Alright got an awesome #superset for you guys. I started to incorporate this in my workouts. . I have #shoulderinjury (impingement) and I can't really do much pressing. So the #eccentric #pushups allow me to protect my shoulder from impingement pain and gets my #scapula engaged. Allowing me to recover from the #shoulder #impingement and isolate my chest and get a good PUMP on it. . The #deadlifts are to simply build #strength and #size in the #posteriorchain and the #widegrip #rows are simply to work my upper middle back to readjust my shoulder grid to avoid further pinching in my shoulder. .
