CSX rebuilt many SD40-2 locomotives with enlarged squared off cabs. Designated SD40-3]s, they were nicknamed "SpongeBobs," due to their resemblance to the cartoon character. Despite their homely appearance, the horns they possess sound beautifully melodic!

Monochrome Monday Memories por Brian D Plant Por Flickr: I find it hard to believe that it’s been a decade and a half since I made this photograph of Norfolk Southern local H3W departing Sunbury, Pennsylvania. The date is March 3, 2010, which was my 29th birthday. My friend Keith Latimer and I chased the former Conrail GP38-2 seen here from Sunbury-Herndon, before we waited on the 11R freight from Binghamton which was coming south with a CP Action Red SD40-2 on the point. Fun times on the Buffalo Line. We were joined by more friends that night at Appalachian Brewing Company in Harrisburg. While it feels like a lifetime ago, it’s only technically a third of a lifetime removed.

My life as a artist and inspiration for making fanart!
It all started when i was 3, i remember ive been drawing a lot of stickmans cuz they just were very easy to draw and it was like some kind of "stickman stories or fantasy idk?" And i seen to end up enjoying it but not only that, i would later draw sirens and other stuff i was fascinated to, and i kept drawing stickmans until later on i then would finally get my braincells to regenerate and make myself more mature, i stopped drawing stickmans all the time, i started to get into oc! And other kinds of art style and i would as of today draw whatever i had a idea on my head for the near future and many more years to come!
Inspiration
I saw a fanmade animation of where a video is called aging which was a edit from a youtuber named whoamiedits
This is what it looks like:

I saw that video but i didnt clicked on it cuz idk whats about to happen there, i was just more into anime and i didnt know what that video was, it was like somekind of randon animation, that was my first thing i saw something related to omori before joining the fandom and i saw it to this day and i was like "wait that video looks familiar to me" it was back in 2021 when i saw it and omori was like 1 years old, but then after joining the fandom after watching a mclovin video but omori version and i seen to enjoy the fandon, i was a big kny fan by the time, and theres was very popular stuff going on in the fandom, but when did i got into omori fanart? It all started with the first ever one i posted, i originally used it for my art class i then i did not recognize.... I actually made a actual omori fanart and that surprised me! So then i decided to make more! And it made me happy and even thanks to art class, it also helped me more! And it was a great piece of thing I will ever do I will still make art to this day and thats where are are today!
Alright enough yapping me :/

So thats all theres more art im gonna make and other stuff so, you reached the end! Thanks for reading and enjoy! :)

Rant Time!
Don’t expect this to make sense, whole thing under the cut
Ok, so, I’m very tiered from work, but, can I just talk about 80’s era railroading? Like, before the big GEVO’s come around, before container traffic was a big thing, like, when you could see 4-5 SD40’s on the head end of a true mixed freight train, like, before UP and BNSF divided up the west and the super seven like, EXISTED??? I have really come around to this era as of late and it just feels so… nostalgic, like yeah, the whole 80’s are nostalgic but just seeing locomotives who nowadays would be puttering around on short lines or sitting in museums actually battling it out on long freight trains or crack TOFC trains just really makes me miss that era, like, nowadays every train looks pretty much the same, just 2 miles of containers behind 2-3 of the same locomotives that you can see anywhere else. Back then the trains were varied, the locomotives were being changed every few years, it all seemed so reminiscent of the years before with the early diesels or even the steam engines, not to mention that they still used cabooses, it’s just, such a good blend of railroading, man, I miss that time.

Sugar Haulers por David Blazejewski Por Flickr: Just another angle of this sharp looking power tied down on the pad after a hard day's work. This is the power off the Sebring Turn which is all done for the day and the week and has parked beside the South Central Florida Express railroad's adjacent Aztec Avenue. USSC 6325 was originally an SD45 built in Aug. 1968 as Penn Central 6237 one of only five acquired by the ill fated Class 1, thought originally ordered by the Pennsylvania Railroad pre merger which already had a fleet of 130 of the big 20 cylinder beasts. Passing to Conrail it was later sold to CNW and then served as an NRE leaser before ending up on Tacoma Rail where it served until 2003 until being rebuilt by Western Rail as an SD40-3 and dressed up for its new life here. Coupled behind and dressed in the older red and gray scheme is USSC 6323 which built new as an SD40-2 in Oct. 1980 as Union Pacific 3776 .
