I’m Not Searching for Myself. I’m Designing Myself. You don’t “find” yourself. You build. Every day I lay one more layer. A principle. A rhythm. A discipline. I don’t wait for clarity — I construct it. Like a building. Like a codebase. My identity is not an accident. It’s a system. There’s freedom in construction. Because it’s conscious. It’s yours. And when it’s yours — it’s…

Sorry for so much systemthinking but with how often I get asked about ansta stuff related to it and hang out with my plural friends I can’t help it. Thinking about ore Rei who goes dormant for a bit. But he’s back after, and gets pulled out into front sometimes (when he “switches back” while spending time with Tsumugi and speaks the way he used to). And how being a system could explain Rei’s lack of self, or at least, the fact we don’t even know what his “true self” is because all we’ve seen are performances so far. Rei splitting wagahai after the war… lots to think about in regards to that. I know this headcanon is a fairly common one and at first I was on the fence about it but it is so interesting actually…

Inspiring Conversations That Drive Purpose-Led Innovation At American Tech Vision Solutions, we’re driven by the belief that technology should create meaningful change — and our leadership continues to seek out conversations that reflect that mission. During a recent interaction, our Director Mr. Sumit Arigapudi had the honor of meeting Dr. Chintan Vaishnav, a globally acclaimed socio-technologist, faculty member at MIT, and a key figure at NITI Aayog. Their dialogue explored the vital role of system thinking, innovation strategy, and technology-enabled policy frameworks in solving real-world challenges — particularly in underserved and emerging communities. Dr. Vaishnav's vision on aligning tech with social good deeply resonated with ATVS’s own values. We look forward to further conversations and collaborations that amplify the impact of technology in governance, inclusion, and sustainable growth.

In aviation, the way you build systems or teach pilots matters.
Do you start with the big picture (Top-Down)?
Or focus on mastering the small parts first (Bottom-Up)?
✈️ Understanding both can shape better training programs, avionics integration, and decision-making.

Here’s a wicked problem  situation... Dating apps!!
Tumblr media
Above is my thinking system using Loopy
We are in constant change, evolving at a blink of an eye! “The smartest species”, humans, we are all very different, compassionate, courageous, competitive, hateful, weird, creative e.t.c. But one thing we seek in common is LOVE!!
Love, Love, Love, we crave for it, in many forms, such as companionship, friendship, family, e.tc. And Technology is making it easier for us to find, through 1500 online dating apps!! Online Dating Market Leaders.
Whether you want to find your significant other, stop feeling lonely,  just wanting to chat, for X reason are too shy to physically interact, aren’t sure about your sexuality, or want to explore other type of relationships, make more friends or simply know you are not the only one who dips chips in the Mcflury, you name it! You are more than likely to find it in one of the many current Dating apps.
Is it really, though...? to what extent and cost?
Well..., there’re many successful stories out there, my best friends for instance, I myself have got few good matches, for different purposes. I have been using two or three of these apps. So what? Higher chances to meet “my one”! of course if you can trust their algorithm. Haven’t you heard? Apparently, THEY DON’T WORK!!  (A wicked problem into a wicked problem!?) check this out: What You Need to Know About Online Dating Algorithms and the Catfishers, hackers, is my privacy even secure with the companies themselves? Well… the companies’ (who make a lot of profit from us) privacy policies assure us we are safe (not that anybody reads them or stops us from using them).
But even if all that is just exaggeration and speculation, what are actually dating apps doing to/for us?
Opinions vary, it’s changing our physiology causing addiction to the apps themselves. Check it out: The Psychology of Dating Apps.
Some say the use of them is objectifying, making us lose our morals even changing the meaning of relationships (doesn’t make it negative or positive). However others say it’s expanding our interests and likes, making us more accepting, tolerant and welcoming even liberating for some cultures.
Love has no frontiers!!
So tell me... what’s your take?

A perfect example is in the city of Lagos. Naturally, almost every individual in Lagos has this notion that you must be aggressive in Lagos.
And I wonder what makes the people have this notion? That's the policy and system leaders have put in place to govern the people.
Leaders may not directly control our lives but the policies and systems they create have been automated to do so. Almost everyone in Lagos came in from another city but how is it that when they got into the city, they naturally just understood that you must develop an aggressive attitude towards work and even the people they meet in Lagos?
Leaders have the capacity to change people's lives through the system they put in place and the policies they create.
If we must submit to any leader, we must submit to a leader who has the ability to develop and change systems than trying to change people to fit into the systems

This is SUCH a great idea!

Shneel Malik Creates Indus Tiles to Purify Rainwater Using Algae “The Bio-Integrated Design Lab at the Bartlett School of Architecture has created a modular system of tiles inlaid with algae that can filter toxic chemical dyes and heavy metals out of water. […] “Each tile is made simply by pressing clay – or a similar low-cost, local material – into fan-shaped moulds with a series of ‘vein-like channels’. “These mimic the structure of leaves and their ability to distribute water evenly to every part of a plant. The ravines are then filled with micro-algae which are suspended within the ‘biological scaffold’ of a seaweed-derived hydrogel. This keeps the algae alive while also being completely recyclable and biodegradable. […] “’Through our site visits, we realised that the artisan workers had no space available for westernised high-tech water treatment solutions,’ said Malik. “’Neither did they have the economic capacity to get additional support. So we needed a system that was spatially compatible and could be constructed and maintained by them.’ “Hence the idea of moulding the tiles via templates which, once the project is rolled out, would be custom-made by the Bio-ID Lab with a different system of channels to correspond to different contaminants.”
