Call for Testing
An important step for RFC implementation is for people to experiment with the implementation and give feedback, especially before stabilization. The following RFCs would benefit from user testing before moving forward:
No calls for testing were issued this week.
If you are a feature implementer and would like your RFC to appear on the above list, add the new call-for-testing label to your RFC along with a comment providing testing instructions and/or guidance on which aspect(s) of the feature need testing.
Call for Participation; projects and speakers

Rust Compiler Performance Triage
Even though the summary might not look like it, this was actually a relatively quiet week, with a few small regressions. The large regression that is also shown in the summary table was caused by extending the verification of incremental compilation results. However, this verification is not actually fully enabled by default, so these regressions are mostly only visible in our benchmarking suite, which enables the verification to achieve more deterministic benchmarking results. One small regression was also caused by enabling frame pointers for the Rust standard library, which should improve profiling of Rust programs.

Happy caturday, all! This pic didn't post last week, so recycling. My cats are adorable doofs and the heat broke them. But it's cooling off (if you call 80 cool), and we're all feeling a little less stressed. I still want a vacation. And think that people should realize that if others are making more on a stimulus unemployment than an actual job... the employers aren't paying well enough for the labor. Especially in a pandemic. . Also, waiting for test results is exhausting. What did my tests say? I want to know so we can take next steps. Even if it's not a dx. We'll be able to make new plans with new information. . And. #gish2020 ends today. It was very fun, I thank the friend that shared it with me. I hope to work less next year so I can go to the livestreams and participate more. But hey, we had fun and raised 1 million meals for families effected by covid. Whoot! . Night all! . . . . . . . . . . . . #maine #heatbreak #cats #caturday #ineedavacation #eattherich #tactherich #livablewagesnow #tests #testresults #waiting #waitingonresults (at Bangor, Maine) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDpPjmJBCSI/?igshid=1l28wudhabq2x
