the 4pc situp pillow system from lunix is pretty awesome for sitting up in bed. would probably be really nice for chronically ill/bedbound but capable of sitting up. its sort of midline memory foam which is fine for what it is and the adjustment is really nice

i dont find myself using the leg pillow much but it could be nice for putting your laptop on your lap. the one thing is these pillows are kind of heavy and hard to move so unless you have a caretaker or you are capable of reconfiguring yourself youre probably mostly going to be stuck in one position.
