i feel like i read 1 fic per ship (or just. duo/trio/etc. i only started reading /r fics in lstwt) and then its like. engrained into my memory as The Fic of that ship

I didn’t believe it when people said that about “Passerine” and “Tommyinnit’s Unbeatable Method of Avoiding Sudden Death” and both of those fics broke me in a way that i physically cannot put into words.

now in the south park fandom people are saying the same thing about a fic called “Sincerely, your Super Best Friend Kyle” and i won’t fall for it again. I won’t be broken again. The previous fics left such a massive hole in my soul and I can’t do that to myself again.

for context behind this poll, these two fics to me are like THE fics. The one everyone knows about, the ones that mark every fic of the same genre, well this and Passerine but. we ignore that for now. Edit: If you're into DSMP and read fanfiction but neither of these, click the "don't read fanfiction" option, that was an oversight on my part. Also someone mentioned Tommy Innits Unbeatable Method of Avoiding Sudden Death and Tommyinnit's Clinic for Supervillains, and I whole heartedly agree, those two are 100% The fics of their genre.
