Saving my …rival (?)

5 times they saved each other without understanding why and the 1 time they finally figured it out.

One second A saves B from literally being stabbed in the back the next B saves A from falling down the cliff. This happens over and over again.

Inwardly, they keep having this monologue:

“Why did I save them?? I don’t even like them? It must’ve been purely on instinct. Right. Yes! I just saw a human shaped shadow and acted based on that. Nothing more nothing less. One of my favs are demon deals and hellhounds, and what people would even do to make a deal in the first place. Oh, and what they would do to break their promises (if they can even get away with that). I'd like to think that anything is possible though. Maybe Stiles finds some loopholes in Derek's demon contract. Maybe there's something in old Latin tomes or the Bestiary that can destroy the terms. Who knows! Hi! I have a story that I'm worried might have been deleted or I just really can't find it.

The gist is when Stiles gets abducted with Erica and Boyd, his spark kicks in and incinerates the bad guys. Then after Scott tricks Derek into biting Gerard, Derek blames Stiles. So Stiles is pushed out of the pack and starts working on his Spark. He trains with Danny Mahealani who it turns out is a hedge witch. There's some bamf stiles in this one too.

Is there a word limit or format for written pieces?

Nope! We accept all lengths of works and all different kinds of works, be it drabbles, ficlets, poems, one-shots, whatever you’re comfortable with!

What about artworks, or other mediums/playlists/moodboards/edits? Are there any formats/limitations?

We just want you to be creative! As long as it’s sterek in some way and fits within parameters of the themes and guidelines, create away and tag us!

What about NSFW works?

NSFW works are accepted, we just require them to be tagged accordingly and of course, they need to be posted according to Tumblr’s guidelines, as well as any other hosting site’s.

Can I talk about my work(s)?

Yes! As long as you don’t share it before the corresponding day.

How many works can I submit?

As many as you want! We’re ecstatic about every piece!

I’m not sure my work really fits a theme./It’s not necessarily perfect/as good as others. Can I still post it?

Please do! It’s the variety that does the trick. The sheer quantity of works in the fandom is what has made and kept us so strong! Just create!

Are AI works accepted?

Based on comments and requests from last years Sterek Week, AI works will not be accepted this year. Now that being said, there are only three of us and we are only human, sometimes we don't realize something is AI. We ask that no AI works are submitted, but if we find out later that they are, we will be removing them from the blog.

We ask that if you think something is AI, you politely message us and we can look into it. Please no hounding the artists directly as we have seen a lot of false accusations in the past. We can only count on people being upfront and honest and the fandom coming together as one.

Sterek Crossover AU: Betelgeuse

Something has taken up residence in the old abandoned house on the hill, and it’s up to the Pack to investigate. Boyd, Erica, Isaac and Scott have already gone on patrol the previous night, with all reports of weird noises and lingering shadows being affirmative. That leaves Stiles and Derek with their current mission to check out the house in broad daylight. Surely, things should be fine, right? Except some invisible asshole decides to have a little fun by locking Stiles and Derek inside of the house. It gets even better when the local sandworm pays a visit and "wants to play." Fucking fantastic. ___ Here's something different from me: a moodboard! This is for @sterekweek-2023's Day 3 theme: Worlds Collide. Gosh, when I thought about possibilities for crossover AUs, Beetlejuice instantly came to mind because I like everything weird and spooky.
