"Are you Jason Peter Todd?!" demanded a deep and commanding tone from the strange glowing being in front of them.

All the Bats stiffened and tensed, no doubt gearing up for a fight against the being that somehow knew Red Hood's full name.

Jason, Red Hood, decided to put on a brave front despite no doubt cursing in his head and wondering how the heck did this thing know his full freaking name.

"Whose asking." he snarled out, his hands twitching for his gun when the huge glowing knight with purple flames coming out of his helmet and cape, who was riding on a nightmare looking horse while they all had been in the cave going over tonight's patrol.

The Knight didn't seemed bothered by his response nor did he even seem to care or flinch when Batman made his own demand on 'Why was he there and who was he' or when Damian unsheathed his sword and pointed it towards him. Instead the strange glowing Knight reached to it side and pulled out... A glowing scroll? Huh. (Also he completely unnerved everyone in the room when the Knight didn't even react when Batman had tossed a Baterang when he reached for his side)

The Knight opened the scroll and spoke clearly with purpose.

"Jason Peter Todd,

You are hereby invited as a special guest of honor to the crowning of our future King of the Infinite Realms.

Daniel Phantom, once Daniel Jackson Fenton, and once Daniel Austen Todd.

Prince of the Infinite Realms, the Keeper of Balance, The Peacekeeping Halfa, the Defeater of the Tyrant King Pariah Dark, The Great One, Youngest of the Ancients, Ancient of Space, The Bridge between Life and Death.

You, the half-brother of our King, have been given the highest of honors for your past actions and will be given housing and food in the Realms and Phantom's Keep, for the week long event. Jason felt like he couldn't breath as Fright Knight? Rolled up the scroll, pulled a letter from his side, and held out the two items for him to take.

so like do you think they made the plastic wheelchair ALONGSIDE the plastic prison as a Just In Case situation, only after they realized charles was going to be a frequent visitor, or both as in because they knew charles was going to be the only person visiting him during planning they decided to make him a chair ahead of time

I know some people are upset with the route they've gone for this season of SR, I'm personally fine with it, like they've said they did rush into the campaign and didn't get to establish world building much, and like Mace said during the break, the story is about the Stardust Rhapsody, which is the ship itself, characters come and go much like the ship and small crew they've taken inspiration from.

I think the only complaint I may have is having a character that doesn't speak common, it does make for funny situations where Derek gets to improvise his response, but having him not able to have significant conversations with anyone else? That's part of the heart of these campaigns, building the relationships between characters, so having him be essentially silent to everyone else is going to affect that :/

Tbh part of the reason why i started to not believe that any of the Milgram murders were indirect is that, frankly, it's just boring to me. Like i'm sorry but it is. Like if your series is set up as asking us to judge innocent or guilty the murders of a bunch of people and then it turns out that a few of them objectively did not commit murder then yeah of course i'm going to say innocent. Because they objectively are if that's true. Like were their actions awful? Yeah ofc they are but you are asking me specifically to judge their murders and if they didn't commit any murder then there's no reason for me to think they are guilty

BASICALLY the tl;dr is that she's an awful writer that values style over substance to the detriment of substance. she thinks shock value and twists make up for her lack of intellect (she is dumb as a box of hammers imco) and depth of narrative.

she's also ragingly classist (see: saltburn) and sexist (promising young woman). and thinking of the classist/racist crimes she's going to commit against heathcliff literally makes me shudder. it's going to be bad.

I don't think we've talked enough about how iconic it was that the flash got both Wentworth and dominic to play partners, ice and fire, with wentworth the one making the plans. Like the first episode he appears in they don't even show dominic, you hear him say "yeah buddy im in" at the very end of the episode. They gave them whole ass brotherly partners they started in the flash then moved to legends and all that after the first run of prison break, like they knew the power they had at that point. Fucking iconic.
