I know that it's summer and it's not really soup weather, but I really wanted soup so I made a cream of vegetable soup. It's delicious 😋 😍 I added croutons for crunch. It was delightful!! I love soup!! All kinds, especially cream of whatever soup. I am happily sated and feeling rather healthy. When I made the soup, I added carrots, onions, green and red peppers, celery, mushrooms, fresh parsley finely chopped, minced garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. It was a splendid combination of flavors!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!! I think that I'm gonna have another bowl. In the words of Julia Child... bon appétit!! 😁😍😋
