i recently watched the legacy documentary, and seeing how much tom r acted like a fucking human during it really makes me think matt h is just doing this just to keep eddsworld going. not even for edd g, but for his own gain.

like we've seen in literally all of the eddisodes before beyond, they're unique. they have their own charms and styles and things to love about them.

Im so happy I finally got to by my graphic tablet’s pen!! After some of my foster dogs decided it was the perfect chew toy I had to wait months to be able to save all the money I needed for a new one lol. Today I really fell in the mood to draw something, specially after watching SNK new episode and hearing this really badass 1 hour version of “The rumbling” xD. For anyone asking this is one of my Eldarya OC’s, she’s the one I think of when I’m playing the normal gameplay uwu. By this point I think it’s obvious my lazy ass just didn’t want to clean the damn wip and decided to add some colour so it wouldn’t look as messy, I really hope I get to finish this new one ewe.

Listen, it’s all about squishy octo boys, and two very LONG EEL BOIS. (Splatoon appeals to me for a particular reason, with our inklings and octolings, especially the WOOMY versus VEEMO).

Shark teeth are very appealing to me, design wise (reason why Mako is certainly a favorite amongst my SI OCs), and just...I have a soft spot for characters who were bullied in their childhoods, because I’ve been there before.

I love seeing what went on in chapter 3. It’s just...the situation, and then the whole fact we get kicked out of Ramshackle??

SO WE ROOM WITH LEONA??? AND LEONA GROWLS AT US LIKE??? I too, would be annoyed if I had to suddenly room with someone without proper preparations. He’s a god damn mood.

Really, a lot of good things go on in chapter 3, character wise.

And here I am, making shitposts that somehow get me places. Since I brought up Leona, have a scenario that may or may not happen.

Basically, kabedon, except Leona just uses his leg and it’s mostly to keep Yuu (ewe) from running off before he has a chance to talk to her...only for Yuu to CICADA BLOCK HER WAY OUT OF A CORNER (not really cicada blocking, but the pose is similar and she just CRAWLS out of there) and just JUMPS over Leona.

I like kabedon memes that flip the entire position in general, especially if it makes use of the cicada block. Cuz there’s a time and a place for super serious kabedon, and then there’s REAL SHITPOSTING HOURS (that I MIGHT draw if I can force myself to look for the right reference).

596-597: "On the Verge of Annihilation! A Deadly Monster Comes Flying In!" and "An Intense Battle! Caesar Exercises His True Power!"

I have said this a lot lately... but what just happened?

Did Caesar just clean house?

Did he actually just systematically destroy the opposition BY HIMSELF? Luffy, Robin, Franky, Tashigi and Smoker one after the other?

Damn. I did not expect that at all. Right up until the final twist, I was convinced Luffy was going to take him and it would have been mission accomplished (then, after that, defeat Smiley and escape Punk Hazard without letting Caesar wriggle out of their clutches).

Caesar is much stronger than I thought. 

The man said it himself at the end of 597: “Don’t underestimate me.” I regret to admit that I did, Caesar. I totally did. I thought he’d live up to the usual Mad Scientist Trope Manifestation: a non-fighter who is very clever but a bit cowardly and useless when the fight turns physical.

Instead, Oda has gifted us with an Absolute Madman with more tricks up his sleeve than a pub magician.

Let’s Set That Thing Full of Poison Gas on Fire! What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

The action picked up where 595 left off. Luffy announced to the world that he would kick the Master’s ass and kidnap him!

Needless to say, this announcement did not go down well with Caesar’s centaur minions. Did that rubbery whippersnapper say he’d kick our beloved Master’s ass and kidnap him? TAKE HIM DOWN!

Once the steam from impact had cleared, Smoker also realised the Strawhats had fallen right into his lap again and gave the order to capture them. For about two seconds *everyone* was after them. And it did not phase Luffy, Franky or Robin in the slightest. While Luffy searched for Caesar, Robin and Franky dealt with the Fodders. Must say Robin and Franky have excellent Volume Fodder Clearance techniques.

There was comedy gold moment when Luffy didn’t realise he wasn’t fighting Smoker. “Hey, Smokey! Glad you’re okay. Was worried the way Law beat you up earlier. What’s up, though? Do you have a stomachache? Are you constipated? Why are you weaker all of a sudden? And you sound weird today.”

Smoker came charging up, all like, “Come on, Tashigi! Don’t get your ass kicked by Strawhat!” And suddenly this glasses girl whose name Luffy could not remember was much stronger all of a sudden! Hmmm... what was her name?

Smoker yelled, “IT’S ME. I AM SMOKER!” And Luffy fell about laughing when the penny finally dropped that they’d been shambled by Law. Luffy said there was no point fighting when they were not at full strength. (Luffy’s a good guy, really. If he was a terrible person, he could’ve just kicked their asses and walked. But he gave them a literal fighting chance.)

Just as Franky got fed up clearing Fodder and was about to melt a huge hole in Caesar’s front door, something large and pink flew through the sky towards them.

Awww... I thought. Smiley has come home to see Caesar. Isn’t that cute? It landed and oozed over Caesar’s ship. Smoker just stood there and looked at it, like, wtf am I looking at here?

Oda used the Fodders who had clambered on board to reveal some of Smiley’s tricks. If you try to shoot it, Smiley releases toxic gas, and all the little Smileys that break off reconverge into one bigger Smiley. A dumb Fodder tried to push it into the river, got stuck in Smiley and ended up with all over poison burns. The biggest idiot decided that burning Smiley would work.

Just think about that for a second because Fodder guy didn’t.

He thought that setting fire to a substance filled with poison gas would be a good idea.

What happened?

Yes, the Inevitable

R.I.P., dumb Fodder Marines. We hardly knew ye. The large kaboom you made was beautiful, though.

There was a quiet moment of misplaced optimism when a fodder centaur said, “Hey, at least it’s gone, right?”

Nope. Turns out that Smiley was only a fragment of Original Smiley who is firing out tiny blobs of itself from the lake where Zoro, Sanji, Brook and Samurai are. 

Why was Smiley doing that?

We were about to find out, as a familiar cackle from above announced Caesar’s arrival.

He’d been standing on the roof all along, watching the carnage unfold. How could he resist recording the results of his creation’s rampage?

“Good boy, Smiley!” he cried. “I’m sorry I locked you up for three years!” (No you’re not, Caesar. Let’s not pretend.)

Smoker and Luffy both had an “Aha, it’s you!” moment. “You’re Caesar Clown, aren’t you?” “Are you the Master?”

Like all Mad Scientists, Caesar has an ego the size of Laboon.

“Yes, indeed! Everyone from the Strawhat Pirates and the Marine G-5, behold the greatest scientist in the world: Master Caesar Clown!” 

He told them to wait a few moments for Smiley, as he is weak to water and is flinging himself over piece by piece to cross the lake. Apparently, when all his pieces reconverge on this side of the island, everyone is up shit creek because Smiley is capable of recreating the chemical explosion that levelled Punk Hazard four years ago.

“You will all experience it! A world of death in which no one can survive. And you will learn just how powerful my weapon is. It can destroy an entire island! And the greatness of the world’s best scientist who created that weapon? It’s me, MASTER CAESAR---”

Yeah.... Caesar did not get to finish that sentence.

That is because two rubbery hands appeared, grabbed him round the waist and the next thing he knew, a smiling face was propelled towards him at speed.

WTF, Human Contact? IN MY LABORATORY??

Caesar’s reaction when Luffy attacked him with an aggressive kidnap hug was freaking glorious. He was all, “Ew ew ew, get it off me, what is this thing?” xD 

Franky was impressed at how easily Luffy could grab a Logia user with his newly honed haki. He was convinced Luffy would walk the fight, kick Caesar’s ass and it would be job done! Robin was not convinced it would be that easy. After the easy ride through Fishman Island, I figured Luffy would dispatch this highly-strung scientist with ease. Maybe a bit of peril. Then they’d pack up Caesar, figure out how to destroy Smiley and GTFO off the island with the kids and the stolen drug research in tow. [Note to self: always listen to Robin. She is always right.]

I loved this fight so much I watched it back again. Even though the tables turned a few times, I was still so sure I knew where it was going.

Caesar decided to get rid of the rubbery menace clinging to him by turning to gas. Luffy countered with an armoured headbutt, which was dodged. Caesar used his Gas Robe move, which envelops a victim in poison gas. They can last as long as they can hold their breath. 

Caesar totally hammed it up. He finds such glee watching people suffer. (I bet he was one of those kids at school who even the bullies wouldn’t touch.) “How long can you hold your breath, Strawhat? Just breathe deeply and drop dead! I have discovered the deadliest gas. Now, suffer and die! I have a front row seat.”

But now I know what you guys hinted at when I asked how Luffy would deal with the poison. Instead of dying from poison inhalation, Luffy snorted up every particle of gas and let it harmlessly steam out his ears. After his big fight with Magellan, poisons no longer work against Luffy. Nice one! Thanks, Magellan, you absolute diamond.

Caesar’s ego seethed to the surface after being outwitted. “Magellan? That venomous fool from Impel Down? I’m not like that pathetic paramecia eater!” (Caesar is such a fruit snob. I bet he’s a wine snob too.)

But Luffy wasn’t listening. He’d already wound up a move and - SLAM! - smacked Caesar right in the chops.

Here’s Caesar Suffering More Human Contact

Ooooooooh, Caesar was mad. After he hit the ground like a sack of spuds, he struggled to his feet and the mask came off.

“Stay out of it, weaklings!” he snarled at his minions. (Who were like, “Did our beloved Master and Saviour just call us weaklings? Did we hear that right?”)

And I have to say Caesar does not mess about when he wants rid of someone. When Luffy leapt at him, the Absolute Madman said, “BRING IT!” and whipped out one of his best moves. That Gastanet explosion was awesome. He also did not give Luffy a second to recover. Those Smilies? Yeah, he ordered them to cling to Luffy, whereupon Caesar used them to cause an even bigger boom.

He Likes Big Booms and He Cannot Lie...

Ahhhhhh... this was the peril I missed from Fishman Island, I thought at the time. Caesar had surprised me by not being a total pushover. I mean, of course Luffy would still win, but Caesar was doing pretty damned well.

His minions surrounded him, cheering for him, “Master! Master!” feeding his enormous ego. Strawhat was never strong enough to fight Master in the first place! Caesar, convinced Luffy was down, indulged in a spot of Mad Scientist gloating. “I am the greatest scientist in the world: eater of the Gas Gas Fruit. You didn’t know who you were messing with!”

Then Luffy dusted himself off and said, “OH, THAT WAS CLOSE!” and jet-stamp kicked Caesar right square in the ass. I cheered! Sure this time? (Technically Luffy did fulfil half his goal. He literally kicked Caesar’s ass there, right?)

Caesar was slumped in a bundle of massive coat and jumpsuit (btw, I only just noticed this episode that Caesar is wearing a sartorially interesting jumpsuit. I wonder what possessed him to go shopping, pause by a rack and declare, “Yes. This is the one for me.”) Luffy grabbed him by the lapels and asked Franky if there was anything he could put Caesar in, as he was a Logia and he didn’t want him escaping.

Then Oda threw his curveball.

Remember that Knife-Wielding Tentacle No One Could Turn Off? Caesar Has That Same Energy

I really liked how Toei played this scene. As Luffy was looking around for a barrel, cheerful in his victory, the music suddenly cut out. Then Luffy’s eyes went wide. His hands flew to his throat. He began to choke. His grip on Caesar’s lapels loosened. Violin harmonics kicked in. All Luffy could see was a dark, swimming, nasty red and an image of Caesar, who I could tell was beyond fury because his voice was barely raised above a whisper.

“Ahhhhhhhh, you shouldn’t underestimate me.”

Then Luffy folded like an old glove.

My jaw dropped. Had Caesar just done that? How???

Franky and Robin rushed to help. Franky tried to fry Caesar with a radical beam, but Caesar just turned to gas and disappeared. The next thing, Robin was down. Franky followed. Bam, bam, bam, Caesar was taking them all out one by one!

Smoker realised this was going Very Badly Wrong, tried to order the remnants of his crew to GTFO. But Caesar wasn’t having it. He was obviously done playing.

Tashigi was next to fall. Smoker was the only one left. He whirled round, Caesar’s mocking laugh whispering into his ears. But it was no good. Whatever trick Caesar pulled was too strong. He passed out and Caesar was left standing there, holding Smoker by the arm, victorious among a pile of unconscious bodies.

He just freaking blitzed almost the entire arc cast! By himself!

What the hell? Have I been wrong about Caesar and he is in actual fact pretty strong? I suppose he is their first opponent in the New World. He can’t be a total scrub. Still, that was a proper pasting he gave the Strawhats *and* Smoker’s crew.

And that’s not all. Caesar has pulled a few more dirty tricks by the looks of things, as Law ain’t doing too well, either.

In Other News...

While Caesar was battling with Luffy on his front lawn, Law had sneaked round the back with Chopper. The plan was to distract Caesar and Monet, lead them into another room while Chopper stole a sample, or whatever.

It didn’t quite work out that way. Only Monet was indoors. When Law asked where Caesar was, Monet said, “He’s such a hideous person he’s probably gone out to watch the carnage.” (True.) Law must’ve thought, “Yeah, Caesar would do that,” and decided to put his plan into action.

He convinced Monet to follow him through to another room to give Chopper space, but halfway there, he collapsed in a corridor.

I was like, “Wait... why is Law clutching at his chest? What happened? Why don’t I understand a single thing that is going on? Why do I love this so much??”

Then a white-suited, pale-shoed guy walked up and told Law it had been years and that Law had grown up a lot.

PLOT TWIST: A NEW SHADY CHARACTER ENTERS.

Can’t even begin to speculate who it is, so I’ll just have to be patient and wait.

Chopper may be the Alliance’s Last Hope (Sorry, Obi-Wan. You can sit this one out.)

Unless Sanji finds the samurai’s torso in that damned lake and they finally regroup with Nami and Usopp to rescue Luffy and the others.

But my money’s on Chopper.

Why?

Because Chopper.

This aggressive kidnap hug is probably the most human contact Caesar’s ever had that didn’t involve scalpels.

I have officially finished all of Gundam Wing for the first time in about 15 years, if my guess is correct. Man, I love Crunchyroll - only ever got my hand on 4 of the DVDs (1, 5, 6, and EW), so it was nice to be able to watch the whole thing legally online! Closing thoughts:

NOTE: Any comments about the fandom’s mindset is based on what I remember of it from back in the day mixed with a bit of current CR comments, and therefore I have no idea if any of it would apply to the GW fandom today.

Why do people hate Wufei and Dorothy so much?? No, seriously, help me out. I really don’t get it. Dorothy maybe a little as she seems a bit, er, confused, I suppose, but why Wufei? Honestly, he was like a breath of fresh air amongst the pilots for me. While everyone else was like, “I don’t know who to fight anymore because every side seems bad,” Wufei was like, “Yeah, every side DOES seem bad, so guess what? I’m not gonna just sit on my butt; I’m gonna go out there and take on everyone!” I mean, good on him, I say! LOL

Also finishing up the main series REALLY amps up just how badly he was portrayed in EW. Like... of all the pilots, he was the most proactive when it came to trying to bring about peace. It wasn’t about wanting to fight everyone - it was fighting everyone because he wanted peace and literally everyone was in the way of that. How the HECK did they think he would be the one to join up with the people ruining the peace he worked so hard to bring about??

Seriously, man, Wufei doesn’t get enough love. Second favorite GW pilot only to Duo for me.

And, also seriously, Dorothy is just kinda... fun? lol I mean, literally everyone in this show is over the top and crazy, so I don’t know why her kind of over the top and crazy is bad while, say, Heero’s isn’t. Don’t get me wrong, not saying people have to like her, I just don’t know why she’s always seemed pretty universally disliked, that’s all.

Speaking of dislike... holy heck could I have done with, like, 75% less Zechs, gosh dang. I wasn’t his fan in the beginning, and during the middle where he was all “I just want to fight Heero” I started finding him pretty annoying. And then at the end... oof. OOF, man. I don’t care what his end goal was, I don’t care if he was actually serious about following through with any of it or not or if he was just pulling off a big hoax with Treize the whole time. I don’t care. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING justifies putting LITERALLY THE ENTIRE PLANET at risk like that. That was some serious crap he pulled, and I was so confused and exasperated by everything he did and every word that came out of his mouth. My gosh.

Which brings me to the plot... let’s be real, it was kind of a mess. XD But most of the time I didn’t care. It’s one of those shows where I don’t always understand why the heck things are happening the way they are, but all the characters are just so amusingly passionate about it that it’s fun anyway. It had it’s moments where it dragged, and I wish we could have seen more of the Gundam pilots actually getting to work with each other (and not just Heero with a tagalong), but overall it kept me interested the majority of the time thanks to the vibrant cast of characters.

In that cast of characters there’s a surprising amount of fun and interesting females, for the record. I’ll be the first to admit I generally don’t much care about or notice this sort of thing, but for whatever reason it stood out to me.

Sally was a fast favorite. She’s got guts and isn’t afraid to fight for what she believes in. And in a series full of strong, military dudes, she stands out not only for her position but also the fact that she has no ties to any of said dudes, unlike most of the other females. Again, I’m not really one to care, but it did stand out.

Noin I was never super fond of, admittedly, but over the course of the show, I grew to like her more. Her friendship with Sally was nice, and I liked how at the end, even though she couldn’t bring herself to stop Zechs, she wasn’t about to help him either. She made sure to get in no one’s way and just lay witness to what was happening, wanting to be there in the end no matter the outcome.

Hilde, on the other hand, I loved instantly! She may only be in a handful of episodes, but she makes the most of all of them. She’s strong willed and stubborn, but also willing to hear what others have to say before passing judgement. And the episode where she risks her life just because she wants to help in the only way she can think to is honestly one of my favorites. If this show could have used more of something, it’s Hilde.

Lady Une is just... wow. What to say about her? Man, does she go through a transformation! I remember hating her back in the day, but now I find her quite amusing, actually. I’m not sure I can really explain why, but she has a very strong personality, and in a show like this filled with strong personalities, pointing her out specifically says something! lol

Ah, Relena. I really, really hated you the first time I saw this show. Like, a lot. I don’t anymore. You will never be my favorite, but my latest viewing has proved to me that your particular kind of crazy is vital to this show. Your unyielding view on peace and how to obtain it will always be a bit absurd to me, and I’ll always like you most when you’re trying to shoot Lady Une, but in a universe full of absurd people, it just works. Had this show tried to take itself more seriously, I probably still would have hated you, but it was all ridiculous enough that you and your ideas fit right in. So yeah, it would be awful nice if all it took was one person to stand up and say “We need to all drop our weapons and stop fighting” for it to actually happen - even if they had to say it a few different times before the message got across successfully. But in the end it’s kind of nice that it at least works out in a universe so driven by passionate if crazy people, lol.

I just found out that this series changed writers AND directors halfway through the show, and, honestly, that makes so, so much sense.

Was also seriously confused when I got to the end. I was SURE there was at least one scene missing! Wasn’t there a scene where the pilots all made it back to MO-II? Turns out, there was, but it wasn’t part of the series itself, only an old VHS OVA. Must have come across it back in the day, and was happy to see it at least kinda survived the years thanks to someone uploading it about a decade ago. Wonder if I still have my own copies of that somewhere...

Lastly, I just wanna say that I love Duo. He’s great. Probably one of - if not the - most sane character on the show. Which is funny as he likes to go around yelling about how he’s a shinigami all the time. XD He was my first cosplay, and this trip down memory lane reminded me of why I liked him enough to choose him first. It has also reminded me that at the time I also had a much bigger, more complicated dream cosplay... one that I could actually probably tackle now from time, money, and skill standpoints... who knows, maybe that Deathscythe Hell Custom cosplay I dreamed about back in the day could actually be a thing! lol

Well. That was fun. Just wanted to get some thoughts out. I enjoyed myself on this watch through of one of my earlier anime!

An EW interview, weeks ago, published a tiny lil spoiler that said that Nick offers Archie and Veronica cocaine. So that’s why people are throwing the theory of drugs around, since Nick is to make his appearance next episode. That, and Nick is kind of a party kid so that’s why everyone’s on edge about him being in Riverdale xD

Yeah, you guys were right...this is still a good ship! It’s just that I haven’t really watched Henry Danger in quiete some time...just two or three ew episodes completely . Maybe I’ll catch up evetually, even though I won’t watch those who I know are upsetting. But Thunderhart is in an alternate universe, its our ship, so...:)

1.) Hour of Truth

When Henry earned his superpower, he first didn’t tell Max at all who was still recovering from the events of “The Thundermans-Secret Revealed” at this time. But well eventually...his bf found out:

Max: “Like...I just don’t want any of this anymore... “

Henry: “Okay...I  mean yeah,... I mean, I can understand that”

Max: “This whole villain and superhero thing sucks to be honest. Everyone just looks at your powers and not what you like...have inside! “*points at his chest*

Henry: “You mean, your heart?”

Max: “No...yes. I don’t know. I’m tired. I think I’ll go get some sleep.”

Henry: “Good night.”

*Max gets up and walks towards his room before suddenly tripping over some shoes on the floor*

Henry: “WOAH! “

*runs over in superspeed to catch him*

Max *in Henry’s arms* : “oh...wait, what was that?”

Henry *innocently* : “What was what?”

Max: “Mhm...you’re kinda fast, Hen...”

Henry *drops Max on the ground*:” I..ha,ha...I don’t know what you mean?!”

Max *now lying on the ground*:" that...that was not normal”

Henry *laughing nervously* :” Hadn’t we decided we’re both not normal??”

Max:” ...like...no! NO! I...”

*suddenly jumps up in excitement*

Henry:" Listen...”

Max: *shaking the other*”Henry! You have superspeed! You have a superpower!!!”

Henry: “Ah...yes!”

Henry:” Are you mad?...Look, I totally wanted to tell you, but after all what...”

Max: “ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? KID DANGER?”

*Phoebe walks in from the kitchen*

Phoebe:” Guys...what the heck happened here!?”

Max *still crying*:” I tripped over Nora’s stupid shoes!”

2.) Going to the Muffin Store

After what happened in "Love Muffin" Henry thinks it's necessary to tell Max about it. Jasper doesn't share this opinion.

Jasper: “I don‘t know, why you want to tell him!”

Henry: “Dude, I don’t want to! I have to!”

Jasper: “But what if he freaks out...than he will freak out on me! And you know your boyfriend...”

Henry: “Yeah?”

Jasper: “He’s scary!”

Henry *laughing*: “Whaat? No, he’s cute and ...”

Max *comes in carrying a rocket and some sort of electro shocker*:” Hey Henry! Hey Henry’s weird friend!”

Jasper *freezing*: “Hi Max...”

Henry: “Love, what are you doing?”

Max:” Love, mhm? Trying to stay on my good side today....”

Henry: “No..I mean of course...”

Max: *continues working on the rocket*

“Yeah, no choice, because I’m great on every side!!!”

Jasper: “Oh...oh look, it's really late already! I should go home and...”

Herny: “Wait! We are doing this together!”

Max: “What do you do together?”

Jasper: "Who said that? We did NOTHING! and I want to emphasize NOTHING together! EVER! ZERO! NADA!

Max: “Weird friend...chill out.” (woah, take it easy man XD...got it?)

Henry: See...please come here for a sec, okay?”

Max*comes over, but still with his tools in his hands*: Yeah?

Henry:"..we...no Jasper wants to tell you something..."

Jasper* gulps*: " ... I...last week, there was a ...."

Max:"...a??"

Jasper:" A ....muffin between me and Henry."

Henry *nods eagerly*

Max: "Okayyy?"

Henry:"So, I hope you won't mind , because....I ate the mufffin..."

Jasper: "And I was right there"

Henry:" He was right there when I ate it!"

Max*stepping closer, brows furring in  thought*: " And!?"

Henry: " Why don't you put that thing down, Max? Just to..."

Max:"And!??"

Jasper *screaming*: "And we forget to buy one for you! Right, Hen?!"

Henry: "Right!!"

Jasper*heading for the door*:" Let's go, buy one at the muffin store!"

Max: " You mean a bakery?"

The door slams shut.

 Henry: *quickly following Jasper" You so smart, babe....See ya!"

Ray*entering*:" Where are they going? "

Max: * confused*" Buying muffins.."

Ray: "Really? I would have thought Henry has enough of them since he ate a poisened one which made him fall in love with Jasper....Where are you going!?"

*Max storms out the door*

Ray: "Whoops"

Somewhere in the streets of Swellview:

Henry: "Faster, Jasper! Faster! Like this!"

Jasper: " I am just the weird friend! I don't deserve this!"

3. ) The Secret Weapon

After Henry, Jasper And Piper won against Ray in "Dodging Danger":

Ray:" Man,I can't believe we lost!"

Henry: "Well, you did! High Five, Jasper!"

Jasper: " Oh Yeah!"

Ray: " Got it, GOT it! You were just LUCKY!"

Henry: " Nah...I don't think so.."

Jasper: " Yeah, we didn't even use our secret weapon!"

Ray: " Which secret weapon?!"

Max *running into the hall, in Sports gear and wearing a blue and red bandana*:

"WHO IS READY FOR SOME DODGE BALL!??"

Ray: "Wait!!! We actually-..." * gets hit in the face by a ball*

Max: " WHOHOooo!!!"

Jasper: "Max, we already won!"

Max: " For real?"

Henry *laughing*:" Yes, but this was so worth it!"

*ruffling Max's hair affectionally* 

Ray* getting up*: " OW!?"

Henry to Max: "  Go, get him!!"

Max:" AHHHH!"

Ray: " Ahhhhhhh???!!!"

Piper: " What did I miss?"

Henry: " Bring Popcorn! This is gonna be so good!"

Bonus:

Henry visits Max and Phoebe at their house. Both of them just came back from patroling the city.

Phoebe:”Hey Henry!”

Henry: “Hey Phoebe. You’re wearing your supersuit...did you go on a mission?”

Phoebe: “ Nah...just the usual stuff. Max! Your boyfriend is here!”

Max *coming in, panting*:” Oh my...why couldn’t we just take the bus!?”

Phoebe: “Superheroes don’t take the bus, Max. They fly.”

Max: “But we can’t fly!”

Phoebe: “We walk. That’s like flying just veeery close above the ground.”

Max: “...”

Max: “I have no words for this.”

*looks around*

Max: “ Didn’t you say Herny was here?”

Phoebe: “ He’s sitting on the sofa.”

Henry:”...”

Max: “Hen, are you okay?

*Henry nods, Max sits down next to him*

Max: “Then talk.”

Henry:*mumbling incoherently* “ Ever...like never before..woah!”

Max: “uhmmm...what?”

Henry: “Phoebe, you could have warned me! “

Phoebe: “ Sorry?”

Max:” I’m starting to get worried now.”

Henry: “...NEVER EVER EVER HAVE I SEEN YOU IN YOUR SUPERSUIT!”

Phoebe *breaks down laughing*

Max: “Well...I didn’t notice that. I’ll just go take it off..”

Henry:*raising his hands still staring at Max*” NO!!”

Hi! Summer is here and the flowers have magnificently turned into mangoes. I live in India, and my final year graduation exams just ended yesterday. I took a vow to not watch KDramas till the end of exams (because just-one-episode can turn into a 16 hour long binge watch and man, I cannot stop.) So like every good student- I found a substitute. JDramas. xD Tell me about yourself. Where do you live, what are you currently watching?

I totally understand the binge watching phenomenon. It’s somehow always worse when I have actual things to do; when I’m bored, there’s nothing I want to watch, hahaha. My latest “oops” binge was/is Across the Ocean to See You. 

Woo! Jdramas! It’s been a while for me, but I have a relatively long list of ones I want to watch. Which was your favorite so far? 

I’m currently living in a small town in South Korea teaching English (my tag for those posts is #Lotte Teaches English). I’m currently watching AtOtSY, Mystery Queen, Perfect Wife, Strong Woman, variety shows, and Tunnel. Busy, busy.

Hi, I live in Canada. The weather here has been quite dreary. It rained everyday last week. Today it's cloudy/sunny. We always get a late spring so no flowers yet. My favorite drama one at the moment is Father is Strange. I'm also liking Queen of Mystery so far. My least favorite is the liar and his lover. It's problematic in many ways. I'll probably drop it. What about you? How's spring in Korea?

Canada! Awesome. Where in Canada? I totally understand the dreary weather; my hometown is like that all the time. I hope the flowers come soon! I’ve seen lots of posts about Father is Strange, and it looks good, I just need to be in the mood for a melo, it looks like. I agree, Queen of Mystery is very promising (except that shirt-grab at the end of ep 3...). I don’t even want to start Liar because the whole premise of a relationship built on a lie is not at all appealing to me, no matter how much I like the lead actor. 

Spring in Korea is amazing. Cherry blossoms EVERYWHERE. I’ll post more pics soon. My town is one of the last to get the flowers, so at long last things are turning colorful again...BUT, we have the “yellow dust,” so the air pollution is shit right now. :(

Hi!! I'm from Venezuela. The weather is completely crazy right now, one day is super hot then the next day is rainning and then hot again for days, until one day it's cloudy, but it doesn't rain.... crazy.... right now it's rainning.... anyway my favorite drama at the moment is Ms perfect and I just started Chicago typewriter (I liked the first episode) my least favorite is the liar and his lover but i'm still watching it anyway...how's Korea? the weather must be great!!

character in general: 

Yuuto: Goooosh, how much I used to love him! And actually, he was the reason I got into Arc-V in the first place after episode 7, and it is also thanks to him that I didn’t drop the show after the first half of that horrid quiz duel, which…. in hindsight… was so much better than most eps after season one *siiiigh*If there’s one line that immediately drew me to this character, it’d be “Xyz Monsters’ true power is to use their souls, their overlay units, to annihilate their foes” which is such a stark contrast to Yuuma’s explanation of Xyz summoning (something along the lines of the materials becoming overlay units to support the Xyz monster) and says so much about Yuuto as a character in general. In order to prevail on the battlefield and not lose, he had to discard a part of his very identity. True, he may have started out with a similar mindset and ideals as Yuuya, but unlike him, he evolved past most of his naivety, even though it causes him a great deal of pain.

But… well, then, episode 37 happened and he was completely reduced to being braindead Yuuya’s equally braindead accessory - and from that point, my intense love for him started to fade.

Rin:

Tbh, I never got the hype surrounding her at the beginning and I did not enjoy her initial flashbacks with Yuugo that much either. However, from the moment she kneed dumb Yuugo in the stomach and cried because she was feeling powerless, I was in love, and her brainwashed personality, of which I can see many aspects as part of her serious traits she’d display towards her enemies and strangers, turned her into my second fave bracelet girl~ 

Yuuri:

(copy pasta because I am laaaaazy lol) What a glorious bastard <3 No, really, Yuuri is too good for this shitty show and I particularly love the stark contrast of his polite speech and the actual meaning of his words. And gooooosh, was I happy when he trampled all over Yuushou’s and Yuuya’s ideals and carded the You Show students and idealistic Asuka XD Too bad he was ultimately reduced to a fragment of Zarc the plot device villain :/

I hadn’t had Yuuto feels in ages, but then, your Yuuto appeared and he was so badass and capable and actually smart it just… happened. He’s exactly what he should’ve been, had the writers not butchered his personality beyond recognition and stripped him of his agenda, and gooosh, his cynicism <3 <3 <3  The way you brought back his early cynicism is too wonderful to adequately put into words, and you truly understand the way this character thinks or feels. I can’t wait to see more of him and even though I haven’t interacted with him yet, I can safely see that your portrayal of him is my favorite in this fandom <3wynterxwitch:

Again, you were able to completely win me over with but two posts, and I just love how practical your Rin’s intellect is, your headcanons for her that are so well-tailored to the initial non-egao concept behind the Synchro Dimension, and your take on her relationship with Yuugo without the rose-colored glasses so typical for most Appleshippers.

Your take on Yuuri is amazing, breathtaking, the best written portrayal I’ve seen of him so far. He is rotten to the core, and in the most delighful way possible at that. His dialogue is creative and unique and very fitting to his pre-Zarc personality, and the maliciousness behind his words and actions is so wonderfully subtle, and I just love how he immediately picked up on the immense hypocrisy in Serena’s pride as an Academia warrior, even though she hasn’t set a single foot on the battlefield herself. Only thinking about more interactions with your wonderful Yuuri is making me giddy XD
