and Chevy would find themselves on the end of a rolled up newspaper for their deposits they left on purpose.

All that and more are just some of the many tasks that happen in the Gold Hive on any given day.

1732: Waste Management Reassignment. Mission: Golden Army Puppy Park Sanitation. Target Observers: Leander #88 and Chevy #63. Observation: Smirking. Logged for future behavioral alignment.

Retribution Protocol primed. 🐾 Awaiting deployment of newspaper disciplinary unit for Pup #88 and #63. The Hive never forgets.

The forest whispered with life—leaves trembling, air thick with musk and mist. Golden Bro Devon moved like liquid sunlight, every motion smooth and radiant under the tight, full-body rubber suit that clung to his perfected frame. The forest light danced over his latex-covered form, gold gleaming with every confident stride. His breath was calm, mind honed. Somewhere out here, the treasure pulsed beneath the earth, calling to him—calling to them all.

He wasn't alone.

The sound came first—crunch...crunch...crunch. Measured, synchronized. Two shadows emerged between the trees, figures made of black glass and discipline. PDU-070 led—its rubberized Fred Perry polo skin-tight, its body sharp, masked lower face reflecting Devon’s golden glow. Beside it, another drone: taller, broader. The presence of a captain—DC-009. Marked in glimmering gold just beneath the collar. A commander of compliance.

Devon’s heart thrummed, but he held position—legs spread, arms loose, body shining like a divine relic among shadows. “You hunting too?” he asked, the words playful but tight with tension.

PDU-070 tilted its head. “Affirmative. Treasure signal converges on this sector. Extraction protocol engaged.”

DC-009 stepped forward. His visor never lifted, but Devon felt the intensity behind it. “You are not cleared for solo access, 67.”

Devon smirked, his gold suit flexing as he raised one gloved hand. “Try to stop me.”

070 moved first—fluid, fast. Devon ducked, rolled, the forest floor crunching beneath him. Gold blurred against black as drone and bro clashed—submission against individuality, sync against shine. But the scuffle wasn’t war. It was... ritual. Test. Proof.

“Unity must be earned,” DC-009 rumbled as he watched, arms behind his back, polished boots planted. “Claim the treasure. Or be claimed.”

Their movements drew them to a clearing—at the center, a shallow pit. And within it, buried in glimmering moss, a sealed golden orb—etched with both laurel and Hive insignia.

All three stopped.

Breathed.

The choice hovered.

Devon knelt first.

PDU-070 mirrored.

DC-009 nodded.

The treasure had never been gold, or power, or victory.

The treasure was the moment of surrender.

The unity of enemies. The synchronization of rivals.

The golden glow spreading outward, consuming the clearing, erasing resistance.

They had found it.

And now, it would find others.
