Cyn "Cynthia" Swapped with - Uzi Age - 18 She was 6 years old when her mom died and the trauma from the event caused her to shut down and stop talking. She learned sign language from Noah so she could communicate. For anyone else that doesn't understand her, she'll either use text on her visor or a projected text box. She doesn't interact with anyone and prefers to keep to herself, the only one she really opens up to is her brother. He's the only one who can call her by her actual name, she'll ignore everyone else. Inherited her solver from her mom, which activated after her mom's passing. She's scared of Khan.

Noah Swapped with - No one! Rewritten for story Age 25 7 years older than Cyn. He was 13 when his mom died. No one knows why he's so tall. He took care of Cyn after their mother died. He learned sign language and taught it to Cyn. He's a member of the Worker Defense Force. Loves doing anything! boi stop hiding your pain and get help He wants his dad's approval, not only for himself, but for his sister as well. Does not have the Solver at least not yet

Khan Swapped with - No one! Rewritten for story. Leader of the Worker Defense Force and Outpost 3. Very stoic and closed off, especially after Alice died. After his wife died, he completely threw himself into his work, neglecting nearly everything else (including his kids ): ) Because of Cyn's strong resemblance to Alice, he can't bear to even look at her. He killed his wife.

Alice Swapped with - Nori Huge fukin nerd. Western movies were her favorite. Her pet-name for Khan was "Sheriff" She loved to play "dress up" especially with her kids. She was still part of the Solver Experiments, but did not cause the implosion, that was still Nori's doing. She had pretty bad Solver Moment when it took her over and she slaughtered an entire apartment block. She couldn't stop herself and begged Khan to kill her. She was 33 when she died.

Hi! If it wouldn't bother you, can you do platonic N, and V with a disassembly drone who's rather dissociative, and has memory loss issues? Like they tend to forget who they are, the people around them, zone out a lot, particularly during fights. Thanks!

This took me like two hours to write but it was so worth it! First ask I've responded to in a long time, so I wanted to make it as good as possible :)

N and V & Drone reader with memory loss issues

★ N was really excited to meet you when he found out Tessa had brought home a new drone! He made you a "welcome home" card. Got V, J and Cyn to sign it and everything! It didn't bother him that your memory was a bit off sometimes.

★ When you first met V, she thought you were just dumb. Tessa had to let her know what was going on with you. She thought it was really funny at first but the novelty quickly wore off. Now it's just annoying and sad (but mostly sad.)

★Back when you both were maids in the old manor, she'd knock over a table or something like that so you would get distracted and spend time cleaning it up. Not talking to her and asking silly questions. It worked very well!

★ After Cyn killed Tessa you didn't recognize N and V as much as you did before. V pretends not to care. The first few times she actually didn't care. But after a while it started to make her melancholic tick her off. You really don't remember her, do you?

★ N, on the other hand, gets visibly sad when you forget who he is. A few times he's even cried! He knows it's not anyone's fault but a part of him wants to believe that it is his.

★ Maybe this is what Cyn wanted? A drone who won't remember who's a friend and who's an enemy. Just so she can keep you fighting whoever she wants. Perhaps Cyn won't need to trick you if your head is already doing it for her.

★ It's not entirely her fault you're like this though. It's just how you are. It's who you are. But your issues did get a lot worse after she reformatted your memories.

★ N likes to leave little sticky notes around for you, just in case you forget something. Like if there is something he left in a common place for safe keeping, he label's it with a note so you don't worry about it.

★ Sometimes you snap back into "maid mode" and start cleaning some random mess up in the middle of a fight. N just lets you. It's easier to help you later than try and get you to stop now. V just yells at you before going back to ripping the limbs off some poor drone.

★ Yes, you've had a few "incidents" in the past. But N is proud to say that you haven't had a episode resulting in anybodys death or dismemberment for a full two weeks now!

I'm tempted to make him a termite/beaver because he builds stuff y'know or a bear. His original form was a bear and nori was also a bat so they look quite similar in some way

I have no plans yet BUT. The AS is a virus from the machinery that where stuck on to the animal subjects who would also have to have a virus in them already for the AS to take over them, like a parasite, as the humans try to make Intelligent life forms from these animals cybernetically allowing a lot of them to speak, like Alice, nori and yeva, Khan, a lot of other worker critter drones, cyn however is like considered defect despite showing signs of be extremely intelligent, she doesn't speak with her mouth, she just talks though a voice box wired to her head. Giving her that signature monotoned voice we love, shes also considered very fragile because she's also a small animal, until Tessa found her

Cyn built up with all that anger and the AS virus inside, mutated into some monster and ran around the Elliot's manor killing everyone,

She's also somewhat related to N, both being in the Mustelidae family

Nori and yeva both also have the virus in them, then passed on to their children, Nori's virus being more crazy and yeva's being mostly controlled really well, that trait of subduing the virus gave Doll an actual chance in controlling it more easily than Uzi ever will, because nori, like nori went wild with it. Getting both of them in trouble and getting thrown into lockers

Alice doesn't have the AS virus but she's there with them also, one time she stood a little too close to nori and she bashed her head into a nearby wall, she's fine but a little crazier after

Alright Murder Drones fandom, I’ve got a question for you.

Who was N trying to save here?

(Spoilers for ep 7!)

I haven’t watched the finale yet so this whole thought process may be obsolete lol, but I’ve been wondering about this.

So during this fight I feel N was holding back the whole time, like he was just fighting to survive. Obviously he doesn’t want to hurt Uzi, and I think he was still kind of too stunned and scared to try and hurt Cyn. But in this moment where Nori threw the pickaxe and it was definitely on course to hit Uzi/Cyn (?), N made a choice and pushed her out of the way.

In the moment of watching this I thought maybe he saw past Cyn and did it as an act of saving Uzi, because it would’ve been a dangerous (if not deadly) blow.

But then I was thinking about it, and Uzi showed no signs of taking back over before then. It got me wondering, was he trying to save Uzi, or Cyn?

Because Cyn is like his little sister. He doesn’t remember a whole lot from his life before, but one of the only things he does remember is taking care of Cyn. And sure, she’s been trying to kill him this entire episode. But, he still knows her. He’s an optimist, he doesn’t want to hurt people if he doesn’t have to.

BUT ALSO, when I rewatched this scene to get screenshots, he looks up after pushing her and gives a little smile. And Uzi sees that. For a split second he reaches her.

So I’m leaning towards he was protecting Uzi and didn’t want her to get hurt. The only thing that makes me question that a bit is the fact that he decided to push her after Cyn winked at him, which definitely isn’t something that would make him think of Uzi.

ALSO though I’ve been operating under the impression that Cyn was like, inside Uzi? Like she was possessing her to do whatever agenda she had to she could get more power and like come back (idk why I thought she was dead or smth) annnd the whole Tessa thing makes it way more complicated and I’m not sure what’s going on 😂

Unironically my headcanon for what the Solver’s deal is as a personality-having entity isn’t that Cyn and the Solver are the same, but more that the Solver sees Cyn as its Drone-sona. And by extension, sees Tessa as Cyn’s human-sona.

So the whole “have you considered a bow tho?” thing in the finale isn’t Cyn expressing her fashion opinions or trying to assert control of the body, but rather the Solver being like “hey you’re new here did you know that you should be acting like my favorite vessel? the one that helped me do a really good job? i think you should look more like my sona if you’re going to be my main host now, here’s an accessory to get you started”

Cyn’s probably been dead long enough for none of us to have any idea what she was actually like. The most complete image we have is what basically equates to the Solver playing a character imo. The eldritch computer god having fun doing roleplay. Putting a bow on Uzi isn’t any sign of an internal power struggle, it’s just the Solver being nostalgic
