Diva is heeeeere! Here's council!AudreyBourgeois (Code Name: Isabelle de Valois) This is my interpretation of her!

Background

Isabelle = reference to Queen Isabella of France, the She-Wolf of France aka the Rebel Queen

Sartre = has been connected to the Latin word “sartor,” meaning “tailor”; the surname is a nod to Jean-Paul Sartre, who wrote/stood against everything that Isabelle herself is often associated with, making this name ironic

Internal Joke: "My name is a contradiction - so am I."

Born in 1969

Her mom’s a tailor; her dad teaches sculpture at the university and is an editor for a small magazine on the side

Childhood and Fashion:

Was closer to her father than her mother

Her father saw her enthusiasm for journalism and often encouraged her ruthless ambition; her mother's self-internalized misogynistic views created a rift between the two, especially as the older woman subtly tries to drag her daughter down (at least from Isabelle's POV)

Note: her mother should not be reduced to "terrible monster" or a "heartless bitch"; she is a woman broken by the norms and boxes that she was forced into; Isabelle knows this to a degree - perhaps, it's what she hates most about the situation

Didn't have many friends, but even at a young age, she was known for her sharp tongue and mind

She’s intelligent but doesn’t pick up on social cues well; She’s not oblivious. She knows status. She just doesn’t care to be polite about it

"She’s the only person at school who can quote Dior and Derrida in the same sentence without irony" - a classmate

Were classmates with the soon-to-be "Diamond" on the council (the first one, not the current Diamond), who was also a lower-class artist struggling to make it into the industry

The two classmates would become closer friends as they ascended to the top together in fashion - they would only have each other in this cutthroat industry

The fashion industry would largely shape her - make her cynical and cruel

Magazine Director:

When Isabelle was 20, she finds that her father was having an affair; she is torn by this revelation, trying to reconcile the two personas of the man she looked up to

Her parents have a divorce, and her father remarries to a famous fashion editor; her new stepmother is supportive of Isabelle's goals; Isabelle cuts off contact with her mother 6 months later

Stepmother and daughter would work together; Isabelle with connections and help from her new mentor, would soon be recruited to globally famous magazine Haute Terreur

First works as editor - makes her way up to become director

Changes her last name to "de Valois" = a line of French royalty

Would be known as a ruthless employer - striking down rivals, allies, and employees like Robespierre with his bloody pen

1995 France Bombings:

A series of attacks targeted public transport systems in Paris and Lyon, as well as a school in Villeurbanne were carried out by the Armed Islamic Group of Algeria (GIA), who sought to expand the Algerian Civil War to France

Isabelle is returning from a meeting with a high-profile advertiser - she’s distracted, walking through Saint-Michel RER station, when the blast hits.

She’s far enough away not to be seriously injured - but close enough to be covered in blood and glass - The carnage is visceral, chaotic, without symbolism

She locks eyes with a dying woman - wearing an exact replica of a coat featured on Haute Terreur’s spring cover

For Isabelle, it’s not just horror - it’s desecration. Her world of clean lines, moral narratives, beautiful structures is obliterated in one moment of randomized, meaningless violence

Later, she has to write a tribute to the bombing incidents for her magazine

When researching the car bomb that exploded near a Jewish school in Villeurbanne, she interviews a young student who gives her notes of things they were taught to recite:

Things We Were Told Not to Say:

Don’t talk about Muslims

Don’t talk about Algeria

Don’t blame anyone

Don’t ask why it’s a trash can and not a person

Isabelle is furious - She sees it not as a sign of moral resilience but of cultural anesthesia, a France that refuses to name or frame reality for fear of ugliness.

This is the final nail in the coffin: Human beings are cowardly animals who prefer sentiment over structure, tolerance over taste, survival over soul

Council:

Her former classmate, now a prominent fashion designer introduces her to the council; she accepts

She decides to stay on the sidelines, not fully trusting their sincerity and not wanting to get too entrenched in the shady politics of the organization

Present Day 2016:

Her Worldview:

Society is built on inherited lies and hollow traditions - after all, history is written by the victors

Systems - political, social, aesthetic - can be rewritten, like any article or myth.

Weakness masquerades as virtue; only those who construct truth wield real power.

A better world cannot be persuaded into being. It must be designed. Tailored. Stitched together from the bones of the old.

In her hands, narrative becomes reality. Reputation becomes fate. What is written is.

Design Notes/Character Study

Although she mostly wears pantsuits and seeks to match her male rivals, she still retains her femininity

Darker make-up

References: Lemoncholy's Evil Robespierre design (lots of Robespierre references); Anna Wintour, Misa Amane + Mello (for color scheme)

Accessories: Marching band/ceremonial regalia - her outfit is armor

Hidden reds that look like blood

Blood red quill: her words are her weapon of choice

Bright blue eyes speckled with gold - striking, sharp eyes that see through everything

Arms crossed: always closed off, on guard; a reference to Anna Wintour

Rarely smiles genuinely

Sharp teeth; predator imagery

Magazine cover: look up Vogue covers

Undiagnosed autism? It's more likely than you think... :P

Plays to her audience. She knows which rooms ask her to speak loudly and which expect her to stay quiet. So then... why is it becoming harder and harder to distinguish the line between mask and face?

Ok so, I thought on this for like days, and never came up with the ideal words of how to describe the theme soo... you caught me in the middle of an inspiration rush🙂

Better show you than tell you, don't you think?

For Hawkmoth, I did what many have already done, no baldhead, show the ears because if he ever caught Ladybug he needs his ears free to put the earings on. He's wearing a full mask, no mouth. Pitch black eyes in the dark.

The suit is more stylish, still simple enough. Add a little more of the butterfly theme in it. More use of the hidden sword please.

For my dear Mayura, I personally wouldn't change her original design, it's already perfect as it is. So for this design I change the whole vibe, more menancing, still elegant.

Also change the fan to be more useful in battle. This design could also work as a season 6 Mayura, if she ever makes an appearance again.

(Shoutout to the friend who asked me to draw Mayura before, there you have😉).

Last but not least, Emilie Agreste, went full creative mode with this one. Elegant and light, since she's not planning to do acts of terrorism like the other two, she's not hiding her identity that much. A lot of details in it, for her to use it for like 5 minutes? Still worth the time.

Background

Jang = common Korean surname meaning “leader” or “strong,” linked to generals and strategists throughout Korean history

Haneul = Korean for “sky” or “heaven,” suggesting unreachable dominion, the divine, and cosmic ambition

Born 1978, in North Pyongan Province, North Korea, in a privileged military family

Raised under the eye of the regime: his father was an elite colonel in the Ministry of State Security; his mother composed propaganda operas for the Party

Indoctrinated early in Juche ideology and the omnipresence of Kim Il-sung - the sun that nourished all life

Spent his childhood under constant surveillance, learning to smile on command, sing with emotion he didn’t feel, and love a nation that only taught fear

Excelled in gymnastics and foreign languages - trained for future diplomatic or propaganda work

Made him emotionally stunted even as a child

Defection (Age 17–20):

During the 1995 famine (“Arduous March”), his world fell apart:

Watched neighbors eat bark, siblings vanish, and the sun (the regime) fail to shine

Father was executed in a purge after a failed military operation; his mother was sent to a re-education camp

Disillusioned and furious, he defected across the Yalu River, guided only by hatred and hunger

Carried with him a smuggled cassette of South Korean pop - which he later described as “the sound of lies wrapped in light”

The Idol Phase (Age 20):

Entered a defector resettlement program in Seoul, where he learned to smile again - this time, for TV cameras

The council tried to recruit him at the camp - but he had other aspirations; they told him that they would keep in touch

Obsessed with how idols commanded worship without guns - how image, not ideology, shaped reality

Joined a major idol agency under the name “Sol” and became the soft-spoken “mysterious defector” in a popular group

Cultivated a fanbase that adored his “sensitive North Korean past” - a myth he exploited

He discovered his true power lay not in being seen, but in controlling what others saw

“Control doesn’t begin with power. It begins with what people find beautiful.”

Accident (Age 26):

At the peak of his budding idol fame, Haneul was cast in a live televised special promoting a corporate-sponsored concert series at a luxury shopping complex

The venue was rushed to completion to meet investor deadlines, cutting corners on fire safety and structural integrity - the cost of image over infrastructure

Construction safety guidelines existed, but due to the agency’s immense cultural and economic influence, the government granted an exemption, citing the company’s “technical expertise” and tight international schedule (Reference to Byford Dolphin Tragedy)

During rehearsal, the overloaded ceiling collapsed.

His fellow group members died instantly. Haneul was trapped beneath flaming wreckage for over eight minutes

His once-pristine face - the “Sun of Seoul,” as tabloids had begun calling him - was burned + crushed beyond recognition

The response: the label suppressed footage, sponsors denied responsibility, insurance companies delayed payouts, the show went on

Haneul underwent eight reconstructive surgeries in total anonymity. By the end, his face was not restored - it was rebuilt, sculpted into something impossibly symmetrical, eerily perfect

Though more handsome than ever, he could no longer perform:

His injuries made it painful to dance or sing

Cameras and fans still loved him - or rather, the idea of him

He refused to perform again; instead, he reached out to the council and accepted their offer

Vision Entertainment (Age 27–40):

Founded Vision Entertainment, blending hyper-optimized idol production with advanced surveillance and psychometric tracking

“The sun blinds. The eye sees. I am both.”

Publicly known for producing the “cleanest” idols - scandal-free, pristine, obedient

Blackmailed executives, manipulated fandoms through bot networks, and ran smear campaigns on rivals

Controlled both the stage and the spotlight - what people saw, what they felt, and who they hated

Slowly monopolizing the entertainment and media industries

Present Day - 2016:

Publicly: beloved entertainment mogul, creator of the "purest" and scandal-free idols in the industry

His philosophy: “What the regime couldn’t do with fear, and capitalism couldn’t do with freedom, I will do with clarity.”

His idols function as prototypes: pure, blank vessels that audiences pour themselves into

Wishes to replace ideology with choreography, history with branding, faith with repetition

“I was born beneath a dying sun. I’ll become the sky that never sets.”

And well... Adrien has been trying to be the best little angel he can be, but he's still just a kid.

(This is technically the beginning of Nathalie's vision problems. She's surrounded by blue screens all day and probably all night, too.)

Often kept in confinement until of use, discarded afterwards, and spend the rest of their lives struggling to adapt to "normal" life

Greyhounds bred for coursing not bloodlust - violence is transactional not cruel

Often pushed to their physical limits

Gentle with family but aloof with strangers

Built for speed and endurance

Clothes mimic greyhound silhouette

Clothes modeled on Soviet WWII Sniper gear

Stripes to mimic the protruding ribs - fragile yet elegant look

Leash belt/tail - can be used as rappelling gear

Mask and mostly muted colors - contrasting Mayura, who was flashy and eye-catching, the dog miraculous user is a silent, lethal protecter

Eyes - animalistic; black sclera

Keep Nathalie's blue eyes

White/Grey skin to deepen uncanny look

Night vision goggles + Safari's tracking device: unlike most hunting dogs, greyhounds rely on keen vision and explosive speed
