The reason for this video is because we tried to beat a tire over and over again for 2 days and was not able to do it. Frustration set it in and we started to get upset, but then I realize that all this failing was really finding out what didn't work in narrowing down the things that will work. For those of you who have been following for a while this is another video in the brother ruckus series. He finally got it street legal and is able to ride it around and test the custom fabricated rear frame he designed with a Center shock for his Honda ruckus. This is about as custom as you can get when you actually weld building design the entire back end of your bike. You also can kind of see it in motion and how incredibly comfortable it must be to ride it. Welcome to the second episode in the series for rebuilding the Yamaha Zuma to 158cc. In this video, I will tear down the motor remove the head remove the jug, and just the top end for the upgrade for the big bore kit. I’ve never taken a motor that was felt injected or built by people that was not in China. It’s really interesting the build quality between the motors I’ve worked on like the GY6 and This Yamaha motor. It’s time for this Volkswagen GTI 2010 to get its inspection and I have checked engine lights. I’ve done everything that I can think of and as I was inspecting the coil packs I noticed that perhaps about 0% of the clips still worked and 50% of them had any type of clip at all still left on them. The plastic on these just fell apart and we’re barely holding into the coil packs. I decided that this might be the issue why I am getting check engine lights so I decide to change it. After some Google searching and YouTube videos I finally found a place that has the clips and extractors, seems kind of expensive but it’s way cheaper than re-buying the entire harness just because a plastic clip broke. it wasn’t very hard but you can follow kind of what I did to get this fixed in the end, I did still have a check engine light but I did drive for a little while and it disappeared. I’m gonna put a few more miles on the car to see if the check engine light stays away and I believe I’ve sold my issues. These connectors have a release tab located at the back of the connector which allows them to be unplugged. Often times dirt can build up between the connector making them very difficult to remove. When this happens it's often believed the latch is stuck causing users to push harder on the release tab until it breaks. Replacing your broken VW or Audi Ignition Coil Connector is pretty simple. This requires removing the purple slide latch, inserting the included terminal tool, and removing the pins 1 at a time from the electrical connector. You should then insert them into your new electrical connector (after removing the purple lock), 1 at a time ensuring you install them in the correct order. You may also consider taking a picture with your phone before you start removing wires.
