So ... ugh ... so sick ... does anyone know how to report accessibility problems at polling places?

1. Not technically at the polling place, but there was construction and there were strobe lights at a bridge on the way. I made it across but got a migraine and couldn't walk back.

2. After the place closed, while waiting for a taxi, there were strobe lights fired all in front of the polling place. I didn't have a seizure this time but have had one from less, and got an even worse migraine from this.

3. No designated place for taxi pick-up, in a vast area, with limited visibility.

#3. Ought to be easy enough to solve. #2. is probably mandated by some safety-through-superior-signalpower policy.
