I love love LOVE both Tenna and Lancer and I just needed to get some art done of the two of them. I included a couple details I need to yap about rq

☆ With Tenna, I have been LOVING when people draw him with this wire/plug tail, and wanted to include that - WITH the added edition of that indestructible warning label that you find on the end of TV cords.

☆ I also wanted to include a detail of electrical tape wrapped around his antenna, based on how he was repaired. I think he would keep it there even if he didn't need to as a reminder those that care for him.

☆ Not a detail based close up I just love Lancer a lot <3

As a show of good faith toward the remaining Decepticons at the beginning of a new, united Cybertron, newly appointed Senators Bumblebee and Soundwave allowed Shatter and Dropkick to enlist into Autobot City's Defense Team.

These two turned out to be... not the best choices.

The city may have fallen to Insurgent Decepticon occupation had it not been for young recruits Hot Rod and Arcee's accidental interception of Shatter's communication with the fugitive Starscream.

To replace the errant Defense Team members, Springer and Blurr were reassigned from Iacon to Autobot City in their stead.

cuphead/casino cups (cld work for either) hc: animis - like the cupbros are - dont have set nose & straw ‘colours’; matter of fact, the colours of their straws and noses are supposed to change multiple times a day, all in reflection of whatever they’re feeling atm. their colours are supposed to change in accordance to their emotion -

- but it’s not unheard of, for animis, that if, sometimes, they feel an overwhelming amount of simply one emotion for too long a period of time, their bodies (and the magics that make them change colours) to… semi-permanently readjust.

blue means detachment, coldness, apathy. (the fact that blue is the colour mugman got stuck at; it’s why cuphead only half-jokingly says they’re a great liar, because how could they not, when everything they feel is smothered by a constant layer of ice?)

red means anger, rage, annoyance. (the fact that red is the colour cuphead got stuck at; there’s a reason he’s always so very annoying to everyone he meets, after all - and it is always, always because if he doesn’t do something, anything to bother, annoy, pester them, then he will go mad with the rage that’s always bubbling just beneath.)

there’s a reason cuphead was always the more accurate shooter of the two, a reason he always grinned when killing the debtors at the end of a winning fight and a reason he always pouted when mugman insisted they revive them once they’d gotten the contracts.

there’s a reason mugman was strawmanning during the morality debate, a reason they could never quite bring themself to care about the debtors they were fighting, killing, hurting and a reason they never try to make any friends other then cuphead, their own blood.

for some reason, for cuphead, the hellflame inside him always calms at the sight of their elder sibling. for some reason, for mugman, the ice that stays all year-long always melts ‘round their little brother.

neither of them are ever quite sure why - until their colours finally change for the first time in over a decade.

Very interesting to me that Abigail preferred Hannibal over Will, but Will had an emotional connection to her that Hannibal didn't - or at least not to the same extent.

I think maybe one day he could've found a stronger bond considering she had also killed and eaten people, but during the series she's really just a tool. Hannibal uses her to like... babytrap Will. And tbf it worked, Will didn't tell Jack what he knew when he discovered Abigail murdered that guy - if he was willing to cover for her, maybe eventually he'd cover for Hannibal too, the 3 of them too intrinsically tied for him to separate, I mean that's the trapping part. But she was just a means to an end, a relationship Hannibal nurtured for his own gain with Will....whereas Will really did view her as his daughter.

Very interesting to me...off-put by Will (especially towards the end of s1), but he had the most vested interest in her well-being out of the pair...

the number one thing that has helped me with my adhd, with decision fatigue, with getting distracted, with all of it- from picking out youtube videos, knowing what chores i need to do, responding to texts, WHATEVER- the number one thing has been reframing thinking and deciding as an ACTION that needs ENERGY and setting aside specific time to sit down, make a plan, queue up light entertainment, respond to messages, WHATEVER. planning is a step and execution is a step. i am not finding myself in the middle of every task now going 'oh shit now i need to figure out what's next AGAIN' bc i already made a plan earlier. now my only thought has to be 'check the list and see what's next' because im sure whatever im already doing has me expending energy and thinking anyway. do not pile on. do not make things complicated. just set aside a small amount of time to make a plan. it has genuinely helped me so much.

Drawing her got me THINKING about my warden. She makes me so miserable and I haven't even finished her game yet (she'll likely die at the end).

But just. Starting out.... Sure she's a little spoiled and a little vain. Comes with being raised as a noble. But she's also very polite and respects the duty that comes with her position. She's done her studies and goes to church and excels at swordfighting (she delights in beating her brother in sparring sessions and not letting it go). Generous and charming. Very cheeky and loves pranks and jokes when she can get away with it. (And she's always sad and disappointed her brother's wife can't tell when she's fooling around.) Was a bit of a menace growing up and in the right time and company she still will be. When she was gifted a warhound she named it 'Kitten' of all things.

But then her family gets slaughtered overnight and there's nothing she can do. She can't even stay behind to protect her parents (something that haunts her for a long time after). Her entire future burns to ashes and she's dragged away to join an order she doesn't quite believe in (Duncan is nice enough but this isn't what she's been preparing for all her life). She shuts down and closes herself off... But she's still polite and respectful most of the time. But more than anything she wants revenge (and if she doesn't live past that revenge.... Well! She's not thinking about it). And really this isn't what she wanted but she can work with this. At least fighting darkspawn is a way to went her feelings... Only THAT falls apart too! The grey wardens are wiped out save her and Alistair and she's put in charge of rebuilding the order and preventing the blight. (Which. While isn't ideal, she's meant to be a leader of sorts,,,,) And through all this her worst traits come to light as she grieves in silence and shuts herself away,,,,
