angel in the eyes — 18+ pt.2??

it hits 10pm on the stove clock, youre already sunken deep into your warm couch, the blankets engulfing your figure, the book youve managed to get your hands on and the cooled down tea youve made over an hour ago.

then the sudden commotion of two deep voices, yet familiar to your ears. You think to yourself that you must be really tired, and that its two late for the two blokes you work with to possibly be here right now.

Not until you hear loud banging on your apartment door, the call of your name and a familiar accent.

You're up at your feet, lazily walking towards your door, feeling agitated and a bit confused. You open your door to your best friend Simon, and soap.

The first thing that catches your eye is the way soap had some iron steel grip on Simon, like holding on for dear life because of all the weight being put on him. And then you noticed the drunken gaze on Simons face. And the strong scent of whiskey breath hitting your face.

"M' sorry, tried to stop him but he wouldn't stop walkin'.." soap explains with a sigh and a push to Simon to at-least let him lean onto the door frame.

You stare at Simon, almost wanting to laugh because you have never seen him this wasted before. You start to assume that it was a bad mission, which you’re not 100% sure but you never know.

But Simon looks at you like you’re some kind of angel sent from heaven. And it’s not like you haven’t seen this look before, you always get that look from him. Whether he’s back from a mission and just needs to be around you, or even if he’s half asleep, but refuses to let his heavy eyes to fall because he wants to hear you talk.

“Let him stay her’ for tha night eh? Got a mornin’ shift and don’t got time to handle him.” Soap explains as he gives you this ‘good luck’ typa look before walking down your apartment stairs. You roll your eyes as you shove Simon in. You don’t need luck, you just need a blanket and your bed.

You ushered Simon onto your couch, before offering him water and whatever you thought could ease and soothe him. You weren’t really good at this stuff, you thought, this isn’t as easy as it is in the books you always buy but never finish.

“M’ sory.. for yknow— comin here.. jus needed to see you.. missed you. so. much.” simon muttered as he’s half asleep already on your couch, he gripped your blanket, didn’t even bother to look at you.

You smile as he falls asleep, not replying to him, but ultimately just watching him sleep in peace. He’s tired and you know it.

- Bruno’s admiration for his crush skyrockets. He always knew she was special, but finding out she could handle herself with such a powerful Stand only makes him respect her more. He looks at her with even more fondness than before

- His crush gets even more flustered around him now, knowing he’s learned her big secret. Anytime he gives her that warm smile or brushes his fingers against hers, she turns bright red and stumbles over her words. It makes Bruno’s heart skip every time. He finds her shyness adorable, especially in contrast to her deadly past

She’s too flustered to refuse, and soon they’re slow dancing, her hands barely resting on his shoulders while his hands gently hold her waist. Her heartbeat is erratic, but Bruno just keeps whispering how beautiful she is under his breath, making her even more nervous (in the best way)

- On quiet nights, Bruno and his crush stay up late talking. She’s still shy about opening up, but Bruno has a way of making her feel safe. He’ll ask about her dreams, her favorite things, and the moments that make her happiest. His voice is soft, low, and comforting, making her feel like she could listen to him forever. Sometimes she’s so wrapped up in his voice, she almost forgets to respond, making him chuckle

- Even though it’s usually his crush getting flustered, Bruno’s heart races sometimes too. It’s just something about her being so gentle and caring even tho she was an assassin that makes him so weak for her

Idk if you got this ask before, but how has your experience at the gym been? What kind of stuff do you do there? I've been considering going too but I'm toooooo anxious and I feel like I would waste my money on a subscription bc I don't know what to do there 🥶 sorry if you've posted abt this before btw!

its been great! i honestly rlly liked going to the gym this month im not going bc what i didnt like was the personal trainer thing which made me stressed having someone look at me all the time lmao like...just give me my program n do your thing lol he also made me uncomfy a bit.... when i move wherever i will start again but a normal gym not personal trainer...

so even if u have no personal trainer i think there s still someone who... takes your measurements and gives you a program fitting or your goal OR there s plenty of workout plans u can find online....not everyone who works at a gym knows their thing... listen to your body before any 'professional'

also.. make sure there's AC -_-;
