პოლიტიკური და ეკონომიკური ელიტების ინტერესების გატარების მიზნით, თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში სამეცნიერო პროცესის მონოპოლიზების სურვილი უცვლელია. სტუდენტებმა უნდა იბრძოლონ სახელმწიფოსა და უნივერსიტეტში არსებული ყველა მანკიერი და არაჯანსაღი ძალაუფლებრივი წარმონაქმნის წინააღმდეგ, უკეთესი მომავლისთვის.

Viv and Lisa did a whole podcast (Talk sport and property) where they talked about how they see it as investment/something to have as an income after football so yeah. Seems like they are passionate about real estate, Viv did a lot of the renovations and I think they also own some kind of property in Liverpool so it's probably a very different situation.

So they have their own house in London plus the one in Liverpool as an additional investment? Because they certainly don't live in Liverpool when they're playing in London?

But it totally makes sense. I had never thought about it like that until recently either, because if you see the price tags and still have in mind that you just moved out of a studentdormitory pretty much recently, it doesn't seem like this is actually something relevant for you.

But once you earn on a certain level it's really the smart thing to do: To put you money in, to not have to pay rent that's actually just gone at the end of the month and actually as a very nice hobby when you realise you are interested in renovating.

For me it is also very much about knowing that this is YOUR house so everything you do is for the long run. That's something you probably don't have if you know your contract just runs for a few years and after that you plan to go somewhere else. Then it's probably only for the investment and you know you'll sell it when you move again.

The design concept for the dormitory started with the examination of its nucleus> The Student Room. The room design is an attempt to introduce an alternative approach to student dormitory life where the quality of space stems from the big volume. Besides the small area (18.5 m2), the cell has a double height  of 4 m. The bed is not only seen as a sleeping place, but as a complex private space: space for work, eating, reading, writing, imagination, socialization. The rood is a micro-world of its own where all furniture and services are embedded and optimized in every sense. The constructive system - the whole structure of the dormitory itself comes form the module of the nucleus.
