Ok so, i just wanted to share a little AU.

What if Clark/Kal/Supes... are all diferent personas?? Like kinda Brucie/Bruce/Batman kinda thing, but not really??

Ok, i know it sounds weird but let me give my reasoning.

Superman is well known to be the image of all Heroes, the mere objectification of kindness, gentleness, and all goodness in general.

Superman is not allowed to be angry, he's not allowed to be pissed, oh no, of *course* he isn't. That could make people feel threatened by Superman, and we just can't have that.

Superman can't be mean to anyone, Superman can't express *disslike* towards any living being.

Superman *can't* express negative emotions.

He is the embodyment of good itself, and that *can't change.*

And Clark Kent? He's that clumsy, shy and awkward reporter! (Honestly, probably mostly only known as Lois Lane's husband).

Clark Kent can't speak up when being rude at, he's *shy*.

Clark Kent can't have an opinion, he "doesn't even have the will to speak clearly nor without stuttering".

Clark Kent is awkward, he will *not* held your gaze for more than two seconds before running away in panic(probably to hide with his wifey).

Clark Kent can't have a word, nor a voice.

He's just Lois Lane's awkwardly shy husband.

So we already saw those two personas, Sueprman and Clark Kent

In which we see that he can't express his emotions at their fullest, not at all, not in any of those.

Oh, but as *Kal-El*??

Kal-El is the Son of Krypton.

Kal-El is not entirely Superman.

And Kal-El is most defeanetly not Clark Kent.

Kal-El is who he truly is, he is the personality that jokes around with Diana, he is the personality that enjoys annoying Bruce, he is the personality that he shows when he's with Lois, maybe also with Kara, maybe even Jimmy.

Kal-El *will* tell you if he thinks you just made a lame come back, he *will* let everyone know if he doesn't agree with something, he WILL show dislike against some people.

Maybe even with his SONS he can't be like this, because he needs to be a good example for them, he's mostly still a little "Superman" with them, even in casual talks.

Kal-El is only for the people who he doesn't need to keep any apearences with.

Kal's favorite activity is probably remembering Luthor just how bald he is.

Every. Single. Time. He. Can.

Let's say Kal and Lex knew each other when they were younger, kinda like in a SmallVille series way, but not really.

Cuz those two were defeanetly NOT friends.

But i DO love the idea of Clark's arrival to earth being what made Luthor loose his hair.

Also, his personality could be a little bit like the personality of the SuperHeroGirls a-hole Superman, but only with Lex, and not THAT much of an a-hole(ok, maybe YES *that* much of an a-hole, but only against Luthor).

So, let's say Kon got his personality from Kal, just that Kal grew out of it, and it's one of those "Used to be kind of a bully in high school, but now is mostly chill... *mostly*" situations.

And i just love to think about it that way, because obviously everyone thinks that Kon's sassyness and all of him having such a... difficult personality-It's Luthor's genes- Which would make it all the better because- what if they're KAL'S genes?!

Like- imagine a College student Lex Luthor getting kinda-bullied by a high schooler Kal.

It's just so silly to me!

Kal would mostly have defeanetly made the "and how high up do you go when you wash your face??" Joke.

And about how that escalated until now?

Well, what if we picture this??

//Kal and Luthor are in another one of their much never-ending battles, and they somehow ended up alone, but still at the outside, just that the reporters simply *couldn't* stay because of the intensity of the figth, and the other Supers are figthing other Lex Corp-Robots in the other side of the city, and they're not listening into their conversation because they're mainly concentrated in defeating the robots and keeping civilians as safe as they can//

//Luthor was giving his evil speech, as usual. Until he realizes that Kal isn't really paying much attention to him, just choosing to fix his hair on the reflection of a building's window//

//Luthor just stares at Kal for some seconds before doing the fake-cought to get attention thingy//

"Um... e-HEM!!"

//At which Kal just raises an eyebrow at him before rolling his eyes in a way that would have anyone finally understanding why Kon is called Kal's clone, this before groaning in annoyance//

"What?"

"What do you mean "wHaT?"?!"

"I mean "what" you wanna hear it in spanish? *quE*?"

"Um, hello?! I'm trying to give a speech over here!!"

"Oh yeah, i noticed that, not even crickets wanted to stay this time, new record there"

"EXCUSE ME?! Would you get your head out of your reflection for a second so i can explain how i'm going to take over the world?!"

"Honestly, you're so selfish, like- i know you don't need to worry about any hair being messy, but I do!"

"..."

//Kal then proceeds to go back to his reflection, fixing that little curl he has falling down his forehead, trying to force it back into the defined curl of always after one of Luthor's robots got it messy in a NOT good messy way//

//This while Luthor just stared at him, until he explodes in infurated and incoherent shouts//

"I AM BEING SERIOUS, SUPERMAN!! GET THAT STEEL OVERPOWERED ASS OVER HERE IN THIS EXACT INSTANT"

"I KNOW you are NOT shouting to me!! The fact that your scalp reflects enough sun shine to charge me doesn't mean i have to put up with your shouting nonesence!"

"..."

"But fine! Whatever, i'm going!"

//he finally flies closer to Luthor after that, still in the air, hovering above him, but closer. But he *is* all crossed arms and scowl in face, tho//

//Luthor seems to decide it'll be imposible to make him go back down about his words, so he just continues his speech, having to look up awkwardly and unconfortably because the flying mf choose to float nearly on top of Luthor, severe feet up in air, but still nearly directly on top of him, so he just decides to talk while looking at his front instead//

//This until, after some minutes, Luthor realizes Clark is once again-not paying attention to him- but instead is staring at him while changing his head of angles and positions, his face just turning back and forth, maybe doing some hair fixing-AGAIN, REALLY?!- so Luthor just HAS to ask, so he looks up and asks//

"What... the hell are you doing...?"

"Ugh! Lex, i need you to keep looking at the front so i can use your scalp as a mirror!!"

"..."

//And then a compleatly and utterly enrraged shout could be heard at the distance in the city under the protection of the Man Of Steel//

Idk, just a little hc i have and i love to think about :D

what if, bruce's postcard didn't survive unscathed, and they had to go off of john dory's foggy memory of the thing.

so like. they're stumbling their way through a bunch of could-be-heres before they hit on the correct one.

and what if, the Vacay Resort section was legit hard to find.

like, the entire island chain is still at Vacaytioner scale, right? so even if the search party's idea to eventually look there was right, it could still take a long time to navigate thru the tropical jungle on any individual island, let alone many of them.

.... aaaaand what if i drew way too much for a potential reunion anyways because i'm a sap

Danny, burnout and exhausted of being the basically only one who can fight ghosts but still gets villainized and hated by the people he saved, decides he's done.

Because he's 14 he runs to another city, one where his parents and GIW cannot willy dilly do whatever they want. Yes, he runs to Gotham. Without telling anyone.

At Gotham, he ultilizes his intelligence in making fake ID and studies at a normal if a bit run down Gotham high school, not the fancy one where Tim or Damian is studying because 1) he's trying to lay low and 2) he hates the rich. He uses an old abadoned fire station as his home.

It's all fine and dandy. He doesn't need to intervene much since there are plenty of vigilantes in this city and he's free to just...focus. On himself, his education.

Meanwhile, Amity Park is literally and metaphorically under fire with his absence.

“eli!” stiles says, when they finally untie him. “eli, thank god. are you hurt?” 

but dad’s already scanning for damage, reaching for his pain. 

it’s more soreness than anything. dad squeezes his shoulder. wraps an arm around him, helps him up. 

“you did so good,” stiles says. “you were amazing.” 

“you really were,” dad says, and eli goes warm. 

“so, i know this is still very new and all,” stiles says. “but can i hug you?” 

eli nods. 

“oh my god, i’ve been dying to,” stiles says, wrapping him up. “this whole time. touch, you know? nothing’s more soothing. oh my god that was terrifying. hey! derek, get in here.” 

dad’s hovering awkwardly next to them, a little bit off to the side. 

eli reaches past stiles, who says, “all aboard for the stilinski-hale hug! that means you. this is long belated.” 

dad’s tenser than eli’s seen him be in a long time, but he nods, lets eli urge him closer. takes a long breath, lets it out. 

“it’s been a million years,” stiles says, and dad takes a long breath again. “an actual million.” 

dad nods. “it’s been too long.”

“you know how much i hated this place?” stiles says, low. dad tenses again. “but i hated myself more for losing you. letting you fall out of my life.”

dad looks at him. and looks, and looks. 

stunned, and unsure, and disbelieving. 

eli’s never seen dad look at anyone like that before. he probably shouldn’t even be seeing it now. or hearing dad breathe like that, or how stiles’ heart is pounding. 

“i’m gonna… go for a run,” he says, and dad’s eyes jerk to him. 

“nowhere too isolated,” he says, and eli nods. “do you have your phone? good. and it’s charged?”

it’s at 78 percent. eli waves the screen in dad’s direction.

“i have a charger in my car,” stiles says, and dad says, “78 percent, it’s fine. and if anything feels wrong…”

“i’ll call you,” eli says automatically, and dad nods. “and if i don’t have my phone, i’ll still call.” 

the emergency way. tilting your head back, and howling. 

i’ll always find you. i promise, eli.

“good,” dad says. “good.”

“good,” eli says. “now can you get back to whatever gross thing you were about to do?” 

stiles’ jaw drops. and then he says, “oh, that’s my kid alright.” 

dad’s covering his face, but his ears are reddening. is that even a thing? ear-blushing. 

and… yeah, it’s definitely time to go.

Fun idea:

A myth on Cybertron saying there is some strange seeker that flies around Cybertron, forever looking for it's lost trine.

It's Starscream, but let's make him all cryptid like and somehow 10x more feral.

Skywarp and Thundercracker stumble across this weird seeker in the wilds of Cybertron Starscream immediately gets attached because "Oh look! Two seekers like me! This must be my trine! I finally found them!"

So now Thundercracker and Skywarp just had this cryptid following them around everywhere who won't leave them alone for anything.

Shenanigans ensue

More on my first mass lmao since I mentioned it in the ask. So! In the uk there are not many catholic churches because of the reformation- practicing catholicism was penalised etc. A lot of the Catholic churches here are quite new, because the old ones got taken over by church of england. All this to say it was hard for me to find reference, I wanted a small church, and people don't post photos of those online. Soooo I had to go to a church and hey the one I want is only open around mass time. I figured it would be rude to wait around until mass was done and creep in and take photos, so I went to mass.

The night before I was like it'll be fine its not like you'll have to talk to anyone. You can ask the ppl at the door like in the movies whether u can take photos.

The front doors were closed the whole time and i waited for a while, wondering if id gotten the times wrong or something. After seeing like two people open it a crack and go in I had to bite the bullet and go in myself and my god there were only two people in there, and the priest, and one of them was helping him out. Two more people showed up after i did and that was IT. I of course did not know any of the lines or prompts and had to try my best to follow the other people. I also read that its rude to not go up when they're doing communion but in hindsight maybe thats because churches are usually more busy and its awkward for people to go around u. So i went up, did a fuckin awkward little gesture to signal I couldn't have communion and half ran back to my seat after he gave a blessing lmao.

Anyway he obviously came to chat afterwards because like. What the fuck is this random weirdo doing in his church. I told the priest I just find churches very peaceful and thought it would be a nice way to spend the morning since i have to kill time til i meet my mum. Which Was true. He was very nice and also told me to pray for him bc he was from a different country, I did some catholic roleplay* and lit a candle for him. I hope u have a good time there father and that more people fuckin show up next time...

*I'm kidding I was normal...I do enjoy little things like that even if I'm not religious tbh.
