Reaction to A Very Royal Scandal
IMO, this is not a "hit piece" on Andrew. It actually humanizes both Emily Maitlis and the York family. The juxtaposition of the panorama backstory and the timing of Andrew's NYC "loan" meeting with Sleazy E is worth further investigation.
Over the years, most in this community seem to disagree with my opinion of Virginia Roberts Giuffre as a duplicitous, lying, incredible witness and Sharon Churcher's edited fake "photograph."
Johanna Sjoberg
Unlike Virginia, whose father labeled "a good little actress," Johanna Sjoberg-------the pretty woman from Maine who relocated to Florida for college------is an extremely credible witness. Johanna is now a trained hair stylist and business owner (thanks to Sleazy E's money) who openly admits that her relationship with Sleazy E was "a deal with the devil."
Johanna acknowledged that she was "groomed for it" (she is the young woman who ran out of the massage room saying "f this") but she ultimately agreed to travel to the "island" and willingly participated in the "sex stuff."
Johanna admitted that at first, it was a fun time, and she knew what she was getting into. It wasn't until after Sleazy E was exposed for trafficking "underaged" girls that Johanna cut ties with the financier. All the women around Johanna (including Virgina) were consenting ADULTS. When she asked Sleazy E about the underaged girls, he told Johanna the high school girls lied to him about their real ages. Lest we forget that Virginia Roberts Guifree also worked to recruit underaged girls to service Sleazy E.
Johanna's report about the NYC dinner and the few minutes she and Virginia spent with Andrew (that spitting image doll) and the boob grab is credible-----unlike Virginia's fantastical tales about being led upstairs to have sex with Andrew.
According to Johanna, Andrew didn't know ANY of the (hostesses) women who Ghislaine invited to the NYC post-prison celebrity dinner. I find it interesting that in all of Virginia's interviews, she has never mentioned that the celebrity dinner in his NYC home also included Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos, and other NYC celebrities and media personalities.
That Photograph
taken at Virginia's request (2001) as a memento for Virginia's mother.
Virginia is pictured in that same outfit on a yacht with Naomi Campbell and Ghislaine on the French Riviera for Naomi's birthday
Virginia traveled to London with her parents permission
Virginia danced with a smelly man who was sweating profusely like a pig. Who was the sweaty, smelly man?
Ghislaine & Virginia went shopping for a party DRESS, handbag, parfums on the morning of her "date" with a prince
En route to Ghislaine's home, Virginia was instructed to have sex with sweaty, smelly Andrew
Virginia claimed they had all just returned to Ghislaine's home after a sweaty dance party at Tramps
Virginia told her parents she met a prince and the Queen of England
Sweat
Many people do in fact suffer from nerve damage: autonomic nervous disorders that can significantly reduces sweating, even in aerobic conditions.
Andrew's friends have confirmed that he does not sweat, even in tropical conditions.
Why is Andrew's shirt dry? Where are the armpit/underarm sweat stains? Where are the discolorations on his pristine dress shirt?
Why isn't Andrew's appearance unkempt & messy? Why isn't his hair wet or unkempt?
Where is Virginia's "fancy dress?"
Tramps would not have allowed a young girl to enter dressed in blue jeans & tshirt
A "victim" does not request a happy photograph for her mother with a gross, smelly client BEFORE their "bath"
Where is Sharon Churcher, (Virginia's "coach") Daily Mail writer?
Talking heads had a fit about Catherine's photo editing (not photoshopping) but they have all remained quiet about the FAKE photo of Andrew with Virginia Roberts Guifree
Who and Where is the sweaty man?
Who did Virginia really meet that resembles Andrew and the Queen of England?
I never knew that Andrew visited Sleazy E at his NYC home to request $100,000 cash for Fergie. ("It was a convenient place to stay.) In any non-royal job, Andrew would have been terminated as soon as he made that ask.
Andrew chose to befriend JE AFTER he served time for his sexual assault and "human trafficking" CONVICTION.
Charles wrongly thinks "Christian Forgiveness" means to allow Andrew (who some view as a human trafficker) to be honored with::
chauffeurs for Easter services
public walks & family seating at events
On parade in front of the world for holidays & special events
If Charles intends to create his own GOSPEL of forgiveness, he will prove his contempt for the service & sacrifice of Christ
Christians are commanded to refrain from giving hearty approval to those who participate in evil
We are explicitly commanded to avoid even the very appearance of evil
Proverbs 13:20 "spend time with the wise and you will become wise, but the friends of fools will suffer; associate with fools and get in trouble; hang out with fools and watch your life fall to pieces; whomever associates with fools will suffer; a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Andrew should be thankful he's not in a prison with Ghislaine Maxwell. He still has a good life and he can do a great deal of good privately helping less fortunate people---- without the honor of being "seen" alongside the BRF. Andrew forfeited those honors (which came with birth) in exchange for good times.
Charles may be tempted to assuage his own guilt and shame by rehabilitating the image of his traitor son and "darling boy."
Actions have consequences, sin has consequences. It seems that blue blood makes Sparry above the law in the American criminal justice system, however it doesn't cleanse him from betraying his country and the Sovereign, Queen of England and Prince Philip.
Sparry's betrayal is beyond public prayers of forgiveness offered by Charles & Camilla: for adultery, open marriages, and remarriage.
IMO the woke Church of England clergy/ employees are a part of the problem. They don't fear God, nor do they reverence and follow the teachings of Christ.
Darling boy forfeited his birthright, and if there were any justice, Sparry wouldn't set foot in the UK without a week or months long stay in the Tower.
When this soho house succubus clawed her way into the BRF, many monarchists speculated that Sparry's "marriage" was the slippery slope towards a Republic.
If Charles is willing to risk the Crown to rehabilitate his darling boy, he will be the BRF's last monarch.
A Very Royal Scandal
"You live with the consequences of your actions, sir."

Epstein allegedly sexually assaulted multiple teenage girls. Some of his victims were as young as 14 years old, prosecutors have said. He committed the crimes at his homes in Manhattan; Palm Beach, Florida; and his private island near St. Thomas.
In 2019, federal prosecutors charged him with one count of sex trafficking conspiracy and one count of sex trafficking with underage females. Epstein died by suicide in his Manhattan jail cell about a month after being arrested, and the charges against him were thus dropped.
His partner Maxwell, who was also involved in the crimes, is now serving a 20-year prison sentence after being convicted in December 2021. She was accused of helping Epstein recruit and sexually abuse minor girls.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10531023/The-story-picture-Andrew-Virginia-Giuffre-Maxwell-journalist-scooped-world.html
In the days leading up to the settlement, his lawyers had been demanding a copy of the 'original' photograph as 'sources close to Andrew' launched a smear campaign, claiming the picture Virginia handed me might have been faked.
This struck me as bizarre because, during the 11 years since I first laid eyes on that astonishing picture, no one from Buckingham Palace had contacted me to accuse me of falling for a hoax.
Andrew's theory is far-fetched for another reason: Virginia also handed me a copy of 24 pages of notes she had made about how she was turned into a 'little disposable play toy' for a royal by 'J E and Ghislaine'.
I still have those notes, written in Virginia's childish, looped handwriting.
Far from forging the infamous picture on a sophisticated computer, she jotted down her shocking memories in long-hand in an exercise book because she didn't own a laptop.
[...]
'It wasn't like she pulled the photo of Prince Andrew out – it was just in among the rest of them,' photographer Michael pointed out after Andrew aired his ludicrous allegations.
'They were just typical teenage snaps. There's no way that photo is fake.'
I had no inkling that I was embarking on an assignment that would bring down the Prince when I set out to investigate a mysterious civil writ.
It was filed in a Florida court in 2009 by a woman identified only as 'Jane Doe 102', who alleged she was hired by Epstein when she was 'a vulnerable young girl'.
Her peculiar duties included being 'sexually exploited by Epstein's adult male peers, including royalty', she said.
[...]
His family's address was in old property records. They'd moved from Palm Beach, a neighbour told me when I knocked on her door, but she remembered Virginia.
'She was a sad, anorexic-looking girl,' she said.
[...]
On February 4, 2011, an email landed that would change the course of history for Andrew.
'Hi Sharon,' Virginia wrote. 'My Father, Sky Roberts, informed me of your call and I thought I'd send you my contact details so we can get in touch.'
When I called her Australian number, her voice was shaky but determined and the first word from her lips was 'Andrew'.
He was the Royal in her lawsuit, she told me, and, while initially reluctant to talk publicly, she eventually decided she wanted to waive her anonymity and tell her story because she was furious that he was still hanging out with Epstein after the financier's conviction for offences related to child prostitution.
Just a few days before, she had seen a photo – published by the now defunct News of the World – that revealed the Prince had taken a stroll in Manhattan's Central Park with Epstein after the wealthy pervert had completed a slap- on-the-wrist jail sentence for abusing underage girls.
She had also read about a dinner party that Epstein threw for Andrew during the New York visit, which was attended by celebrities including Woody Allen.
Little could Andrew have known that that image of him casually chatting to his old friend in the park would end up so enraging Virginia she would agree to talk to me.

“Of course Andrew settled. There was NEVER going to be a trial.”
It’s breaking news on the DM. Odd in that he was going to be deposed on March 10th and had agreed to be so.
Also odd in that the most recent story prior to this was his lawyers request for the original of that photo which VG has apparently lost.
Also odd in that I would have thought he could/would have called Sharon Churcher as a witness in that she was the journalist most involved with VG who, after the fact, called her a liar.
Thanks.

It’s Alan Dershowitz vs. David Boies, again and again
By Tom Jackman, Deanna Paul and Manuel Roig-Franzia | Published August 13 at 11:21 AM ET | Washington Post | Posted August 13, 2019 5:59 PM ET |
In the twilight of the ceaselessly dueling courtroom gods, legacies wobble and crack.
Once, they were unquestioned giants of the legal profession. David Boies, the slayer of Microsoft’s monopoly, the man Al Gore turned to in hopes of salvaging his bid for the presidency. Alan Dershowitz, one of the intellectual bulwarks of the O.J. Simpson defense team, the tactician immortalized on the big screen for reversing the murder conviction of socialite Claus von Bülow.
But now, as they reach an age when other esteemed elder statesmen of the bar might be basking in acclaim for their life’s work, the 78-year-old Boies and the 80-year-old Dershowitz are brutally yoked in a subplot of the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case. Their link became even tighter and more complicated this past weekend when the disgraced multimillionaire was found dead of an apparent suicide at a federal detention center in New York where he was awaiting trial on new sex trafficking charges. Epstein’s death occurred the day after newly unsealed court documents claimed he had a voracious sexual appetite for underage girls and detailed the alleged methods he and his friends used to recruit them.
The clash between Dershowitz and Boies, and its offshoots, have spawned lawsuits, swarms of stinging court documents, ferocious accusations, angry television appearances, a secretly taped call and more. In this long-running melodrama, Boies and his partners at Boies Schiller Flexner represent one of Epstein’s accusers, Virginia Roberts Giuffre — who was a teenage locker-room attendant at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort when she met Epstein. Giuffre has alleged that Epstein demanded that she have sex with him repeatedly when she was underage and lent her for sex to his friends, including Dershowitz.
Dershowitz finds himself labeled as an alleged sex abuser in a personal affidavit by Boies, a claim he has volcanically denied. Dershowitz’s effort to counter the accusations has been made all the more nettlesome because his long-ago representation of Epstein has come under greater scrutiny following Epstein’s arrest last month. Dershowitz, an emeritus Harvard University law professor, is also fending off a defamation suit filed by Giuffre, set for key oral arguments next month, in which Boies has become a vital player.
Because Epstein’s death will end his criminal case, the Giuffre defamation action against Dershowitz could be one of the dwindling number of cases that would allow for the full public airing of numerous accusations against Epstein that his alleged victims have long sought.
As the Boies-Dershowitz conflict has dragged on, Boies, his partners and his allies have tarred Dershowitz in personal affidavits related to a bar complaint and a defamation lawsuit for allegedly bedding Giuffre when she was an underage teenager. In court filings, they portray Dershowitz, who has never been charged with a sex crime, as a liar and a sneak who secretly recorded a call with a fellow lawyer.
“After extensive consideration of everything Mr. Dershowitz told and showed me, I ultimately concluded that his denials were not credible,” Boies wrote in an affidavit included in Giuffre’s defamation suit against Dershowitz. (Giuffre sued Dershowitz because of numerous statements he made in media interviews, including calling her a “certified, complete, total liar” and saying that “she simply made up the entire story for money.”)
Meanwhile, Dershowitz has painted Boies as a corrupt attorney with a long trail of ethical lapses, a cheat and the head of a criminal enterprise.
“I believe the law firm of Boies Schiller is a RICO,” Dershowitz said in a recent interview at his New York apartment, citing the acronym used for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a law frequently used against the mafia. “I believe they are the law firm of extortion, subornation of perjury and other crimes.”
Boies declined repeated interview requests and did not respond to written questions that specifically referenced the RICO allegation, as well as other assertions made by Dershowitz. Giuffre’s attorneys did not respond to requests for comment.
NAMED IN A COURT FILING
The mudslinging between two of America’s most famous and celebrated attorneys tracks to the wee hours of Jan. 22, 2015, when the men were casual acquaintances and occasional confidants. Dershowitz, a ubiquitous TV presence, awoke early that morning at his New York apartment and headed to Rockefeller Center, where he was scheduled to appear on NBC’s “Today show to discuss the sex allegations made by Giuffre.
On the way, Dershowitz seethed.
Three weeks earlier, his name had surfaced in a court filing by Giuffre, who was then known only as Jane Doe No. 3, asking to join a lawsuit related to the Epstein case. The suit alleged that Epstein’s victims hadn’t been notified in advance of a non-prosecution agreement with federal prosecutors after the wealthy financier was arrested on suspicion of sex trafficking involving minors.
It wasn’t the substance of the complaint about victim notification that was most important to Dershowitz, though. Instead, he was incensed that the filing asserted that Giuffre had been lent to Britain’s Prince Andrew for sex and to Dershowitz, whom she alleged had sex with her at Epstein’s private island, his Palm Beach estate, his New Mexico ranch, his New York mansion and on his private plane.
Dershowitz and the prince adamantly denied the accusations at the time. Dershowitz and Buckingham Palace, speaking on behalf of Andrew, also issued strongly worded denials last week when the court documents were unsealed.
On “Today” that day in 2015, Dershowitz went nuclear. He accused Giuffre of filing “perjured” court papers and said, “She is categorically lying and making the whole thing up.”
Dershowitz has bolstered his contention that Giuffre cannot be trusted by referencing claims that she has made about having dinner with former president Bill Clinton on Epstein’s island. Dershowitz took it upon himself to investigate the Clinton allegation and to clear his name. He hired a security firm headed by former FBI director Louis Freeh to investigate.
Through Freedom of Information Act requests, the firm determined that Clinton could not have been on Epstein’s island during the time period when Giuffre said she had dinner with him. A summary of findings prepared by the Freeh firm states that the FOIA records “completely undermine [Giuffre’s] credibility.” The firm also said it found no evidence to support the sex allegations against Dershowitz.
Unsealed records
Last week, Dershowitz also gained what might be a potent weapon in his quest to impeach Giuffre’s credibility in the newly unsealed court documents. The papers relate to a defamation suit filed against Ghislaine Maxwell, whom Giuffre and others have accused of procuring girls and women for Epstein. The suit was settled for an undisclosed amount in 2017. The records were unsealed at the request of several news organizations, including The Washington Post and the Miami Herald, which published a series of articles about Epstein’s alleged abuses prior to his recent arrest.
Among the documents was a 2011 email sent to Giuffre from Sharon Churcher, a journalist for the British tabloid the Mail on Sunday, that Dershowitz contends is proof that Giuffre was being encouraged to lie about him. The email appears to reference a book proposal Giuffre was compiling.
“Don’t forget Alan Dershowitz . . . JE’s buddy and lawyer,” Churcher writes to Giuffre in an apparent reference to Jeffrey Epstein’s initials. “Good name for your pitch as he repped Claus von Bulow and a movie was made about that case . . . title was Reversal of Fortune. We all suspect Alan is a pedo and tho no proof of that, you probably met him when he was hanging put [sic] w JE.”
Churcher did not respond to a request for an interview.
The famed law professor’s campaign to refute Giuffre’s allegations created a pile of legal trouble because of the words he chose. While defending himself, he also cast aspersions on the character and ethics of the two attorneys representing Giuffre in her attempt to join the lawsuit related to notifying Epstein’s victims.
Dershowitz had said in a television interview that the attorneys — Florida-based Brad Edwards and former federal judge Paul Cassell — were “prepared to lie, cheat and steal.” He had described Cassell as “essentially a crook.” (Cassell and Edwards did not respond to interview requests.)
Cassell and Edwards responded in the way lawyers might be expected to — they sued him for defamation.
Despite the lawsuit, Dershowitz continued to vociferously and publicly defend himself.
In Florida, an attorney in Boies’s firm named Carlos Sires was watching “Today” when Dershowitz appeared. He reached out via email to Dershowitz offering to help him with the dispute and later discussed the possibility of representing him. (Dershowitz has said he considered Sires his attorney at that point, a contention that Sires has disputed in an affidavit attached to a bar complaint Dershowitz later filed against Boies.)
Sires also said in the affidavit that he was not aware at the time of his initial contact with Dershowitz that other lawyers in his firm were representing Giuffre in a separate case. That digital note set in motion a cascading series of events that have put Dershowitz and Boies at odds for the past four years. (Sires could not be reached for comment.)
The dispute centered on Dershowitz’s claim that Sires reviewed confidential material about the defamation case filed against Dershowitz by Edwards and Cassell. About a week later, Boies determined that there was a conflict that Sires had not known about and the firm notified Dershowitz that it couldn’t represent him.
Dershowitz was angry, concluding that the firm sneakily got inside information about his defense in order to gain an advantage, according to interviews with Dershowitz. Boies has dismissed that suggestion, saying in a personal affidavit connected to the Florida bar complaint Dershowitz later filed against him that material Sires reviewed was nothing more than a recap of Dershowitz’s public statements.
What Dershowitz didn’t know at the time was that Boies, the man who would become his nemesis, had been in contact with Giuffre for nearly six months. Boies was contacted in June 2014 by Stanley Pottinger, an attorney who was the former head of the Justice Department’s civil rights division, about representing Giuffre, according to an affidavit by Boies included in Giuffre’s ongoing case against Dershowitz.
Although Giuffre had two attorneys, Pottinger thought she needed more legal help because he expected her to “become the target of vicious attacks” by people she accused of sex abuse, according to an affidavit Pottinger wrote that is included in Giuffre’s ongoing case against Dershowitz.
The next month, Boies met with Giuffre in New York, according to his affidavit, and he asked Pottinger to vet Giuffre’s claims. Satisfied that she was credible, Boies agreed that his firm would take her on as a client, although he says the firm did no work related to her until November. Boies said in the affidavit that partner Sigrid McCawley represented Giuffre while she was a witness in the defamation suit filed in January 2015 by Edwards and Cassell.
Eventually, Dershowitz came to allege even darker motives for Sires’s outreach after the “Today” interview. He developed a complicated extortion theory involving Boies after being contacted in April 2015 by one of Giuffre’s friends — a woman named Rebecca Boylan — who’d seen coverage of the scandal and agreed to speak with him in a tape-recorded conversation, Dershowitz said in an interview. He played the tape for The Post, but did not let the news organization have a copy,
Boylan, according to Dershowitz’s account of the conversation, told him that Giuffre had never mentioned having sex with him. She added that Giuffre had told her she had been urged by her lawyers to name Dershowitz.
“She felt pressure to do it, she didn’t want to go after you personally,” Boylan said, according to Dershowitz’s tape of the conversation. “She felt pressured by her lawyers.”
But that wasn’t all. Boylan also said that naming Dershowitz was a step in a plan to win an enormous settlement from the founder and CEO of the parent company of Victoria’s Secret, the lingerie giant. Dershowitz knew Boylan was referring to Leslie Wexner, a billionaire who was a close friend and mentor to Epstein.
“They wanted to sue him for at least half his money,” Boylan said, according to Dershowitz’s tape .
Dershowitz also claims that Boies and his firm were attempting to send a message to Wexner, whom Giuffre had not publicly accused at that point of having sex with her at the behest of Epstein, although she later would. The message, according to Dershowitz, was that Wexner would be publicly shamed, in the same way that Dershowitz had been, if he didn’t pay up.
Boies wrote in his response to Dershowitz’s Florida bar complaint that neither he nor McCawley had been involved in the decision to name Dershowitz and has denied attempting to extort Wexner. He also wrote that “no settlement demand was ever made, or even discussed with, Mr. Wexner or his counsel.”
A SECRETLY TAPED CALL
Still, Dershowitz was eager to persuade Boies that he was innocent, according to interviews with Dershowitz and accounts of their interactions included in an affidavit by Boies. The two men began a series of meetings between May and July 2015, according to Boies’s affidavit.
Among the items Dershowitz showed Boies, according to Dershowitz, were detailed calendars that he cited as definitive proof that he could not have been at Epstein’s island, ranch, Palm Beach mansion or on his private plane during the time period when Giuffre said he was having sex with her. (Dershowitz keeps a massive spreadsheet handy at his New York apartment to show the reporters he’s courted to tell his version of events.)
The two lawyers have different memories of those meetings. Dershowitz has asserted in interviews with The Post that Boies told him during those meetings that Giuffre must have mistaken him for someone else. Boies wrote in his affidavit that Dershowitz’s account “is not true.” Among the data points Boies cites in his affidavit is a lie-detector test that he says Giuffre passed. (Results of such tests are seldom deemed admissible in court.)
Later in 2015, Dershowitz took the unusual step of secretly taping a call with Boies. Dershowitz played the tape, which is muffled and cuts off at points, for The Post, but did not allow the newspaper to have a copy. On the tape, Boies appears to say he and one of his partners are convinced Giuffre’s claim of having sex with Dershowitz is “wrong.” Boies said in his affidavit that he never told Dershowitz that Giuffre wasn’t telling the truth.
In Giuffre’s defamation case against Dershowitz, two of Boies’s partners assert that the taping was “a violation of the canons of ethics.” They also say Boies was merely discussing a hypothetical and that he believed all along that Giuffre was telling the truth. Dershowitz has said the taping was entirely legal because at the time he was in New York, which only requires the consent of one of the parties on the call for a legal taping.
Armed with what he thought was a plausible extortion theory and with his taped evidence, Dershowitz went to war.
In 2017, he filed the bar complaint against Boies in Florida. The document lays out his allegations about the Boies firm’s handling of the defamation case filed against him by Edwards and Cassell, and then goes on to read almost like a lengthy Wikipedia article about controversies during what he describes as the Boies firm’s “long and sordid history.” He cites a 2012 case in which a New York judge chided Boies’s firm, saying “a clearer conflict of interest cannot be imagined. A first-year law student on day one of an ethics course should be able to spot it.”
Dershowitz also summarized the controversy over a potential conflict spurred by Boies serving on the board of directors and as a lawyer for Theranos, the scandal-plagued blood-testing start-up.
The bar complaint, which was obtained by The Post, surfaced shortly after Boies was enmeshed in a major conflict-of-interest scandal in 2017 involving the famed movie producer Harvey Weinstein, who was being accused in a series of sexual abuse incidents. At the time, Boies was getting a torrent of bad publicity because of the revelation in media reports that he was representing the New York Times in legal matters without telling the newspaper that he was simultaneously representing Weinstein, who was being investigated by Times reporters. Boies also secretly oversaw an effort to undermine the paper’s reporting by hiring a firm that employed former agents of the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad, to collect information on Times reporters and Weinstein’s alleged victims.
The Times cut ties with Boies and issued a blistering statement.
“We learned today that the law firm of Boies Schiller and Flexner secretly worked to stop our reporting on Harvey Weinstein at the same time as the firm’s lawyers were representing us in other matters. We consider this intolerable conduct, a grave betrayal of trust, and a breach of the basic professional standards that all lawyers are required to observe.” It added: “We never contemplated that the law firm would contract with an intelligence firm to conduct a secret spying operation aimed at our reporting and our reporters. Such an operation is reprehensible.”
Boies had signed the contract with the spy group, but later tried to distance himself from its work.
“I regret having done this,” Boies said in an email sent to his staff that was published by New York magazine. “It was a mistake to contract with, and pay on behalf of a client, investigators who we did not select and did not control. I would never knowingly participate in an effort to intimidate or silence women or anyone else. . . . That is not who I am.”
Dershowitz seized on the Times imbroglio to press his argument in public that Boies is an unethical lawyer.
“No lawyer in modern American history has ever been more credibly accused of more ethical violations than David Boies and his law firm,” Dershowitz said in a recent interview with The Post.
In 2017, Boies’s firm issued a statement in response to Dershowitz’s conflict-of-interest allegations, saying: “Over the years, there have been some bar complaints filed against Mr. Boies. Each of them was filed by an unhappy adverse party; none was filed by a client. No disciplinary action was ever taken.”
THE DISPUTE GOES ON
The feud between Dershowitz and Boies is well known in legal circles, where both men have earned stellar reputations over the years.
“People can have grudges and sometimes things get heated between lawyers, but based on headlines about two people I’ve worked with, who are talented, smart and committed to their clients, we just don’t have enough information to make a judgment,” said Lawrence Fox, a Yale Law professor and former chairman of the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility who has worked alongside both men.
As the months have passed, one by one, Dershowitz’s broadsides against Boies and his allies have cratered. He settled the defamation case filed by Cassell and Edwards, Giuffre’s attorneys, before Boies and his partners came on the scene.
Earlier this year, the Florida bar complaint against Boies got tossed out.
But their dispute continues, with the next field of battle in New York, where Giuffre’s defamation case against Dershowitz — with a potential star plaintiff’s witness named David Boies — trudges on. Boies is a potential witness because he could be called to testify about his interactions with Dershowitz and about Dershowitz’s extortion theory. That means that Dershowitz, the 80-year-old, and Boies, the 78-year-old, will tangle again as the elder party in the grudge match tries to get the younger one’s law firm barred from representing Giuffre in the defamation suit against Dershowitz.
And so it has gone for years, an endless cycle of enmity playing out on a continuous loop. This clash of the titans is so persistent and many-tentacled that one could imagine it outliving the legal giants it has consumed.

Re Virginia Guiffre: I am curious as to Alan Dershowitz's suit against her and the inconsistencies he claims in her statement. It will undoubtedly influence PA's situation/case. His case is twofold: a) moral & public opinion in which he doesn't have a leg to stand on. b) legal re age of consent & legal re Tramp nightclub which had/has an 18 door policy, though I bet no one ever checked. And what proof is there of VG's allegations? It will be interesting to see who GM shops.
While I do believe that VG is a victim, I also think that she is going up against some very powerful men and women who can turn this around on her. She is very brave.
I think PA will let the others lead and he will follow.

Epstein’s death came just hours after one of his former sex slaves accused Prince Andrew of licking her toes when she was just a teenager.
The manuscript by former masseuse Virginia Roberts is among 2,000 legal documents released just hours before his death.
It details three alleged sexual encounters with the Duke of York.
Andrew, who is currently on holiday with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson and the Queen in Balmoral, strenuously denies any sexual contact with Virginia — whose surname is now Giuffre.
She says she first met the royal dad of two on a trip to London in 2001 when she was 17.
Financier Epstein was initially thought to have taken his own life, days after he was taken off suicide watch.
But on Saturday night suspicions were mounting that he was attacked.
Prison guards in New York found Epstein — who was suspected of heading a global sex-trafficking network — in cardiac arrest at 6.30am local time on Saturday.
On Friday, a court in Manhattan released a 1,200-page dossier detailing lurid abuse allegations against him. The explosive papers also named some of the world’s elite leaders and politicians.
‘THERE’S NO WAY HE KILLED HIMSELF’
But reports suggesting Epstein had killed himself were immediately questioned, with experts asking why such a high-profile prisoner was not under surveillance.
And Saturday night an FBI probe was under way into the death.
It was claimed Epstein had mysteriously been taken off 24-hour suicide watch despite a similar incident late last month — meaning there was no CCTV in his cell.
One of Epstein’s long-time advisers and closest friends said he had predicted that the ex-investment banker would be dead within a couple of weeks.
The man, who did not want to be named, told The Sun on Sunday: “There’s no way he killed himself.
“In a maximum-security confinement it’s impossible that Jeffrey took his own life.
“I know for a fact many people are breathing a sigh of relief today because they feared what would come out in court.”
Another former employee, who worked for Epstein on his private isle in the US Virgin Islands, added: “I don’t think he’d commit suicide. He was able to afford the best lawyers.”
Pictures showed an unconscious Epstein being wheeled out of the jail on a trolley by paramedics.

He was pronounced dead an hour later at New York Presbyterian-Lower Manhattan Hospital.
The Bureau of Prisons said he was “found unresponsive in his cell in the Special Housing Unit from an apparent suicide”.
Epstein was previously found lying in a foetal position with neck marks after a suspected suicide bid on July 23 — but cops probed claims he may have been attacked.
Authorities placed him on suicide watch as they tried to establish whether he had been targeted.
One witness claimed Epstein was “blue in the face” and semi-conscious while “sprawled out on the floor” of his cell on that occasion.
James Gagliano, a retired FBI supervisory special agent, called Epstein’s death “incomprehensible” – as his former agency launched a formal investigation. He said: “The people you have to watch most are the folks who have the most to lose. Meaning very rich people, prominent people, public figures.”
You expect security not only to be stiff, but that if someone tries to commit suicide, they should be under 24-hour watch by authorities
Paul Callan, American legal analyst
US Attorney General William Barr — whose dad hired Epstein to teach maths in the 1970s — said the death mystery raised “serious questions which must be answered”.
He said: “In addition to the FBI’s investigation, I have consulted with the Inspector General who is opening an investigation into the circumstances of the death.”
Paul Callan, an American legal analyst, added: “You expect security not only to be stiff, but that if someone tries to commit suicide, they should be under 24-hour watch by authorities.
“This is an egregious lapse of security. I think heads are going to roll.” Sources said Epstein was taken off suicide watch on July 29. He had undergone daily psychiatric evaluation.
He was reportedly in solitary confinement following threats from inmates.
He was arrested on July 6, accused of sex trafficking dozens of girls as young as 14 — abusing them during massage sessions. He allegedly got the girls to recruit other teenagers.

Cops raided his seven-storey £62million Manhattan home and found rooms stuffed with sex toys and thousands of pictures of naked women and girls.
Some were in a locked safe, on disks labelled “young” and “Girl pics nude”.
The convicted paedophile, previously jailed in 2008, was placed in a cell three doors down from Mexican Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman. The drugs lord was then transferred to a supermaximum security prison in Colorado.
Epstein was said to have been in his cell for 23 hours each day.
Less than 24 hours before his death, almost 2,000 documents were unsealed in a legal tangle between Brit socialite Ghislaine Maxwell — Epstein’s ex-lover — and Virginia Giuffre.
Ms Giuffre has alleged that she was procured by “madame” Maxwell, 57, the daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell, as a teenage “sex slave” for Epstein.
ROBBED OF JUSTICE
In previous court claims, she alleged she was loaned out to Prince Andrew for sex when she was a teen.
Buckingham Palace has always strenuously denied the allegations.
Named in the court papers on Friday — along with Prince Andrew, 59 — were former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson and financier Glenn Dubin.
Ms Giuffre has previously claimed that a “foreign president” and a “well-known prime minister” were caught up in the sordid affair.
Legal sources insisted that Epstein’s death does not stop investigators probing any co-conspirators or anyone who covered up crimes he committed.
But victims of the serial abuser, who previously served just 13 months on prostitution charges, said they had been robbed of justice.
Lawyer Brad Edwards, who represented two dozen Epstein accusers, including Giuffre, said it was “not the ending anyone was looking for”.
He added: “The victims deserved to see Epstein held accountable.”

Will truth emerge on Duke?
By Sharon Churcher, the journalist who broke the story
FOR Prince Andrew, the death of Jeffrey Epstein will come as a huge shock.
There can be little doubt they were close — their friendship endured despite Epstein’s time in jail in 2008 when he served 13 months after admitting soliciting a prostitute and procuring a girl under 18 for prostitution.
There are 16 numbers for the Duke of York in Epstein’s contacts book.
Described as the “Holy Grail” in an FBI affidavit, it was expected to be a key piece of evidence at the financier’s sex trafficking trial.
Claims in US court documents, strenuously denied by Buckingham Palace, that the billionaire paedophile arranged for his teen “sex slave” Virginia Giuffre to entertain the Queen’s son with a romp in a London bathtub have been a crucial part of the investigation into Epstein’s sleazy operation.
Just days after I broke the story of Giuffre’s claims, FBI agents flew to Australia to interview her.
She told me she would fully co-operate with them — but then burst into tears as she said Epstein had employed goons to try to scare her into silence.
Epstein’s billions undoubtedly played a role in preventing witnesses from coming forward — so now the truth perhaps will finally emerge.

Jeffrey Epstein, multimillionaire charged with sex trafficking, dead
Update:
Jeffrey Epstein, the multimillionaire charged with sex trafficking of girls as young as 14, has died by suicide in a Manhattan jail cell, the New York Times reported Saturday.
Previous story:
Hundreds of pages of court documents unsealed Friday in New York federal court allege new details of sexual abuse claims against multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein and several associates.
At the heart of the documents connected to a 2015 defamation case are allegations by a woman, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who has claimed that Epstein kept her as a teenage “sex slave” and that he was assisted in his efforts by a British woman, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Epstein pleaded not guilty in July to charges from New York federal prosecutors after an indictment accused him of sex trafficking dozens of underage girls, some as young as 14 years old. Maxwell hasn’t been charged.
Giuffre is arguably the best-known of Epstein’s alleged victims because she has claimed that Epstein forced her as part of her servitude to perform sex acts with a number of prominent men, including Prince Andrew, Duke of York, in 2001. She has also made claims of being sexually abused by lawyer Alan Dershowitz.
In the documents unsealed Friday, another woman who alleged abuse at the hands of Epstein and Maxwell also claims she was forced into sexual acts with Prince Andrew — the son of Queen Elizabeth — at Epstein’s Upper East Side mansion, where, she said, Giuffre participated as well.
In response, a spokesperson for Buckingham Palace said: “This relates to proceedings in the United States, to which The Duke of York is not a party. Any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue.”
In a statement to CNN last month, the spokesperson said, “The Duke of York accepts it was unwise to have met Mr Epstein in December 2010. The Duke has not met with Mr Epstein since.”
An attorney for Maxwell did not respond to CNN’s request for comment Friday. Maxwell and her representatives have previously denied she engaged in sexual abuse or sex trafficking.
Documents detail new allegations
The documents unsealed Friday were produced as a result of a lawsuit Giuffre filed against Maxwell, nearly two decades after her alleged abuse. They include new allegations by Giuffre that she was instructed by Maxwell to have sex with former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and former US Sen. George Mitchell, among others.
In a statement Friday, Mitchell called the claim false, adding: “I have never met, spoken with or had any contact with Ms. Giuffre.”
A spokeswoman for Richardson called Giuffre’s allegation “completely false.”
“To be clear, in Governor Richardson’s limited interactions with Mr. Epstein, he never saw him in the presence of young or underage girls,” spokeswoman Madeleine Mahony said. “Governor Richardson has never been to Mr. Epstein’s residence in the Virgin Islands. Governor Richardson has never met Ms. Giuffre.”
The documents also include an Amazon receipt recovered from the trash at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion for books ordered in his name, including “SM 101: A Realistic Introduction,” “SlaveCraft: Roadmaps for Erotic Servitude” and “Training with Miss Abernathy: A Workbook for Erotic Slaves and their Owners.”
The documents disclose Giuffre’s 2001 medical records from a hospital that she said Epstein and Maxwell took her to during a period of sexual abuse. The records show Giuffre had complained of irregular vaginal bleeding for three weeks; had fainted two days prior, falling and hitting her head; and had lost seven pounds in the past month.
CNN has reached out to the hospital to ask whether it flagged the incident to authorities.
Other documents show testimony from the other woman who has alleged abuse at the hands of Epstein and Maxwell, and claimed in a deposition that Epstein told her that “in his opinion, he needed to have three orgasms a day. It was biological. Like eating.”
The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit unsealed the documents, ruling that the judge in the defamation case had improperly sealed hundreds of filings. That judge has since died.
The defamation case was settled in 2017, after the judge had ruled against a motion for summary judgment filed by Maxwell.
An attorney for Epstein, Reid Weingarten, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Friday, nor did an attorney for Maxwell. In the court filings, Maxwell and her attorney portray Giuffre as an unreliable narrator, pointing to errors in certain dates and figures she provided.
Giuffre has said the errors were mistakes.
David Boies, an attorney for Giuffre, said Friday that her lawsuit “exposed for prosecutors, and now the public, the scope and scale and ugliness of the Epstein/Maxwell sex trafficking ring.”
The charges in the July indictment of Epstein share similarities with Giuffre’s account, but it’s not clear whether she is among any of the unnamed victims in that indictment.
Dershowitz, who was part of the legal team that negotiated a controversial 2007 deal that allowed Epstein to avoid federal prosecution for sex trafficking in Florida and instead plead guilty to lesser state charges, has denied her claims and accused her of fabricating the allegations against him.
Friday, he said in a statement that the fresh batch of documents “categorically proves that Virginia Roberts never had sex with me.”
In April, she filed a separate defamation lawsuit against him. That case is ongoing; Dershowitz has filed a motion to dismiss.
With regard to President Donald Trump, who socialized with Epstein in the 1990s and once described him as a “terrific guy” before the two, in Trump’s recollection, had a falling out 15 years ago, Giuffre distances Trump from Epstein’s alleged affairs.
According to a transcript of a video deposition Giuffre gave in 2016, she disputed aspects of a 2011 story in the Daily Mail that was based on a series of interviews Giuffre had given to one of the reporters, Sharon Churcher.
The story quotes Giuffre as saying: “Donald Trump was also a good friend of Jeffrey’s. He didn’t partake in sex with any of us but he flirted with me. He’d laugh and tell Jeffrey, ‘You’ve got the life.’”
In the deposition, Giuffre says “it’s true that he didn’t partake in any sex with us, (but) it’s not true that he flirted with me. Donald Trump never flirted with me.” She also says her only basis for stating that Trump was a “good friend” was Epstein’s own description of his relationship with Trump.
Asked whether she ever saw the two men together, Giuffre replies, “No, not that I can actually remember.” She also says she can’t recall ever having seen Trump at Epstein’s homes in the US Virgin Islands, New Mexico or New York.
But she did not refute other details of the Daily Mail story, including that Epstein hosted a dinner on his Caribbean island for President Bill Clinton shortly after Clinton left office.
Asked for comment, a spokesman for Clinton said he had never been to Little St. James, the island Epstein owns in the Caribbean. In July, in the wake of the indictment against Epstein, the spokesman, Angel Urena, acknowledged that Clinton had taken a handful of trips on Epstein’s plane, but said that “President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York.”
