Today I've talked to two students to make deals so they will actually get a grade. Written feedback immediately to every student who sent me what they've done so far on our current project. Asked the students who didn't send me anything if everything was all right, and tried to help them along. Spent three (3) hours on a teamscall helping a student finish their really big assignment (they did!).
I will now allow myself to feel like a really good teacher. Like an extraordinarily good teacher. Everyone should be in awe of how amazing I am.

Austausch über O365
In diesen Tagen hatte ich mich unter anderem mit Jan Martin Klinge (alias @halbtagsblog auf Twitter) zu einem Teamscall verabredet, um über O365 im Schulkontext zu sprechen und unsere ersten Erfahrungen abzugleichen. Jan hat bereits hier darüber geschrieben. An dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank für die 60 Minuten intensiven Austausches.
Spannend fand ich die Tatsache, dass an seiner Schule z.B. alle Protokolle von den verschiedensten Konferenzen über OneNote laufen. Damit hat jede Person jederzeit Zugriff auf die verschiedenen Mitschriebe. Klasse. Das läuft bei uns ganz anders. Wir haben die Fachschaften in einzelnen Teams organisiert und dort werden die Protokolle abgelegt. Freigegeben sind sie damit für andere nicht.
Festgestellt haben wir beide, dass wir uns mehr mit Sharepoint beschäftigen sollten. Die App Teams baut genau darauf auf, setzt automatisch gewisse Berechtigungen und bietet mit der Nachrichten- und Chatfunktion noch Tools zur Kollaboration. Deswegen lag vor knapp einem Jahr an meiner Schule auch der Fokus voll und ganz auf Teams. Wir haben alles davon ausgehend gedacht und organisiert. Nun stellen wir fest, dass dieser Ansatz nicht ausreicht. Wir brauchen mindestens selbst gesetzte Berechtigungen, die über Sharepoint vorgenommen werden, um anderen KuK Einblicke in z.B. die Schulcurricula anderer Fächer und die obengenannten Protokolle zu gewähren. Auch die Verteilung zentraler Dokumente, die aus der Verwaltung oder dem Sekretariat kommen, gestaltet sich aus Teams heraus nicht so einfach wie gedacht. Außerdem suchen wir uns teilweise „dumm und dämlich“, weil wir noch keine Verschlagwortung in Sharepoint vorgenommen und Listen angelegt haben.
Gefreut hat mich, dass mein Excelsheet zur Abfrage der Deputatswünsche gut ankam. Ich habe über ein eigenes Kurs-Teams den KuK die Aufgabe (wie mit Schüler*innen im Unterricht) gegeben, dieses auszufüllen und elektronisch einzureichen. Damit stelle ich sicher, dass die Kolleg*innen in einer geschützten Umgebung ihre Wünsche abgegeben können. Denn niemand kann in die Dokumente der anderen Einsicht nehmen. Genauso wird es dann auch mit den Stundenplanwünschen gemacht, bei denen manchmal auch sensible Informationen an mich gegeben werden. Bei der Planung habe ich dann die Daten schnell und vor allem ortsunabhängig zur Hand.
Wir werden den Austausch sicherlich wiederholen und ihn auch wieder über Twitter ankurbeln. Denn das #Twitterlehrerzimmer ist voll von erfahrenen, neugierigen, spannenden KuK. Ich freu mich auf den nächsten Videocall.
