'Safe' Stomachs

Here's something that's been on my mind for awhile:

I know there's a general consensus that in predators with multiple stomachs (often two, or one stomach with a crop), the 'safe'/endo stomach is the first one and leads directly to the second one, where digestion happens. When people have lore/worldbuilding, this is often important to the culture and personalities of various preds.

But what if the first stomach was the dangerous one? Which direction would be the difficult one to move, into the holding stomach or the digestive one?

I really hate betrayal in vore, as much as sex/nudity and even more than gore, so I'll skip that.

Can you imagine the nervousness on both parties if the vore is intentionally safe? There has been a "what if I slip into the secondary stomach", now there'd be "frantically getting myself/prey past the danger zone".

On the other hand, a scared prey that knows about the binary stomachs would be relieved to be pushed into it. Can you imagine the confusion of a prey that doesn't know?

Such a mess. Good thing this was a bathroom.

Lucifer startled when the membrane was broken and the baby took a breath. Got sideswiped by two separate sounds. One that Irene couldn't hear and one that she could if one could count a scream of 'I'm alive' from a tiny new body. Both were a relief to him too. Washed away a good number of fears and anxieties that lead up to now.

He slumped some against the side of the tub. "Beautiful like a bruised, pink, lumpy, potato." He meant well, at least. Teasing to help him let go of the rest of his worries. The deed done and whatever else. He used unbroken hand to smooth over the scalp of the newborn. Listening and parsing out the Song name under the crying.

"Simael." Told Irene with some small exhaustion and tenderness. His own eyes were starting to prickle at the corners. Needed to do a couple of things first.

Like pull the drain and add back in fresh warm water. Everyone here needed some rinsing off. Irene and Simael more than anyone. Warm water would be good for soreness too. He remembered something about waiting for the cord cutting when the cord itself had lost color. Something like that.

Irene lifts her head, staring at the jelly sac he held with a confused expression for a moment. Born in the sac…Dustine had mentioned something like that. What had he said? It was good luck…something with drowning…

“It’s a caul” The words drop from her lips before she was able to fully process them, then she leans forward. “We gotta..we gotta pop the sac”

With her nails, she’d tear open the thin membrane and warm sweet smelling fluid pours down Lucifer’s arms to splatter into the now bloody water. Once the air hit their baby’s face, he’d startle and take his first breath. Irene wasn’t certain if Lucifer could hear his Song, but the sudden wail ringing from his lungs was song enough for her as she instinctively wraps her arms around him to pull him against her body to keep him warm. Relieved tears begin to pour down her cheeks as she presses soft kisses to the top of the squirming boy’s head before looking up at Lucifer and smiling.

“Isn’t…Isn’t he beautiful? Our boy”

fantasy religion?

Ok so I forget the name I think it’s Simael or something but basically the sky god was in love with the earth God and the dated whatnot whatnot and they had a daughter a and she was the y Goddess of fire and lived in a volcano and When she was a teenager she got really pissed and basically blocked the sky from seeing the earth and the sky got really sad so he started crying and it rained for the first time so it created another daughter who could counteract their first daughter so yeah they have a big festival every year celebrating this
