Der Sporttest

Um Punkt 13 Uhr ging es dann los zur Koordinierungsstelle und von dort wurden wir durch einen Stabsfeldwebel abgeholt und in die Sporthalle geführt. Die Sporthalle galt eher einem Fitnesstudio ... rechts waren Kraftgeräte aufgebaut und links sahen wir dann die gefürchteten Ergonomie-Bikes. Jeder bekam eine nummer und wusste welches sein Fahrrad war. Allerdings wurde in der Reihenfolge auch die anderen Übungen absolviert. Zuerst gab es da den Sprinttest der doch für mich als untrainierten Menschen doch recht einfach zu meistern war ... 43 Sekunden war dort meine Zeit.. danach galt es sich im Klimmhang àla Tarzan an die Querstange zu hängen und mindestens 5 Sekunden dort hängen zu bleiben ... auch das war recht einfach ... zum Schluss der gefürchtete Fahrradtest... 3 Kilometer in 6:30 Min... aber auch das war kein Problem denn das hatte ich nach 3:40 min hinter mir und sackte vollkommen erschöpft von meinem Fahrrad ... Fazit: mit etwas Biss und Ehrgeiz machbar ...! Der Rest des Nachmittags gehörte dann uns und wir mussten erst am nächsten morgen um 7 Uhr zum psychologischen Gespräch...

Neuzugang Kirchhoff erklärt sein Asthma-Spray

Magdeburgs Neueinkauf Jan Kirchhoff (28) ist allergischer Asthmatiker, leidet seit der Kindheit an der Volkskrankheit, bei der Atemnot durch Verkrampfung der Bronchialmuskulatur auftritt. Und hat es trotzdem bis zu Topklubs wie dem FC Bayern (2013-2014) und Schalke 04 (2014-2016) geschafft. Er erklärt: „Das beeinträchtigt mich überhaupt nicht in meiner Leistung. Aber um absolut sicher zu gehen, habe ich immer etwas dabei.“ Zum Beispiel in der Sonne des spanischen Trainingscamps, wo selbst im Januar die Pollen fliegen. Bei Bedarf holte er sein Asthmaspray aus der Tasche. „Eine rein vorbeugende Maßnahme gegen Allergien“, so Kirchhoff. Und erklärt, dass Asthmaspray im Leistungssport keine Seltenheit ist. Vor allem im Radsport und beim Eisschnelllauf. Fakt ist: Kirchhoff ist in nur 13 Tagen zum Mittelpunkt des Teams gereift und bei der Mission Klassenerhalt die wohl entscheidendste FCM-Personalie. Doch für die 16 Endspiele braucht er einen langen Atem! Gut, dass ihn da ab jetzt Freundin Ellen unterstützt. Die Engländerin ist bei ihm im Hotel eingetroffen. Er verrät: „Wir leben noch aus Koffern. Aber wir wollen uns jetzt was anschauen, wo wir gemeinsam wohnen werden. Dann wird auch sie endgültig nach Magdeburg kommen.“ ►Trainer Michael Oenning (53) meldete sich am Montag nach Laktat- und Sprinttest krank – Grippesymptome mit Schüttelfrost!
