I wonder if the writers didn't decide to make Kagami a senti and instead a biological human being, would Felix snap her out of existence like he did in Emotion along with everybody else or would he have kept her alive ?

I could see him snapping her out of existence but I think it is more likely he will keep her alive for One of Two reasons.

Pity . Let's say that the writers decided Kagami to be a regular human being but still have an abusive mother . Felix might still pity her and feel bad for her because of her troubled home life. Felix would relate to this due to his own father being horrid and would not snap her out of existence. Him getting to know Kagami and forming a connection with her would make him feel guilty about snapping her therefore he would keep her alive.

Kagami's friendship of Adrien. She is considered to be Adrien's best friend even more so than Nino. Adrien Confided with her about his feelings towards Marinette and his Daddy Issues. One of the main reason you could say for Felix doing what he did in Emotion was for Adrien . He wanted Adrien to be free from his fathers control and wants him to be happy even if it meant doing heinous things. He knows Adrien would be devastated if Kagami is gone so he would keep her alive for Adrien.
