I headcanon they like to carry and just hold each other too often. One day(first time) Engineer carried Spy once and then Spy made him carry him for whole week straight instead of walking by himself (when was possible)

BLU engineer in his engi nest. BLU soldier passes by. Engi having a madsive crush on him. Try to have small talk.

Soldier actualy a RED spy! During this awkward convo falls head over heel in love with engi.

This keeps happening.

When seeing the real BLU soldier engi just thinks he is being secretive of their relationship.

But one day it gets clear that the BLU soldier knows nothing of their relationship and is complete stranger. Engineer get so confused.

Spy comes around again all disguised not knowing engi knows. Drama.

The truth comes out!

This is where i realize this is pretty much just megamind.... ANYWAY

Engi thinks this is just some sick joke. Way to get to the base. Spy really is in love and wanted to tell all this time but just couldn't

There is many ways it could go from here but i like abuse so capture the spy for guestioning what was the master plan behind this all. While engineer is trying to clear his mind from all this. Betrayed and angry. While spy keeps bleeding to him that he really had feelings and that he is sorry.
