So I’m finally getting back to this project. I was warming up for a zine I had to do and I’m like “Who haven’t I drawn in ages?” I recently cleaned out my old files so the “Strip for SuketchiLT” was just sitting there. I open it up and I realize it’s been 2 years. So @suketchilt I’m getting back to your wonderful kids now that I’ve graduated from school and have free time while I look for a job. I really love Lindrel....

Background

Pharaan was born in an alienage in Wycome to his parents Rosal and Nirasha. It wasn’t long before he became an older brother and Moro was brought two years later into the world.

There wasn’t much to do in the alienage, but Pharaan and Moro always found ways of getting into trouble after trying to keep themselves entertained. However, such memories came to an end when at the age of 13, Pharaan learnt he was a mage, by accidently creating fire in his hands that led to an accident by an abandoned shack in disrepair. His sister coming to great harm.

Moro, though permanently scarred for life had survived. And unbeknownst to Pharaan had lied about the true cause of the accident, afraid to lose her brother to the Circle. The attempt was futile, as an unknown witness to the affair had reported what had occurred, and days later Templars were at their door. Coming to take Pharaan away.

It took time and effort, but Pharaan had come to accept his fate at the circle. Making friends and learning how to harness and excel with his magic and eventually passing his Harrowing. He found his calling in life when he finally earnt his title as Enchanter, finding happiness and joy in teaching younger apprentices.

He enjoyed this role so much so that despite being skilled enough to be offered a place as Senior Enchanter, Pharaan declined the role. He was happy, enjoyed the simplicity of his role and did not wish to stop teaching.

Approval

Pharaan favours people who see the bigger picture, who know not to take things at face value and see the potential good in others. With that in mind, he approves of those who see the circles as valuable and what they could be if reformed. He agrees with an Inquisitor who disbands and strips the Templars, and any actions that are difficult but have long-reaching rewards. Those who are willing to risk vilifying themselves for their ideals and ambitions.

He is displeased by ruthlessness and careless decision making, and those who would see the mages be treated with abuse and go back to the way things once were.

He favours an Inquisitor who is calm or humorous, and works for the greater good and the common people.

Trivia

While primarily interested in the Arcane arts of magic, when he learns more of his family history and ties to Nevarra he decides to academically study Necromancy, the magical school so heavily studied there.

Pharaan has a bad habit of his voice and tone coming off in an often sarcastic tone, unintentional most of the time.

Strives for a calm and easy-going demeanour but stresses out easily.

Is bisexual, but prefers men.

Like his sister, will distance and stay away from people when angered as he has a tendency to become spiteful and biting at his worst.

Regrets that he could not have children and that his lifestyle clashes with it ever happening.

Becomes very embarrassed when asked questions of an explicit nature.

Keeps hands busy and will touch and play with things when nervous or upset.

I read he had a runed tub and as I read through the rest, another channel in my brain was going, “Why is it runed? What’s it do? Does it heat water? CREATE water? SUMMON DEMONS?” Tell me about this tub. >8I!! Also, is he marrying Josephine? >;U
