Next up on Alarming TFA Implications: the constructicons follow Bumblebee’s leaky oil trail back to the base after they taste said oil. They are planning to drink whatever is at the end of the trail, and that thing is—unbeknownst to them—Bumblebee. Yes yes xenobiology techno-anatomy etc etc, but I feel like we’re crossing a line here.

Ok happy February! I’m go ahead and post the words I’ve selected for Constructicon week 2024 with a nice preview header and the official list with the days and I'll post the AO3 collect closer to the date :

Day 1 Feb 18th Scrapper : Wood

Day 2 Feb 19th Long Haul : Paper

Day 3 Feb 20th Scavenger : Sand

Day 4 Feb 21st Hook : Glass

Day 5 Feb 22nd Bonecrusher : Concrete

Day 6 Feb 23rd Mixmaster : Fabric

Day 7 Feb 24th Devastator : Free Day : (Prowl/Gravedigger/Hauler/Omega Supreme/Dirt Boss and others can be included here just had to be Constructicon related.)

(The different universes (G1, IDW one and two, TFA, Armanda and others can appeal to any day just tag it when we get there!

And I’ll add here given that these are building materials and want to build stuff and do other projects with them, like wood burning or sand art for explain, (be careful) but cool! We’d love to see it when the time rolls around! I’m hoping posting this early gives people (like me) more time for writing, drawing, and all art!

Each day has two prompts the first is the Constructicon and the second  is the word, feel free to use both in Conjunction or if you want you can  use just one for example you feel like just drawing Mixmaster go for it  post Friday, feel like writing about the who group and Formula go for it post Monday. Get delayed and can’t post on the correct day no problem I’m sure everyone will love to still get the content so don’t worry too much. It’s about fun and adding more to the community.

I think I found the culprits.

imagine you're a mechanic in the Transformers universe and you have a car come in with engine trouble so you open it up and the engine is just full of some kind of weird fast-spreading rust. never seen anything like it before

so you're like. hmmm. and you call the Autobots like 'hi I know this number is supposed to be for reporting possible Decepticon activity but I've got some kind of alien bullshit going on and I don't know who to ask'. they hand you over to Ratchet and Rachet is like 'hm I think I know what that is but let me come run some tests'

SO Ratchet comes over and has a look at the engine and is like yeah as I thought. its crotch rust. and you're like 'crotch rust??' and he's like yeah its crotch rust. its a. well I think humans call them STIs? its like that.

so you're like '..........are you telling me a Transformer fucked this car' and he's like yeah. looks that way. and you're like 'what in the world' and he's like I don't know. people are freaks. anyway we don't want this stuff spreading so I'll be back tomorrow with the right nanites. keep it away from the other cars.

he comes back the next day like okay so I have good news and I have bad news. you're like 'well what's the good news' and he's like WELL I spent last night testing all the autobots for crotch rust and they're all clean. so you're like 'does that mean the car wasn't fucked' and he's like oh no the car was definitely fucked there's no other way this could have happened.

so you're like 'wait. are you saying a Decepticon fucked this car?' and he's like yes. we have a Decepticon fucking cars. and they are giving the cars STIs. thank you for bringing this to our attention here are the nanites goodbye.

Some more Decepticons from the complete Allspark Almanac, mainly the clones including Skipjack, Nemesis Prime, Dark Rodimus, and the Decepticopters! Seems with them, Magnificus, Toxitron, and the Seekers, the Decepticons were leaning towards a Clone Wars approach in an attempt to get an upper hand vs the Autobots. I kinda wonder how that would have played out later in show :o
