Okay people I was looking over my wips and I have SO MANY sdr: overture fics that are like halfway done,,, so why not just get them done with?
Even better YOU 🫵‼️ get to decide what I’m working on first because I actually cannot decide,,, here’s a list and small description of each one + the poll bellow.
1. Wedding fic: PykeRett’s atrocious space Vegas wedding + dinner scene from hell with Pyke’s extended family.
2. Dandy Appreciation day: she gets to hang out with the diferent members of the rhapsody and do fun shit
3. Daddy issues: Pyke realizes he’s a father and has a breakdown
4. Brothers in arms: Leboosh thinks about his squishy human companions and how easily they could get fucked up.
5. Supernova: I put Pyke through the ringer for the 100th time (poetically)
6: the adventures of bitch and jackass: alternate universe were Rex and Pyke become bounty hunters together. Follows the rhapsody crew and their encounters with them.
I’ll probably just follow from most votes to least voted until they’re all done. Also tumble only allows one day or one WEEK for polls?? The fuck.
Anyways thanks you for your cooperation.

Hey mouse! Question: Who is your favorite to write headcannon on and list favorite out of all the sdv, sde, and sdr? You can also make a tier list too if that helps!
Hey hey 👋 Glad to see you again :3
About the list.... uh, in general it's a bit hard to answer about anyone in particular, since I like to write about all the NPCs from the vanilla game and the mods (I assume sdr you mean rsv, Ridgeside Village, right? Apologize if I misunderstood). If still picking someone specific..... Hmm, the vanilla game and Expanded mod come first, all characters without exception. I equally enjoy both the marriage candidates and the rest of the Valley's residents. Each character is unique, and it's one fun to think about their particular reactions to any given situation (especially if it's something comedic 😁).
Although, I've started writing a lot more often and more specifically about SVE, Castle Village mages and adventurers. Sometimes inspiration kicks me in the ass and I start writing non-stop, after which I erase half of what I've written because it's either too much text or I've gotten away from the question, heh.
I enjoy writing about Ridgeside Village just as much, although I sometimes run into a few problems when writing headcanons. One is that I feel like at least half of the marriage candidates will have the same reaction to any given situation, and writing the same reaction 10 times for them isn't very good. I sometimes sit there and think, "Okay, Paula will react this way. And so will Anton. And Alissa, and Flor, and Blair, and Sean..." and want to write dialogue unique to each of them. Although I later tell myself "skill issues" and leave the questions for now, after which the ideas come later. I also sometimes forget to mention someone in big questions (like I forgot Ezekiel and Kiwi from Ridgeside a few times), but it's my own fault for not paying attention. Despite that, I like writing about them too 😊
Of course, in questions like “the candidates react to Farmer's death” it's immediately obvious that everyone will be devastated and grieving the loss of a friend/spouse, but I always want to describe something different for everyone. Some cry at night because of the loss, some shut themself away, some dive headlong into their work, some generally look for a way to bring Farmer back to the world of the living (this applies to Castle Village community and Belinda and Raeriyala).
Not much to say about the other mods, on East Scarp I've only been asked a couple times in the whole time, and that was about Mateo (although I did get another question about Sterling). The other mods I still haven't explored well, though I'm starting to like some of the characters! ❤️
So yeah, SDV and SVE on the first place, all the NPCs, Ridgeside Village on the second, and the others I don't know/write much about yet to judge.

Why Smart Startups Are Turning to David Brian Howard to Fix Their Sales Engines
Tumblr media
In the high-stakes world of startup growth, few things stall momentum faster than a broken sales process. Founders often spend months perfecting their product—only to realize too late that they have no scalable way to get it into the hands of customers.
That’s where David Brian Howard comes in.
With over 12 years of experience in B2B sales and go-to-market execution, David Brian Howard has emerged as a trusted operator for SaaS companies and service-based startups that need more than advice—they need revenue. As the founder of Cadre Crew, a firm that builds virtual SDR teams and outbound systems, Howard has helped dozens of companies escape flatlined growth and get back on track.
His edge? He doesn’t chase hype. He builds systems.
The Problem: Startups Don’t Build Sales Engines—They Wing It
One of the most common mistakes Howard sees in early-stage companies is confusing traction with repeatability. A few warm intros and inbound leads might get you to $10–$30K MRR, but it won’t get you to scale.
“I’ve worked with so many founders who can sell the product themselves—but when it comes time to delegate sales, they have no process,” says David Brian Howard. “There’s no documented pipeline, no CRM logic, no messaging that converts cold leads.”
The result? Founder burnout, inconsistent revenue, and missed opportunities.
The David Brian Howard Playbook: Precision and Process
Unlike traditional consultants who offer generic advice, David Howard brings tactical execution to the table. He’s built and led sales teams, rebuilt broken CRMs, and launched outbound campaigns that actually generate meetings—with high-intent prospects.
At the core of his approach is a system he calls Precision Prospecting—a methodology that combines deep prospect intelligence, context-driven messaging, and automation that feels personal.
Here’s what it includes:
1. Smart Targeting
Before a single email goes out, David Brian Howard’s team maps buyer signals—funding events, tech stack changes, recent hires—and builds lead lists based on real purchase intent.
2. Relevance-First Messaging
Forget “Just checking in” or “Quick question.” Howard teaches teams how to craft outreach that speaks directly to the pain point—usually within the first two sentences.
3. Scalable Support
Through Cadre Crew, Howard supplies trained virtual assistants and SDRs who handle top-of-funnel research and outreach, freeing up closers to close.
It’s a model that delivers results quickly—without bloating headcount.
Real Results, Not Just Theories
In late 2024, a struggling SaaS company in Miami brought Howard in as interim head of growth. Revenue was stuck under $20K MRR. There was no outbound motion. The sales team was out of steam.
Within 90 days, monthly revenue tripled. Demo volume increased 218%. The founder was offloaded from daily sales for the first time since launch.
This wasn’t luck—it was a system. And it’s exactly what David Brian Howard installs for every client he works with.
Why Founders Trust David Brian Howard
Howard’s background isn’t theoretical. He’s built revenue from the ground up, sat in the sales seat, and knows what it takes to go from founder-led selling to scalable growth. His style is direct, data-driven, and built around action—not noise.
As more startups shift away from vanity metrics and toward sustainable sales, David Brian Howard is quickly becoming the go-to partner for founders who want to fix their funnel and grow with purpose.

Played an attack/defend game against my normal clan Jade Falcon opponent today. We do a thing where we make 10k bv lists and then pair them down to 5k forces based on the scenario so I brought the fire support/street fighting elements of my Mercs list (consisting of an Awesome 9Q, Panther 9R, Venom 9KC and a Hunchback 5S) going up against a Storm Crow Prime, Incubus 3, and a Fire Falcon E. His objective was to break into a bunker on my side of the field and carry a flag from it to his home edge. My objective was to keep him from doing that.
Both our battle plans were pretty simple- his was to make a mad dash for my bunker, break it open with the fire chicken's ATM, and then snag the capture objective with the Incubus and get back to his side of the board under the cover of the Storm Crow. Mine was to secure all the good approaches with the Panther/Awesome combo at range and the Hunchback as a close-in brawler, and then use the Venom to jump into vulnerable flanks and rear arcs, or else pursue his fast movers if they got the flag.
The game lasted a total of 3 turns. Turn 1 was mostly just maneuvering and approaching each other. I put my Venom and Hunchback in positions to cause problems T2 and the Awesome and Panther in sniping positions where they could cover each other. The Falcons moved up closer into positions behind cover where I couldn't reach them.
Turn 2 the clan mechs decided to put the hurt on my Hunchie- lots of ranging shots into it as my Panther fell back away from the Incubus's pulse lasers and my Venom managed to strip the armor off of the ammo-bearing torso of the Fire Falcon with some lucky lot shots.
Turn 3 was a mix of luck and my opponent misplaying into my guys. The Fire Falcon closed to break the bunker with its missile weapon while the Incubus and Storm Crow closed to engage my Hunchback, with the Incubus outflanking the Hunchie into its rear arc. Meanwhile my Venom managed to jump straight into the Incubus's rear arc for a a pair of engine crits backed up by the Awesome while the Panther ripped off the Fire Falcon's side torso and the Hunchback's LBX20 delivered a killing engine crit with its cluster munitions. My opponent conceded when I won initiative at the top of turn 4, as I'd be able to jump my Venom into the back of whatever I wanted, he had yet to secure the flag, and I still had my entire force at full fighting strength while he was down a mech and most of his Incubus's heat mitigation.
Tumblr media
Lessons learned:
Running into an IS prepared defense line without a plan is a really bad idea. My Awesome didn't really pull its weight in direct damage, but I think its commanding view of one of the two approaches forced the Jade Falcon mechs into contending with the Hunchback at danger close, which isn't really a position light or middleweight mechs want to be in, clantech or no.
Cover (or lack thereof) is really important to defending your points. My opponent got to choose which side of the map he'd deploy to, and stuck me defending the side with fewer trees. There was enough foliage for him to get crazy good TMMs as he ran in and I had bad shots from range and movement, but by the time he reached my side of the field the trees had run out and my heavy hitters had found good positions to stand and cover what few forests there were.
Holy shit the Venom is an annoying little piece of shit light hunter. I know I just wrote an entire rant about the Venom but the SDR-9KC did extremely serious work for me in this fight. Spheroid MPLs might be kinda crap compared to the ungodly power of their Clanner counterparts, but a body with the armor to survive skirmishing and approaches and the sheer jumping speed to land three of them danger close in flanking positions makes them pretty decent. While it wasn't the only factor in killing the Fire Falcon or crippling the Incubus, 842 bv of crazy spheroid scout/striker mech took on close to triple its BV and not only lived but won. Once my proliferation cycle gets painted, the printed Venom I have is next on the block to celebrate and keep my forces looking spiffy

In 2025, the AI SDR Dream Team: Multi-Agent Systems Will Revolutionize Outbound Sales
Tumblr media
Major Takeaways
Why multi-agent AI SDRs excel in 2025: These systems deploy a team of AI agents specializing in prospecting, copywriting, scheduling, optimization, and more. Together, they automate the entire outbound pipeline, surpassing one-off AI tools or manual processes.
Personalization at scale: Each agent uses firmographic and intent data to craft tailored, context-aware outreach—boosting relevance and engagement.
Real impact on ROI: Organizations implementing agentic AI SDR teams have reported up to a 7X increase in conversions, 60–70% lower outbound costs, and faster time-to-pipeline.
Introduction: The 2025 AI SDR Revolution
Outbound sales teams often find themselves buried under administrative tasks, with SDRs spending just ~30% of their time actually selling—feeding into 67% failing to reach quotas. Enter AI SDRs, but not your average single-bot solution—instead, a coalition of AI agents working in synchrony to function like an entire sales development squad.
The Rise of Multi‑Agent Outbound Teams
By 2025, agentic AI—platforms where multiple autonomous agents coordinate to complete complex tasks—has overtaken basic generative AI in outbound sales.
Over 50% of companies plan to adopt AI agents within the year.
Gartner predicts a third of enterprise software will incorporate agentic AI by 2028.
This shift means we're no longer relying on isolated AIs; we're creating "dream teams" of AI that operate together—fueling explosive improvements in efficiency and performance.
How Multi‑Agent Collaboration Works
Traditional systems assign one AI to handle everything, akin to expecting a single employee to cold-call, draft emails, follow up, and analyze campaigns. A multi-agent approach divides these roles:
Prospector agent: Scans databases and intent signals to build high-quality lead lists.
Copywriter agent: Crafts customized email and LinkedIn content.
Outreach coordinator agent: Manages cadence across channels.
Optimizer agent: Monitors responses and dynamically adjusts strategy.
This choreography drives a coordinated, intelligent outreach rhythm—delivering results no solitary system can match.
Performance Gains & Real-World Evidence
7X better conversion rates compared to earlier tools
Pipeline acceleration: Sales-ready leads move through the funnel much faster due to constant optimization and scale
Efficiency & consistency: Agents work pivotally, 24/7, ensuring no follow-up is missed
Human-AI hybrid approach: AI handles routine outreach; humans engage at critical deal stages—maximizing each party’s strengths.
The AI SDR Dream Team Roles
A typical multi-agent SDR setup includes:
AI Prospecting Agent
Identifies prospects using firmographic and technographic data.
AI Copywriter & Personalizer
Crafts unique, cold outreach tailored to each lead.
AI SDR (Execution) Agent
Sends outreach and follows-up across channels.
AI Optimization Agent
Analyzes campaign data in real time to tune messaging and targeting.
By automating these roles, companies eliminate tool fragmentation and give human reps the bandwidth to close deals.
The Value of Personalization + Scale
Hyper-personalized messaging boosts engagement by speaking to individual pain points.
Scaling this personalization across thousands of prospects used to be impractical. Now, agentic systems deliver it in volume—driving significantly warmer and qualified responses.
Operational Efficiency & Speed
Agentic AI SDR platforms can launch full outbound campaigns in days, not months—creating nimble GTM strategies that can pivot in real time across verticals and segments.
Measuring Pipeline, Conversion & ROI
Some telecom clients generated $400K in new MRR during an otherwise slow quarter.
Reported 4–7X conversion improvements, faster time-to-pipeline, and cost savings from tool consolidation and reduced human effort.
Adopting the AI SDR Dream Team
Steps to take:
Pilot deployment: Run agentic AI alongside human SDRs to benchmark performance.
Select a platform, like Landbase’s GTM‑1 Omni, which offers pre-built agents and proprietary performance data.
Define metrics: Track outreach volume, engagement, meetings set, conversion rate, and feedback from sales reps.
Scale gradually: Celebrate wins and extend usage from pilot segments to full outbound campaigns.
Why Landbase GTM‑1 Omni Stands Out
Pre-trained on 40M+ sales campaigns, with data on 220M+ contacts and millions of engagement signals.
Deploys a fully autonomous multi-agent architecture across research, messaging, operations, and optimization—no manual stitching together of tools.
Delivers 4–7X higher conversions, massive cost efficiencies, and significantly reduced spam rates.
Eliminates tool fragmentation by centralizing everything in a single agentic engine.
Looking Ahead: The Agentic Revolution
The market is rapidly shifting—over half of companies aim to deploy AI agents in the coming year. Adopting an agentic AI SDR team now puts you in a leadership position, leveraging refined models and data ahead of late adopters.
This paradigm is to outbound sales what cloud CRM was to sales in the 2000s: transformative and foundational for your future operations.
Conclusion
Multi-agent AI SDR teams represent a monumental shift—from disjointed automation to unified, intelligent, scalable outbound engines. By combining agents across specialized tasks, these systems deliver personalization, efficiency, scale, and ROI that standalone tools or human teams can’t match. Platforms like Landbase GTM‑1 Omni provide turnkey solutions for companies ready to pioneer this new world of “unified GTM engines.”
If you're ready to empower your sales team with AI at scale—without sacrificing human ingenuity—it’s time to build your AI SDR dream team. The future of outbound sales is here, and it's agentic.

Global PocketQube Map: Where Our Users Are Launching From
By Harri Laitinen
Space might be borderless, but the people reaching for it come from everywhere.
At Interstellar Communication Holdings Inc., one of the most exciting things we’ve seen through the icMercury platform is just how global the PocketQube movement has become. From garage tinkerers in Argentina to university teams in Japan, from educators in Ghana to tech collectives in Estonia—our users are launching tiny satellites into orbit from every corner of the planet.
And it’s changing what space access looks like.
The PocketQube World, at a Glance
We’ve been mapping it—not just to track launches, but to celebrate a growing constellation of dreamers. Here’s a glimpse of where icMercury users are designing, building, and launching from:
Accra, Ghana: University-led STEM groups creating educational payloads
Tokyo, Japan: Precision-engineered student missions from small academic labs
Santiago, Chile: Environmental monitors designed by citizen scientists
Budapest, Hungary: Amateur radio and comms experiments led by local hobbyists
Toronto, Canada: Art-focused payloads transmitting Morse-code poems
Bangalore, India: Young engineers prototyping CubeSat-to-PocketQube transitions
Nairobi, Kenya: Community workshops building first-time missions for underrepresented youth
Berlin, Germany: Collaborative missions focused on sustainability and orbital ethics
Jakarta, Indonesia: DIY engineering collectives working with recycled components
Tartu, Estonia: High school teams integrating open-source SDRs into test payloads
And the list is growing—every week.
Why It Matters
Because this map tells a different story than traditional aerospace ever has.
This isn’t a race between nations. It’s a network of people. It’s a signal that the future of space doesn’t just belong to big agencies or billionaires—it belongs to educators, creators, and communities that have never had a chance to launch anything before.
PocketQubes lower the cost. Platforms like icMercury remove the friction. And the result? A constellation of participants who look like the world.
What the Map Doesn’t Show—but You Should Know
Behind every dot is a story.
The student who stayed late every night soldering panels in Manila. The retired engineer in Poland who finally built the satellite he dreamed of in the '80s. The school in rural South Africa that held a launch countdown party with just a speaker, a tarp, and belief.
This is not just a map of where we are. It’s a preview of where we’re going.
As Interstellar Communication Holdings Inc. heads to London this November for the 2025 Go Global Awards, we’re not just carrying a pitch deck. We’re carrying a map. And it’s dotted with proof that space isn’t elite anymore. It’s distributed. Diverse. Decentralized.
The orbit is crowded with innovation—yes. But it’s also alive with hope.
So if you’re wondering where PocketQubes are launching from, the answer is simple: Everywhere. And maybe soon—your backyard too.

The Future of Lead Generation: Prospect Wiki’s Vision for Smarter Prospecting
Tumblr media
In the fast-evolving digital marketplace, lead generation is no longer just about quantity—it’s about quality, timing, and personalization. As competition grows fiercer and B2B buyers become more discerning, the traditional spray-and-pray tactics are proving ineffective. At Prospect Wiki, we believe the future of lead generation lies in intelligent prospecting—where strategy, automation, and data converge to drive meaningful connections.
The Problem with Traditional Prospecting
Let’s face it—manual lead generation is tedious, time-consuming, and often produces leads that don’t convert. Teams spend hours scouring LinkedIn, compiling spreadsheets, and chasing unqualified prospects. Cold outreach becomes a numbers game, where results are unpredictable at best.
More importantly, generic messages lack the contextual relevance today’s buyers expect. With inboxes flooded and attention spans dwindling, the need for smart, timely, and targeted communication is more urgent than ever.
Prospect Wiki’s Mission: Democratizing Smarter Lead Generation
At Prospect Wiki, our mission is simple: empower businesses of all sizes to find the right prospects, at the right time, using the right tools—without burning out sales teams or breaking budgets.
We’re building a platform that brings together:
Verified contact data across industries and geographies
AI-powered filters to help users segment and prioritize high-intent leads
Lead enrichment tools that go beyond job titles to provide deeper context
Automation workflows for outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling
And above all, a user-first interface that makes prospecting accessible even to non-tech-savvy users
Smarter Prospecting: The 5 Pillars of Our Vision
Here’s how we see the future unfolding—and how Prospect Wiki is helping shape it.
1. Data Accuracy at the Core
Poor data = wasted effort. Prospect Wiki’s internal systems regularly validate and update contact details to ensure users work with the most accurate data possible. This reduces bounce rates and boosts email deliverability—critical for any outbound campaign.
2. Contextual Personalization with AI
Our upcoming AI modules will analyze public data such as social media activity, press releases, and industry trends to generate context-aware outreach templates. Imagine reaching out to a lead with a reference to their latest blog post or product launch—at scale.
3. Intent-Driven Targeting
