#inspired by a project i saw at my childhood church where they raised a bunch of money #and tipped a random delivery driver 1k #which seems like a genuinely nice thing to do!! ik some churches have legit programs where they do community outreach #or sponsor kids or pay for scholarships or medical bills etc #but the ones that DONT and have fancy facilities and special effects and parties and shit?? NO #stop giving them your money and TIP YOUR WAITERS #my anger is directed at a very specific type of “Christian” because im sure there are plenty who do treat service workers well #but you also see a lot of the opposite #maybe i can start a movement to “bless others” by boosting tipping idk #tw religion #mini rant #obligatory: i am a Christian but some people make me cringe at the label

Me when I’m at a concert buying merch and the tip screen appears and I see the skip button at the bottom of the screen.

#no hesitation I hit that shit so fast #and like the starting number is 15%#I’m not tipping you 15% on an overpriced t-shirt no thank you #all you did was turn around and grab a shirt out of a box and hand it to me #my rule when it comes to tipping is that if I can do it I’m not tipping you #it’s gotten ridiculous where tips are asked for #like we picked up donuts one time and they asked for a tip at the checkout for the cashier #and it’s like you just put donuts in a box and handed them to me no I’m not tipping you #I’d be a different story if it were the baker asking for a tip #I’ll tip my hairdresser and delivery drivers and waiters (amount is dependent on service)#like not everything requires a tip screen

i'm going to get a bad grade in appreciating films

#i feel like everyone agrees this movie is great and i #it was good but it's not something i'd watch again personally #then again that's not saying too much there's very few movies i'll watch more than once #i think i'm just bad at recognising good film #i'm out here loving the shittiest cgi known to man terrible disaster movies and shit #but give me something people seem to adore? apparently i'm not moved #it's definitely a me problem #i'm into trash too much to appreciate the top tier stuff #(alright now that i'm deep enough into my tags the movie was spirited away)#it was a good movie i liked it no face was fun and the little critters #but it's probably lowest on my list of studio ghibli movies i've seen. which ISN'T MANY TO BE CLEAR #it's not many #howl's moving castle is probably my second favourite movie ever #i've watched totoro more than once too which is saying something #arrietty reminded me of the borrowers which was fun #kiki's delivery service i don't actually remember that well but it had jiji and i've got two black cats so...#i might rewatch that one honestly #i thought i'd love spirited away because everything else has been good and people speak so highly #but it just didn't click with me hhhh #should i start apologising now or #going to continue making my way through ghibli films though and hope my opinions improve

#beedoodles #my ocs #new guy #goopy #its not that new guy wants to obey the law or a liscence it just thinks you are incapable of killing anyone unless #you possess something she found on a sketchy ad hey ordered from YEARS ago. convinced the liscence is out there.#and feels as though the mailman is onto it and Will not deliver it intentionally to foil zer plans #side note new guy also thinks every mailman in the world is the same person and theyre just REALLY good at changing appearances #because xey move around from town to town constantly #they never see the same one #beef from the very beginning .#i imagine little baby guy asking santa for a functional aeroplane and thinking the mailman had intervened in a kindof imaginary scenario #that The Mailman (singular ever changing entity) was at war with Santa and holding gifts hostage #used to be a delivery elf but rebelled and started the world wide postal service in opposition to the Big Jolly Corporation #now dismantling capitalism is a wonderful thing but in a 5 to 8 year olds brain the main focus of the dispute was the bad guy was the one #who made it so Aeroplane present didnt happen #keep in mind this is all imaginary scenario in baby guys head #you know i could embelish on this imaginary scenrio too if i wanted to because you know i love concepts and ideas and my for that fucks goo #as story ideas #you know they DO. im king of the imaginary lanscape of Cartoons and Comics not yet past the fetal stage of rumination #fuck with me #FUCK with me entirely #clenches my fist. looks off into a beautiful sunset. stews about it
