Before entering the Thai branch of the Second Home of Lifechanyuan, I was like most people—gazing longingly at the sacred temple of "love" and placing deep hopes in "marriage."However, reality, through cycles of love and conflict, slowly revealed the truth to me—not just through external disputes and contradictions, but through my own entanglement as well.Traditional gender relationships—especially those bound by the walls of marriage—often evolve, as passion fades, into the pressure of obligation, the erosion of freedom, and even the exhaustion of love.

I’ve witnessed too many couples shift from passionate lovers to cold warriors over time, transforming from intimate companions into each other’s judges.Former tenderness and vows gradually degenerate into silence and blame. Sexual intimacy devolves from joy into obligation, and even a transaction.

People often think, "we've changed," but in truth, it's the whole pattern, the system, and the psychological mechanisms of the relationship that are fundamentally flawed.

Marriage claims to be about "possession," yet human beings cannot truly be possessed.

It pursues "stability," but often at the cost of freedom.

It advocates "one person for life," yet never teaches us how to love continuously, or to renew that love.

I was once deeply troubled by such doubts and reflections:

—Are romantic relationships doomed to fade from freshness to dullness?

—Is sexual intimacy destined to be short-lived?

—Is love fated to grow old?

It wasn’t until I re-entered the life program of the Second Home of Lifechanyuan and came to the Thai branch that those troubling questions and doubts gradually settled into a deeper awareness through everyday experience.

Actually, this was not my first encounter with Lifechanyuan’s value of “Freedom of Emotional Love and Sexual Love”. I first came across it back in 2011, when I was initially introduced to Lifechanyuan. However, at that time, I wasn’t yet able to truly understand it. It wasn’t until 2023 that I began to personally experience and practice this value for the first time—and only then did I start to grasp its deeper meaning.

At first, I had my doubts:

Could this really work? Wouldn’t it lead to chaos? Wouldn’t it hurt people?

But as I let go of my preconceptions and opened myself to sincere experience, I finally understood:

This is not an excuse for indulgence—it is a profound form of spiritual practice, an art of love where soul and consciousness dance together.

Here,

There are no shackles of marriage, yet there is deep respect for the soul;

There is no forced loyalty, yet there is voluntary responsibility;

There is no possession or control, yet there is the free flow of trust.

I began learning to let go of deeply ingrained thoughts like “He is mine,” or “He can only belong to me.”

This is not suppression—it is insight.

True love has never been about clinging, but about appreciation and allowing love to bloom freely.

And within this increasingly clear and awakened awareness, I was delighted to discover:

Sexual love has not lost its sacredness due to freedom—on the contrary, it has become even more fresh and vibrant.

Because I have quietly changed.

When I stopped seeing sex as a means of personal satisfaction, and instead saw it as the flow of energy and the union of consciousness, lovemaking was no longer a mechanical act of the body—but a sacred baptism of the soul.

With a fresh heart, I greet each moment;With gratitude, I welcome every approaching current of masculine energy. Even if the form appears similar, the experience deepens layer by layer—because my heart is no longer the same as yesterday’s.

I’ve come to realize that true “freshness” doesn’t come from changing partners or seeking new techniques, but from the elevation of my inner consciousness.When I meet another with a pure and open heart, he is no longer “mine” or defined by any label, but a freely flowing beam of life energy—meeting, resonating, and uniting with me in this present moment.

In this state, lovemaking is no longer just physical stimulation, but becomes a dance of energy, an awakening of consciousness. When I release expectation and control, and rest fully in each breath, each touch, then every encounter becomes a deep rebirth, a miraculous first night all over again.

I’ve finally begun to understand a little about the profound meaning of “Yin and Yang merging into Tai Chi.”

वाराणसी की घाट पर शाम का समय बहुत शांतिपूर्ण होता है। इसी समय हम अक्सर वहाँ जाकर शाम की ठंडी हवा और चाय का आनंद लेते हैं। सामने गंगा मैया विश्व से आए सभी लोगों के पाप धो रही होती हैं और सूर्य देव दुनिया की ब्राइट्निस कम कर रहे होते हैं। चाय की पहली चुस्की लेते ही, हमे घाट के किनारे एक बहुत सुंदर गुलाब का फूल नजर आया।

गुलाब का फूल घाट पर यूं पड़ा देखकर हम रह ना सके, हमने जैसे ही उसे अपने हाथों मे उठाना चाहा, एक दूसरा हाथ हमारे हाथ से टकरा गया। लपक के खड़े हुए तो चाय हमारी शर्ट पर मॉडर्न आर्ट बना चुकी थी और सामने एक फ़िरंग महिला मुस्कुरा रही थी। शायद वो भी उस फूल को उठाने जा रही थी और हम दोनों का हाथ इसी चक्कर मे टकरा गया। उनकी सुंदरता देख हम भूल ही गए कि हमारी छाती पर अंगारे नाच रहे थे, हमने जल्दीबाज़ी मे उन्ही के सामने शर्ट उतार दी।

वो कुछ पल वहीं खड़ी मुसकुराती रही, उनके कपोलों पर एक लालिमा आ रही थी, जिसे देखकर हमने गुलाब तुरंत उनकी तरफ कर दिया। उनकी मुस्कान और चौड़ी हो गई और मोहित नैनों से उन्होंने हमे कुछ पल देखा और फिर अपना नाम बताया – “सोफिया”

उन्होंने जैसे ही हाथ मिलाने के लिए अपना हाथ आगे बढ़ाया, हमने उन्हे नमस्ते कर दिया, और मन मे खुद को एक जोर का चांटा भी मारा। हमने अपनी शर्ट फटाफट गंगा मे धोई, उसे झाड़ा और फिर वापस पहन ली। सोफिया ने अपना हाथ नीचे किया और मुस्कान मानो पान की पिचकारी की तरह थूक दी। युद्ध भूमि मे थे हम और अपनी जान बचाने का सिर्फ एक मात्र तरीका बचा था, हमने तुरंत पूछा –

हम चाय?

उन्होंने थोड़ी देर हमे देखा, फिर इधर-उधर कुछ तांकती दिखीं, लेकिन अंत मे मान गईं।

हम आप यहीं रुकें, हम अभी आए।

बुद्धू सा मन, हिन्दी तो ऐसे बोल रहे थे हम जैसे सब समझ आ रहा था उन्हे। सोफिया ने हमे ऐसे देखा मानो हम ही वो वानर थे जो राम सेतु बनाते समय पत्थर नहीं उठा पा रहे थे। हमने तुरंत अपनी भाषा पलटी, थोड़ी अंग्रेजी तो हमे भी आती थी।

हम आईगो, ब्रिंग टी, यू वेट।

तुरंत सामने से उनका जवाब आया।

सोफिया ओह.. ओके।

हम जैसे ही भागे चाय लेने के लिए, फर्श पर जमी काई ने हमे अपना परिचय दिया। हमने भी बड़े प्यार से अपना मस्तक संग शरीर झुकाया। सोफिया ने गुलाब के फूल को सूंघते हुए हमे फर्श पर रगड़ते हुए देखा। हम तुरंत उठके खड़े हो गए और थोड़ी देर एक सैनिक की तरह सीधे खड़े रहे। सोफिया अपनी हंसी रोकने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहीं थी फिर उनसे रहा ना गया। वो खिलखिलाकर हसने लगीं और फिर हमसे बोलतीं –

हमने भी हामी भरी, शायद वो हमसे कह रहीं थी कि हमारा दिन खराब है। उनकी आवाज की मधुरता पर हमारा दिल या गया। सरल होते हैं हम पुरुष लोग बहुत। दो चार मीठी बातें और चाय.. अरे चाय तो भूल ही गए लाना.. दोबारा पलटे तो सोफिया ने ही रोक लिया।

सोफिया Hey, let it be. What’s your name?

शायद उन्होंने हमे चाय रहने देने के लिए कहा। हम तुरंत उनकी ओर पलटे और घाट पर उनके नजदीक आकार खड़े हो गए। पीछे गंगा आरती शुरू होने जा रही थी। हमने अपना नाम बताया।

हम हमारा नाम कृष्णा है।

सोफिया Krishna? Like him?

उन्होंने पीछे इशारा करते हुए हमे दीवार पर बने बंसी बजाते मुरली मनोहर की तस्वीर दिखाई। हमने हामी भरते हुए सर ऊपर नीचे किया। फिर हम दोनों कुछ क्षण वहीं खड़े रहे और कुछ नहीं बोले। कभी कभी ऐसी स्थितियाँ उत्पन्न होती हैं जहां आप खड़े रहते हैं और प्रकृति बोलने लगती है। ये वैसा ही पल था। चिड़ियाओं को चहचहाना, आरती की तरफ बढ़ती हुई भीड़, जाप करते हुए साधु, और दूर कहीं एक बंसी भी सुनाई दी जो शंख की गूंज मे मिल गई। तभी हम दोनों को एक आवाज सुनाई पड़ी –

“साहब, बोट राइड?”
