Nico is also preoccupied with the horrors of growing up but in a different way. He's also ""Functional Adult"" when the gang r in highschool as Ethan's cool hot college boyfriend. They are not dating.

I had nowhere else to go ........#This works somehow. Mostly bc Nico is not about to just throw this guy to the curb#He has a big sticker on him that says I Am A Risk To Myself and Others.#He's unwell. But he gets well. And he's my sad little man#Nico sort of pushes Ethan to like. You know. You should let your friends know you're okay And gets enveloped into the friend group as well#This has now become his buisiness.
