Fedez e Siae: pace fatta dopo le polemiche

Fedez ha annunciato la fine della sua battaglia contro la Siae (Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori) e la sua collaborazione con la stessa.

Fedez abbandona Soundreef e torna in Siae

Nel 2016, Fedez aveva deciso di affidare la gestione dei suoi diritti d’autore alla neonata Soundreef, accusando la Siae di agire in regime monopolistico. Tuttavia, in una recente dichiarazione su Instagram, Fedez ha annunciato una partnership con la Siae e la realizzazione di un nuovo format, “Siae incontra“. Si tratta di una serie di interviste in cui Fedez parlerà con autori della musica italiana e persone che lavorano nella Siae per comprendere i cambiamenti e le migliorie apportate dall’organizzazione nel tempo.

La battaglia contro il monopolio

Fedez spiega che la sua battaglia ideologica non è mai stata contro la Siae in sé, ma piuttosto contro il monopolio che riteneva esistesse. Ha riconosciuto i meriti della Siae nel cambiare e apportare miglioramenti tecnologici a favore degli autori ed editori. La Siae ha commentato che la scelta di Fedez dimostra che il percorso intrapreso negli ultimi anni va nella giusta direzione, sottolineando il lavoro svolto per tutelare autori ed editori.

“La mia battaglia ideologica non è mai stata contro Siae ma contro il monopolio che reggeva. Oggi non c’è più. Negli anni ho imparato a conoscere due realtà e a riconoscere i meriti di Siae nel cambiare e nell’apportare cambiamenti tecnologici in favore degli autori e degli editori. Oggi Siae è un’azienda che tutela gli autori e lo fa con gli strumenti che abbiamo a disposizione nel 2023“.

Questa decisione segna la fine di controversie e contenziosi passati tra Fedez e la Siae, comprese cause legali e polemiche pubbliche. La Siae ha anche ricevuto elogi da parte di Fedez per adattarsi ai cambiamenti tecnologici del 2023 e per il suo impegno nella tutela degli autori. La collaborazione si concretizzerà attraverso la serie di interviste “Siae incontra“, in cui il rapper esplorerà la realtà della Siae insieme a vari ospiti.

80s Akira but when he fuses with Amon, he still has his walkman on so it becomes part of him, too.

This walkman looks completely normal on the outside, but if you open it, you can see bits of living flesh fused with mechanical components. It's so scary that Akira won't let anybody touch it, but that's not the only reason. He doesn't know why, but he feels lost and weak if he can't feel the machine close to his body at all times.

The machine reveals its true nature only when Akira transforms into a devilman, really. As a matter of fact, it immediately merges with Akira's flesh around one of his thighs, except for some basic buttons like fastforward, rewind, eject and stop. As long as Akira puts a real tape inside his walkman-leg, he can modify the music on it and go berserk until the tape reaches the end of a side.

Yeah, I love thinking of Akira as a scary 80s Starlord that fights demons while listening to cool beats. Akira can't do it for long while in his devilman form tho, because the walkman is now powered by his own blood. Better kill those demons fast my man, unless you want to turn human again and probably die! Whoopsie.

On a lighter note, the walkman is able to change a tape's content even in its safe mundane form- so Akira totally sells high quality bootlegs to support himself. (he doesn't want to be a burden to his family or even Miki's).

Ryo is the one who does the dirty job tho. To be honest, it was probably Ryo's idea in the first place. The world is ending, so who cares, right? Might as well buy a few more drinks before it's all over.

If Akira gives you a mixtape for free, you have to listen to it because he must really love you a lot. (Ryo will regret this)

Günther Uecker (1930-03-13 - 2025-06-10)

Günther Uecker was a German sculptor, op artist and installation artist.

Uecker began his artistic education in 1949 when he took up studies at Wismar. He then went to the art school in Berlin-Weißensee and in 1955 to Düsseldorf, where he studied under Otto Pankok at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf.

In 1960, Uecker met the group ZERO with Heinz Mack and Otto Piene, artists who propagated a new beginning of art in opposition to the German Informel. The three artist joined a studio at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam in 1962 and installed a ‘Salon de Lumière’ at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Paris.

During these years, Uecker focused on the medium of light, studying optical phenomena, and produced a series of structures that actively integrated the viewer and played with his visual process by kinetic or manual interference.

Since 1966, after the group ZERO dissolved and a last joint exhibition, Uecker increasingly used nails as an artistic means of expression. At the beginning of the 1960s he began hammering nails into pieces of furniture, musical instruments and household objects, and then he began combining nails with the theme of light and with the illusion of movement.

Light and electricity continued to be one of the main subjects and natural materials such as sand and water were included in his installations, resulting in an interaction of the different elements to create a sensation of light, space, movement and time.

From 1974 Uecker taught at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf.

With Otto Piene, Heinz Mack and Mattijs Visser he founded in 2008 the international ZERO foundation. The foundation has the complete ZERO archives from three Düsseldorfer artists as well as documents and photos from other related artists.

Uecker’s work can be found in the collections of major institutions worldwide, among them: the ZERO foundation and Museum Kunst Palast, Düsseldorf; Courtauld Institute of Art, (London); Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; Museum of Modern Art, New York; Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago; Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; Centre Pompidou, Paris; Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
