At first, there was a blink. And then, there was a pout. And then, a tiny irritated growl of an Au'Ra who was well aware of their less than stellar height. STILL!

Those were some mighty words from someone within fire-spell distance!

Tansui's Adventures - #12, Pumpkin!

After last night's excitement - Voidsents, missing ladies, handsome strangers and a fairy godmother of a duskwight - it was a small wonder Tansui had gotten a proper rest at all, especially with how early they woke up.��

Still, up they got, with a change of freshly made clothes and a new mission at hand. Much easier one, at that - a simple delivery. Of a pumpkin. Why he was so happy about carrying around a pumpkin, he didn’t know, but here they were, humming happily as the sun was still rising, pointedly ignoring the much taller Au Ra that shared the space with them. 

And kept staring at them. 

… Did they just whisper ‘smol’ under their breath? 

Nope, ignoring it, ignoring it, ignoring it. Tansui was definitely on the much shorter side, but they could still kick someone’s arse, as last night had proven! So he was just going to take the pumpkin to the Coffer & Coffin, and get to know more of the locals. 

… Only for him to end up being a server. How did Tansui get roped into being a server!? Well, at least people were relatively delightful compared to what the younger Au Ra was used to when it came to any kind of customer service type of work. And hey, they actually got paid for once! With gil and information and directions! 

Onwards to Black Brush Station, then…
