Nearly all of the things that people use today were constructed with them. But it's important to check that the new materials are up to snuff. To accomplish this, it is crucial to test the materials using particular criteria. One of the most effective ways to do this is by using universal testing machine tips.

Rhysand is Tamlin's abuser
I've been enjoying crackshipping and fun posts for the past few months, it's far more pleasant to interact within fandom this way I've found, but this thought came to me last night and it won't leave my head, so I simply have to go for another rant/long post about it.
The discussion about what happens Under the mountain is largely focused on what happens to Feyre, which is understandable as she's the POV character; the problem is, what happens there isn't about Feyre at all. Everything UtM is designed to break Tamlin, especially torturing Feyre. And Rhysand is a large part of that.
While Rhysand is sexually assaulting Feyre, he's also psychologically torturing Tamlin. Can you imagine how horrible it would be, being forced watch and witness this fragile human you've come to love, being turned into a sexual prop and toy, forced to dance and drink and vomit and dance again, every night for months on end, knowing that the slightest twitch could end up killing someone you care about, or hurting Feyre even worse? I wouldn't put it past Amarantha to leave Feyre with a few less limbs if Tamlin grimaced.
And the thing is, Rhysand not only knows that he's hurting Tamlin, but that he's doing it intentionally. He explains fully that he wants to protect Feyre, yes, but also that he wanted to make Tamlin suffer, to make him feel hate and pain. All those horrors that Rhysand drugs Feyre, so she doesn't have to witness it and be scarred by it? Tamlin has no choice but to look, and not react, and Rhysand knows it. Tamlin doesn't know anything about Rhysand's "evil mask" during and after UtM and only sees him for how he presented himself; a sexual predator who worked as hard as Amarantha did to break him, and continued to trigger his trauma after they were free.
But Rhysand has a grudge for what Tamlin did to his family, yeah? A grudge he's been holding on to for at most over four centuries (due to the lack of dates and timelines, the only clues we get for when things went down between their families was that it was after the war 500 years ago, and a few years after Tamlin "matures" as Rhys says it, which could be as early as Tam being 18 or 19) And that he doesn't know all the details about! a grudge he's had centuries to try and find out the truth about, but that he's chosen to assume the worst about Tamlin instead, and that ended with Tamlin's family dead in retaliation.
Rhysand being angry for what happened to his family (after getting revenge in retaliation) does not justify months of psychological torture.
And then in ACOMAF, instead of taking any accountability for the pain he caused either of them, he at most justifies how he treated Feyre, and entirely ignores the pain he caused Tamlin. Worse yet, he goes on to villainize Tamlin for dealing poorly with his PTSD, trauma that he had a direct hand in causing, and actively antagonizes him further to make it worse!
Tamlin should be held accountable for the pain he caused Feyre, and I would argue he pays for it well more than his actions warrant. Rhysand never takes or is held accountable for any of the pain he causes, not to Tamlin or Feyre (and later not to Nesta either). Beyond feeling bad in a monologue or again justifying his actions when confronted by the High Lords, he never has to answer for the harm he's caused and its handwaved away almost immediately on being addressed.
Rhysand and Tamlin hurt each others' families, Rhysand abuses Tamlin, who later abuses Feyre, who later abuses Tamlin back, and then the Night Court abuses Nesta, after she abused Feyre when they were poor and starving. It's just a cycle of abuse, but only some characters ever pay any actual, tangible price for it.
All of this is to say, I have found myself having far more sympathy for Tamlin reacting poorly to his PTSD than the person who gave it to him with psychological torture and then villainized him for it.

Matching Wounds
Tumblr media
Summary - The first High Lord's meeting after the war with Hybern brings some old memories up that Lyria and Rhys would have rather forgotten, leaving their mates to try to patch together wounds they can't see.
Warnings - degrading language, asshole brothers, hinting to PTSD without getting into full signs and symptoms
Prompt - Day 2 - Comfort
A/n - Happy @polyacotarweek! I've been asked about Lyria and Rhysand's dynamic as well as Azriel and Feyre's, and I felt today was a good day to give a preview into it, and into what Olive Branch will focus on, which is the comfort Rhys and Lyria found in each other UTM.
This is a non-sex based swinging dynamic. Rhysand is more of a secondary romantic partner to strictly Lyria, as Azriel is with Feyre, which is vastly different than the relationship we see in Fours Company between Lyria, Az, and Nessian.
💙 Meet Lyria Here 💙
✨️ Poly+ACOTAR Masterlist ✨️
Tumblr media
There was a reason Rhysand had promised Lyria she would never attend a High Lord's meeting. She was clinging to him in his bed now as Feyre and Azriel just watched. Heavy sobs had turned into small sniffles as Rhys stared at the wall, eyes lost and hand moving absentmindedly along her exposed spine.
Feyre had only gotten to see Lyria once under the mountain and now she knew why, “Rhysand's whore,” the term had been spat at her by her own older brother before he did truly spit at her feet. “Rhysand's Whore,” who had been trapped in his room. Wasting her days away in the same style of dresses Feyre wore, sitting on his lap the nights Feyre wasn't.
It was ironic, really. The four of them, Eris, and Lucien all knew Rhysand never touched Lyria, never laid a finger on her skin until they had agreed to this, yet to the outside world, Rhys had already had her in ways Lyria had never experienced.
Feyre knew from the bond that Rhysand was lost in his own mind as well. Lost in the regret he felt. Lost in the images of different red hair, paler skin, and dead eyes.
“Ideas?” She whispered softly to Azriel.
“Dinner and leaving them be,” his scarred hand still held Feyre's perfect one. “It's all we can offer them. You and I do not know what happened to them fully. We do not know what brought them together. We just know Rhys refused to be away from her and brought her here once you freed everyone.”
“Do you want to fly to the bakery they love and pick up dinner with me?”
Azriel rose a brow before kissing her tattooed hand. “Of course.”
Rhysand felt himself clinging to Lyria. Clinging to the soft fabric of her dress, clinging in her textured hair, clinging to the scent of her skin. He loves Feyre. Loves her so dearly and completely, but the comfort he found in Lyria was unmatched.
She had been there during his darkest nights, whispering how she saw him, how she knew him beyond that mask he wore.
And now she was paying the price for being his comfort. “Rhysand's whore,” the name replayed itself in his mind over and over. He had watched it land on Lyria. Watched the light in her eyes flicker, watched her shrink into herself, watched her push Azriel, Nesta, and Cassian away.
But she clinged to him. The same way he did her. She wanted him, but she waited until they were home. Amarantha's whore and Rhysand's whore. What a fucking pair, he thought bitterly.
Lyria had her head buried in Rhysand's neck, breathing in his scent and feeling it wash over her. She thought nothing of it as he laid them back, running fingers through her hair. “Our mates went out.”
She nodded, feeling his warmth as his head turned to hers. “They shouldn't miss date night because you and I are sad.”
Rhys simply hummed, hand going to the hair at the back of her head and tilting her face up toward his. “No, no, they should not.” Rhys continued to massage her scalp as whiskey eyes held his. “You know nothing they said was true, right?”
“It does not make it hurt any less. Even if my brother was just saying it as a mask. It also doesn't make those memories of that place go away.”
Rhys understood all too well, pulling her impossibly closer. “I'm sorry I could not protect you soon.”
A soft kiss hit his jawline. “And I'm sorry I couldn't protect you.”
“He doesn't need protection. Big bad illyrian baby,” Feyre's voice was sarcastic as she and Azriel came back to the room, bags of food in hand. “We are going to leave you two alone, but we brought you your favorites.”
“Why leave?” Rhys rose a single brow, but refused to look away from Lyria. “We Should all eat together. Be together.”
Azriel looked to Feyre, the two of them communicating silently. “We can feel you two wanting to be alone. We're offering that.”
Lyria sighed. “Sometimes wanting to be alone isn't the best answer. Stay. We can all take comfort in each other and all help each other get our minds off what happened.” Azriel looked to Feyre caving as he walked her over to the couches. “Come on, mister High Lord.” Rhys rolled his eyes as he was pulled over, Lyria sitting beside him as Azriel sat beside Feyre. Silence was between the four of them, relishing in the safety and comfort of each other.
“So, is no-one going to talk about it?” Lyria's face grew into an all too familiar snake-like grin. “Surely you all saw the absolute monstrosity of an outfit father was wearing.”
Azriel smirked at his mate, “Gossip.”
“Learned it from you,” she turned to Feyre. “And you.” She kissed Rhysand's cheek, “And most definitely from you. Now talk about my family with me to make me feel better.”
“The little things make you happy, don't they, darling?” Rhys turned her jaw. “Such a simply pretty girl.”
Feyre's eyes lit up. “The prettiest girl.”
“My pretty girl,” Azriel reminded them.
“Our pretty girl.” Rhysand and Feyre both said.
“Our pretty girl who deserves all the affection tonight,” Feyre continued. “Maybe she and I will run away and you two can brood and compare shadows.”
Azriel took his turn choking before laughing. “We don't brood all the time.”
“Yes you do.”
Lyria leaned into Rhysand's shoulder, feeling lighter from the distraction. I love you, he sent into her mind. We all love you. You are safe here.
So are you, she reminded him. You are safe and loved, too. This is a good distraction. They are stunning together.
It is, and they are. She loves Azriel very much. By the way, it's not Beron's worst outfit to date.
Lyria's eyes grew wide turning to Rhysand as Feyre and Azriel continued to agree playfully. “Show me?”
“Of course, darling.”

The High King theory truly makes me ill.
And knowing SJM and her obsession with making certain characters superior and/or have some kind of divine right to rule, I know she’ll try to make it happen at the expense of literally everyone else.
Moreover, I don’t see how it can happen without a major war. They just got out of 50 years under Amarantha, I doubt the courts are itching for another incompetent warlords’ attempt at HK/HQ.
Who exactly would bow to Feyre and Rhysand? The High Lords meeting showed that barely anyone tolerated them, nor did they have any actual allies that wasn’t Helion. And I doubt Helion would be so forgiving when he finds out about Lucien. Tamlin and Eris would never, so they’d have to die. Neither would Tarquin or Kallias agree, so that’s a given war with the Seasonal Courts. Dawn would stay neutral, or end up the rebel court. It really is the only toss up.
And even with Gwydion (which rightfully belongs to Nesta alongside the Trove) as some kind of divine symbol, feysand genuinely sucks at ruling. Conquer Prythian—yes, conquer because the other HL would never submit if they asked nicely—when they can’t even rule or play nice with their own people. Enough with the HK dreams, Amren; Rhysand would be lucky if Illyria and Hewn City don’t band together soon to stage a massive uprising.
(Y’know I’m not surprised nobody in the IC can empathize with the CoN citizens. They were all trapped in Velaris for fifty years, where they were free and the sun still rose. Imagine if they’d been UtM with everyone else; maybe then they’d get it. That life where even the sun and trees and anything worth living is out of reach at the whims of a dictator is no life at all.)
And I’ve seen theories floating around that the HK plot is set up for Nyx instead, because he’s destined to inherit all seven powers of the court. Yeah, that’s equally terrible. Divine right to rule and conquer is bullshit. Balance is something that should exist but doesn’t in Acotar. If it did, Feyre wouldn’t be as powerful as she is. 7 drops is not a lot of magic; so tiny and miniscule that each HL didn’t even really notice they lost it. It doesn’t make sense that she could go toe to toe with them with just a singular drop.
Which is baffling when the same author wrote ToG. Everything that was given was scraped together and fought for miserably, and even in all that power, they had to sacrifice so much. Aelin Settled and got her kingdom back, but at the price of losing almost all her fire and getting to keep one drop of water. Dorian still has most of his magic, but at the price of being made a demon slave, committing fratricide, and having the sole responsibility of redeeming his kingdom ala Zuko. Manon fulfilled the prophecy and united her people, allowing them the chance to return home for the first time in 500 years. All it took was losing the Thirteen, who would never see that dream come to life.
Nothing came without cost.
And while yes, Feyre deserved to be remade after her death saving Prythian, the amount of magic she wields is the issue. Nesta having so much magic made sense given she stole most of it; we have yet to really see how much is left. But where’s the balance if Feysand does end up HK/HQ, or Nyx does. What have they given up that makes them more worthy to rule the entirety of Prythian than literally any other character? Because I can argue that they’ve lost a lot lesser. Whatever rights feysand believes they have is no more than a lot of other characters.
And the bloodline of Theia? Yeah, I’m pretty sure the important ones are her female descendants, like Bryce. And Bryce gave Gwydion to Nesta for a reason. If SJM wanted me to believe Feysand was the best choice, she should’ve made Nyx be born full Illyrian. Or better yet, mostly High Fae but with no magic. That would’ve been a much more interesting story to follow, given that Nyx might not be the next inheritor of the Night Court. And what it would mean for the Hewn City. She’ll never do it of course, but it would be fun.

Mutually beneficial
Hi! I'm back with another Tamsand fic. I've had parts of this written forever and was finally motivated to finish it. It's basically pure smut lol.
Tw for dub con and mentions of what happened to Clare and Feyre utm (This is set on the first day Feyre goes there so no mentions of trials or what Rhys did to her). I hope you like it! Let me know what you think.
Mutually beneficial
https://archiveofourown.org/works/67349614
Summary: Rhysand pays Tamlin a visit after Feyre comes to rescue him utm. What price will Tamlin pay for someone to check up on her?
Preview below or read on ao3 :
Tamlin lay in the bed in his “private” chambers. If you can call this small room a chamber at all and not just a cell with a bed. That’s how it felt at least. He shouldn’t be complaining, he’s lucky that Amarantha let him off his leash to have some time alone after the atrocities he witnessed today.Feyre came back. She came for him. It was both the best thing and the worst thing to happen to him…at least for a very long time. He loved her. He hoped she loved him enough to be strong and beat the trials and set them free.
But he was also angry. Angry that sending her away didn’t protect her. That he had to witness Amarantha and the Attor beat Feyre to unconsciousness while he couldn’t do anything. Wouldn’t do anything. After what Amarantha had done to that poor Human girl- Claire- when he had objected….He wouldn’t have that done to Feyre. He just had to act like nothing affected him. Maybe he could send a signal to Lucien to find her and see how she’s doing. Would that be too risky? Surely Lucien, the fox that he is, can be discreet. It’s the only way, it’s not like he can read her mind like….Rhysand.
No, he would never help Tamlin. In fact the day he came to bring Tamlin to this hell seemed to be the happiest day of his life. Of course he would find pleasure in Tamlin’s suffering. The prick. No, Rhysand would never help him, he had to send Lucien and hope that he doesn’t get caught.
Lost in thought, he didn’t notice the dark shadows gathering in the corner until he heard a sultry voice “Sulking Tamlin? How unbecoming of a high lord”
Tamlin growled, shooting up out of bed just in time to see Rhysand step out of the darkness. He looked just like he did in the throne room. Put together and unbothered. It pissed Tamlin off.
“Leave.”
Rhysand pouted “Already? I haven’t even gotten to ask how you’re doing after watching your little human be broken today.”
Flinching at the reminder of what happened to Feyre, Tamlin hissed “Don’t pretend to care about me or Feyre. You’re complicit if not the sole reason Amarantha even knows about her.”
Rhysand pressed a hand to his chest “Me? I didn’t force that foolish girl to come back and look for you. Amarantha thought that other girl was your human."
Tamlin grimaced at the thought of the other human girl, currently hung up on the wall as a cruel reminder “And you knew she wasn’t Feyre. Why did you tell Amarantha she was? You let that girl be tortured!”
“Would you have rather I say that it wasn’t the right girl and have them go hunting for the correct one? She never would have left here alive regardless, Tamlin.”
Tamlin sighed and sat down on the corner of the bed. He knew Rhysand was right, Amarantha would never have let Claire leave alive. “What do you want?”
“I have a proposition for you, old friend.” Rhysand said as he looked Tamlin up and down “One that can be mutually beneficial”
“I’m not making a deal with you, Rhysand.” Tamlin stated. He knew better than to make deals with the devil, especially when there was always a twist.
“Not even for your precious human? Come now Tamlin, you haven’t even heard my pitch” He said, leaning against the wall.
Sighing, Tamlin glared at Rhysand “Fine. What is it?”
Rhysand smirked “I know you are worried about her and wondering if she’s okay. I can help you with that. If you give me something that I want, I will go check on her. Make sure she’s okay and that Amarantha’s cronies are leaving her alone. What do you think?”
“What is it that you want?” Tamlin gestures to himself and around the room “She took what little remained of my powers and I clearly cannot go back to my home and get you anything.”
Rhysand grinned and walked closer to Tamlin, standing over him close enough that he had to look up at him “It’s a good thing that what I want is right here" He said as he reached out and picked a piece of lint off Tamlin’s shirt.
Tamlin furrowed his brows “I don’t understand. Me? What is it exactly you want from me?”
“Don’t be daft Tamlin. I want you. I want to fuck you.” Rhysand stated, casually like it wasn’t a big deal.
“What? No. Out of the question.” Tamlin snarled as he shot up off the bed and stepped away from Rhysand.
“Come on Tamlin. What’s a roll around the sheets between friends?” Rhysand purred, stepping closer to him.

Sad to see Heart of Gold finish 💛 it was such a good fluffy summer read. Just wondering with that complete and with JEL almost done being drafted, are you working on any other projects or planning on working on any projects in the future?
Omg yes! I’ve actually started drafting a story that everyone is going to hate. 😝 It’s the origin story of Amarantha. I want to try and get some of it done for SJM villain week, but I’m so excited about it. I’m reading Madeline Miller’s “Circe” right now and it’s making me think of Amarantha and how Jurian seduced and then crucified her sister… like… I dunno, that’s a bad ass (tragic, horrific, sadistic) villain origin story? It’s also so complex with how humans are enslaved, and seen as inferior?
I dislike how SJM polarizes places, families and even characters. Like: Clythia fell in love with Jurian, enough so to go against her beloved sister, her entire family and country, her army during a war. And then Jurian gets information from Clythia and after getting that info, proceeds to torture her brutally and crucifies her. But don’t worry. Everyone from Hybern was awful and evil and deserves whatever they get…?” I mean, Jurian is a great character in the series. Poor guy pays a big price. But I have a sister. And damn. I can’t imagine… like… probably gonna get hate mail for this… what would Feyre do, or Nesta, if someone did that to Elain? You know? I bet some of our most beloved heroes would turn villain over an act like that.
So that’s my next idea. It’s in the outline phase though. So I have no idea if it will be a one shot or multi-chapter. If multi, def not very long. I’m only writing pre-UTM. Thanks for asking!
Oh, I also have a CoN Azris idea that’s just a bunch of voice notes on my phone lol… but it’s an arranged marriage non-canon compliant one. And there’s a CoN fight club. I may bring Mithras back for that one… super early stages there.

10 B2B Customer Acquisition Hacks You’re Not Using
B2B buying has changed. Decision-makers now research independently, compare options silently, and expect value before engaging your sales team. Your customer acquisition strategy needs to reflect this reality. Here are 10 tactics we’ve seen deliver results—backed by data and real-world application.
Why This Matters Now
Modern B2B buyers involve 6-10 stakeholders, spend 45% of their journey researching solo, and prioritize vendors who educate—not pitch. If your customer acquisition process hasn’t adapted, you’re losing deals before you know they exist.
The Strategies
1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Precision Over Spray-and-Pray
ABM isn’t just a buzzword. It’s about focusing resources on high-value accounts with tailored campaigns.
Why it works: Companies using ABM see 208% higher revenue from marketing efforts.
Do this: Identify 20-50 dream accounts. Create content addressing their specific challenges. Align sales and marketing outreach timelines.
Pitfall to avoid: Don’t skip deep research. Generic messaging fails here.
2. Content That Nurtures (Without the Sales Pitch)
Forget promotional brochures. Buyers want actionable insights.
Effective examples:
Awareness stage: "Industry Trend Reports" (e.g., "2025 Supply Chain Risks")
Decision stage: "ROI Calculators" or vendor comparison templates
Key: Match content format to intent. Webinars for complex solutions; checklists for quick wins.
3. Product-Led Growth: Let Your Tool Sell Itself
Especially for SaaS: If prospects can experience value fast, conversion rates jump.
Tactics that work:
Free trials with guided onboarding (e.g., pre-set demo data)
Freemium models that solve one pain point exceptionally
Data point: Companies using PLG grow 2x faster than peers.
4. AI-Powered Personalization (Beyond "Hi [First Name]")
Use AI to analyze behavior, not just demographics.
Real application:
Send case studies when prospects visit pricing pages 3+ times
Trigger demo offers after they engage with specific feature content
Tool tip: Platforms like Mutiny or SixthDegree predict intent more accurately.
5. Strategic Partnerships: Multiply Your Reach
Partners extend your credibility and access.
Execution blueprint:
Identify complementary tools your customers already use (e.g., CRM integrations)
Co-create content (joint webinars, integration guides)
Track referrals with shared analytics
Result: Brands using partnerships reduce acquisition costs by 30%.
6. Optimize CAC with Surgical Precision
Rising acquisition costs demand ruthless efficiency.
Critical metrics:
CAC Payback Period (aim for <12 months)
LTV:CAC ratio (3:1 is healthy)
Fix leaks: Audit underperforming channels monthly. Kill what doesn’t deliver within 90 days.
7. Omnichannel Experience: Consistency is King
Buyers switch devices and channels. Your messaging shouldn’t stumble.
Must-dos:
Sync sales/marketing tech stacks (CRM + MAP + CDP)
Ensure pricing/content consistency across website, sales decks, and proposals
Red flag: If your LinkedIn ads promise something your homepage doesn’t, you lose trust.
8. Social Selling: Build Relationships, Not Pipelines
Decision-makers vet vendors on LinkedIn. Be present and valuable.
How top performers do it:
Share industry insights (not product specs)
Comment on prospects’ posts with thoughtful takes
Use Sales Navigator to track account moves (funding, leadership changes)
9. Referral Programs: Systematize Word-of-Mouth
Happy clients are your best salespeople—if you ask.
High-impact model:
Offer tiered rewards (e.g., $1K for qualified lead, $5K for closed deal)
Provide referral templates to make sharing effortless
Note: NPS scores >50 correlate with 2x more referrals.
10. Attribution That Reflects Reality
Last-click attribution lies in B2B. Track multi-touch journeys.
Solution: Weighted attribution models (e.g., 30% first touch, 40% mid-funnel, 30% closing)
Tool stack: LeadsRx, Ruler Analytics, or custom UTMs with CRM mapping.
Tailoring to B2B Customer Types
Customer Type
Acquisition Focus
Producers (e.g., manufacturers)
Prove reliability + ROI
Resellers (e.g., distributors)
Margin potential + demand
Government/Institutions
Compliance + bureaucratic fit
SMBs
Speed + ease of use
The Process: From Awareness to Close
Problem Recognition: Use SEO/content to surface pain points.
Information Search: Become a resource (guides, benchmarks).
Evaluation: Offer trials/consultations.
Decision: Simplify procurement (e.g., e-signatures).
Measuring What Matters
Track these monthly:
Leading indicators: Marketing-qualified accounts (MQAs), sales-accepted leads (SALs)
Lagging indicators: CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity
Golden metric: Revenue per lead (reveals true funnel health)
The Bottom Line
B2B acquisition isn’t about chasing every trend. It’s about:
Deeply understanding your buyer’s silent journey
Executing fewer strategies with excellence
Measuring relentlessly and killing what doesn’t work Start with ABM, content, and CAC optimization. Add channels only when these show consistent ROI.
Remember: No tactic replaces genuine expertise. Share real knowledge, not recycled takes. That’s how you build authority—and deals will follow.

How to Use Analytics to Measure Editing ROI
Why Measuring Editing ROI Matters in Real Estate
High-quality photo and video editing is an investment. But how do you know if it’s paying off? Tracking key analytics is the secret to understanding what editing ROI really looks like for real estate agents and brokerages. By monitoring engagement, clicks, and conversions, you can see which editing choices boost sales and which need refinement.
Key Metrics for Measuring Real Estate Editing ROI
1. Listing Views
What to Track: How many people are viewing your edited listings on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and social media.
Why It Matters: More views often mean better presentation and increased market exposure.
2. Click-Through Rates (CTR)
What to Track: The percentage of viewers who click from a listing image or video to request more info, schedule a tour, or visit your website.
Why It Matters: Higher CTR signals your photos and videos are compelling and motivating buyers to take action.
3. Conversions
What to Track: Actions like booked showings, offers, and signed contracts resulting from edited listing content.
Why It Matters: The ultimate proof of ROI—do your edits help close deals faster or at higher prices?
4. Engagement Metrics
What to Track: Likes, shares, comments, and watch times for video tours and walkthroughs.
Why It Matters: High engagement means your edits are resonating and building excitement among buyers.
How to Track and Analyze Editing Performance
Use MLS and Website Analytics: Most real estate platforms provide data on listing views, CTR, and time on page.
Social Media Insights: Track engagement metrics for edited photos and videos shared on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
UTM Codes and Landing Pages: Add trackable links to listing photos and videos so you can measure traffic and conversions driven by specific edits.
Compare Before and After: Review performance for listings before and after upgrading to professional editing (like that from Photo And Video Edits).
Why Photo And Video Edits Stands Out for Editing ROI
Photo And Video Edits (https://www.photoandvideoedits.com/) isn’t just about beautiful images—it’s about real, measurable results:

Proven Results: Clients consistently report more views, faster sales, and higher offer prices after upgrading their listing visuals.
Conclusion

Choosing Malaysia for a Computer Science Degree: What You Need to Know
If you're thinking about getting into tech, you’ve probably considered studying computer science. It’s one of those fields where curiosity meets practicality—where what you learn can actually turn into a job that pays the bills. Now, if Malaysia has crossed your mind as a study destination, you're not alone. It's becoming a popular place for students who want solid education without spending a fortune. Let's take a closer look at what it's like Studying Computer Science in Malaysia and why people are talking about it.
First off, cost is a big factor. Universities in Malaysia offer quality education at prices that are often much lower than schools in the US, UK, or Australia. That doesn’t mean you’re getting less—many Malaysian universities collaborate with international institutions and follow recognized global standards. English is widely used in lectures, textbooks, and assignments, so you don’t have to worry about learning a whole new language to get through your classes.
Malaysia has a mix of public and private universities, and both offer computer science programs. You’ll find courses that cover everything from software development and artificial intelligence to data analytics and cybersecurity. Some schools offer more theory-based programs, while others lean into practical work and internships. For example, a university might partner with local companies so students can get hands-on experience before they graduate. That kind of real-world exposure can make a big difference when you're job hunting later.
When it comes to daily life, studying in Malaysia is generally affordable. Food is cheap, public transport is available in most cities, and student accommodations range from campus dorms to apartments nearby. Cities like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru offer a mix of modern amenities and cultural experiences, which makes student life more interesting. There are malls, cafes, tech hubs, and co-working spaces where students often meet to work on group projects or just hang out.
It’s also worth noting that Malaysia is home to a diverse population. You’ll meet students from all over Asia, the Middle East, and even Africa. That kind of environment helps you grow not just academically but socially too. You learn how to work with people from different backgrounds, which is pretty useful if you plan on working in a global tech environment later on.
Of course, like anywhere else, it’s not perfect. The weather is hot and humid most of the year, which might take some getting used to. And while internet access is generally good, there can be occasional issues depending on where you live. Still, these are small trade-offs compared to the benefits, especially if you're looking for a practical and affordable path into tech.
In the end, Studying Computer Science in Malaysia can be a smart choice if you're looking for a balance between quality, affordability, and experience. It’s not just about sitting in a classroom—it’s about living in a place that’s changing fast and has space for people who want to be part of something growing. If you're open-minded and ready to put in the work, Malaysia might just be the place to start your journey into computer science.

Performance Matters: Upgrade Your Affiliate Tracking Strategy
Tumblr media
Affiliate marketing continues to be a powerhouse in the digital space. With the rise of influencer networks, content-driven purchases, and performance-based models, it’s clear: brands are investing more, and affiliates have more to gain—if they can track and optimize their campaigns effectively.
Yet, despite all the tools available in 2025, many affiliates still operate with partial data, missed opportunities, and under-optimized funnels. So how do you go from scattered numbers to consistent revenue growth? It starts with a performance mindset backed by structured tracking and smart optimization.
Start With Clear Goals
Before diving into tools or metrics, ask yourself what you're really trying to achieve. Is it more conversions, higher earnings per click, or better quality leads? Break your big goal into actionable components:
How much traffic do you need to hit that revenue target?
What kind of conversion rate do you need?
Are you focused on volume or value (like higher average order value or recurring sales)?
With those answers, you’ll know what numbers truly matter to your affiliate business—and what to ignore.
Choose the Right Tracking Tools
Affiliate success depends on reliable data. In 2025, it’s no longer enough to rely on cookie-based tracking alone. With ongoing changes in browser privacy, you need a robust stack that captures both client-side and server-side events.
Start by implementing basic tracking links using first-party data where possible. Then, layer in server-side tracking for reliability. Use UTM parameters consistently across all campaigns to understand where traffic is coming from.
More advanced marketers are now syncing affiliate click IDs with Google Analytics or CRM systems to get full-funnel visibility. This allows you to see not just if someone converted—but when, how, and through which piece of content.
Move Beyond Last-Click Attribution
The last-click model is fast becoming outdated. A customer might read a blog post today, see a product video tomorrow, and finally click on a promo email next week before purchasing. Should all the credit go to the last click?
Not really. Multi-touch attribution models are now more accessible, and they provide a more accurate picture of your funnel. Time-decay, linear, and even AI-based models can help you fairly credit every touchpoint. This also helps you invest more in content that assists—not just closes—the sale.
Track Micro-Conversions
Focusing only on end sales can hide valuable insights. Micro-conversions are small actions that indicate user interest and help you measure engagement long before a sale happens.
Look at behaviors like:
Add-to-cart actions
Downloading a free resource
Watching more than 75% of a product video
Clicking through to pricing pages
These signals show that your audience is engaged, and tracking them helps you tweak your funnel faster. For example, if a page drives lots of clicks but few sales, maybe the landing page or offer needs work.
Benchmark Against the Industry
Your metrics mean little without context. Is your 4% click-through rate good? Is your 5% refund rate high?
Compare your data to affiliate performance averages in your niche. If your numbers fall short, it's time to investigate. And if you're outperforming, consider scaling those strategies or formats across more platforms or verticals.
Earnings per click (EPC) is especially important—it shows how well your traffic monetizes and often reveals which content types are underperforming or overdelivering.
Fix What’s Breaking Your Funnel
Good tracking lets you isolate exactly where your funnel is leaking. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
Low CTR? Your calls to action or headlines might not be compelling enough. Try rewriting your buttons, anchor text, or content hooks.
High bounce rate on landing pages? There might be a disconnect between what you promised and what’s being shown.
Drop-off at checkout? Simplify the buying process or highlight trust signals like security badges and customer reviews.
High refund rates? Set clearer expectations in your content. Being transparent beats overpromising.
Once you identify weak points, test improvements with clear hypotheses and short feedback loops. Keep it scientific, not emotional.
Align With User Intent
Search engines in 2025 are more focused than ever on delivering helpful content. After Google’s recent updates, thin affiliate posts or generic roundups are rarely rewarded. If your content doesn’t satisfy the user’s intent, even the best tracking won’t save it.
Create content that goes deeper—real reviews, use cases, pros and cons, and updated information. Incorporate multimedia like screenshots or short-form video. And most importantly, write as someone who has actually used the product, not as a third-party observer.
Intent-aligned content doesn’t just rank better—it converts better.
Use First-Party Data to Personalize
Your email list is gold, especially in a world moving away from third-party cookies. Segment your audience based on behavior—what they click on, what they’ve purchased, and how frequently they engage.
Send targeted offers based on user behavior. For example, someone who downloaded a guide might respond better to an educational product than a hard-sell offer. Similarly, past buyers may be interested in upgrades or bundles.
And with AI-enhanced email platforms now predicting subject line success, you can automate and optimize your outreach faster than ever.
Don’t Sleep on New Channels
Affiliate marketing is no longer confined to blog posts and review sites. In 2025, some of the highest conversions are coming from new and unconventional formats.
Reels and TikToks: Quick product demos or day-in-the-life videos are perfect for affiliate links in bio.
Podcasts: Verbal recommendations paired with affiliate codes work well, especially for high-trust niches like wellness and finance.
Live commerce: Platforms like YouTube and Instagram now allow real-time shopping with affiliate integrations.
As these channels grow, make sure you track performance separately. Attribution may look different, but the opportunity is real.
Optimize and Upskill
Affiliate marketing isn’t passive income—it’s performance income. What worked last quarter may not work this quarter. That’s why continuous optimization and upskilling is non-negotiable.
If you want to level up your tracking, copywriting, and data analysis skills, enrolling in a digital marketing diploma in Bengaluru can offer hands-on training that teaches you how to think like a strategist, not just an executor.
Conclusion: It’s Time to Track Smarter
Affiliate marketing isn’t just about spreading links—it’s about building systems that grow. The affiliates who win in 2025 are not those who post the most, but those who track, analyze, and optimize the best.
As affiliate income becomes more competitive, especially in tech-driven cities, structured training has become essential. If you’re ready to turn your performance marketing into a profession, some of the digital marketing offline course in Bengaluru are helping learners move from side hustles to full-time success.

why your ads are bleeding money (and how to fix it) 💸
#performance-marketing #digital-marketing #ads #marketing-tips #business-growth
okay besties, we need to talk about something that's been keeping me up at night...
your ad campaigns are probably wasting SO much money right now and you don't even know it 😭
i've been managing ad budgets for the past 5 years (yeah, i'm that person who gets excited about spreadsheets and conversion rates) and i see the same mistakes EVERYWHERE.
so grab your favorite drink because we're about to dive into some real talk about performance marketing ☕
the tea: what actually is performance marketing? 🫖
performance marketing = you only pay when something actually happens
unlike traditional advertising where you pay for "exposure" (aka throwing money into the void), performance marketing is like:
pay per click
pay per conversion
pay per sale
pay per lead
basically, you're paying for RESULTS not just pretty pictures that nobody sees.
it's giving accountability energy and i'm here for it ✨
why everyone's ads are flopping rn 📉
1. the ios update that broke everything
remember when apple decided to mess with everyone's business model? yeah, ios 14.5 really said "privacy first" and now:
facebook can't track users as well
attribution is all wonky
everyone's roas looks terrible
marketers are crying into their laptops
2. rising ad costs everywhere
competition is FIERCE out there:
cpm went up like 📈
everyone's fighting for the same eyeballs
small businesses getting priced out
bigger budgets needed for same results
3. people are blind to basic ads now
we've all developed ad blindness because:
everyone looks the same
generic stock photos everywhere
boring copy that says nothing
zero personality or authenticity
the channels that actually work in 2025 🎯
google ads (the reliable bestie)
pros:
high intent traffic (people are literally searching for your stuff)
tons of data and optimization options
works for basically every business type
cons:
can get expensive fast
requires constant optimization
learning curve is steep
my hot tip: use performance max campaigns but don't just set it and forget it. feed it good data and creative assets.
meta ads (the drama queen)
pros:
incredible creative testing capabilities
massive audience reach
detailed targeting options (when they work)
cons:
attribution is messy post-ios
creative fatigue happens fast
algorithm changes monthly it seems
my hot tip: broad targeting + killer creative > detailed targeting + boring ads
tiktok ads (the new kid)
pros:
lower cpms than meta/google
younger audiences are here
creative formats are fun and engaging
cons:
limited targeting options
attribution tracking is rough
not great for all business types
my hot tip: if your audience is under 35, you NEED to be testing here
email marketing (the forgotten hero)
pros:
highest roi of any channel (seriously)
you own the audience
automation possibilities are endless
cons:
requires list building strategy
deliverability can be tricky
people think it's "old school"
my hot tip: if you're not collecting emails, you're leaving money on the table. period.
the metrics that actually matter 📊
forget vanity metrics, here's what to track:
roas (return on ad spend)
how much revenue per dollar spent
aim for 3:1 minimum for most businesses
higher ltv customers = can accept lower roas
cac (customer acquisition cost)
total cost to get one customer
include all costs, not just ad spend
should be way less than customer lifetime value
ltv (lifetime value)
how much a customer is worth over time
most businesses calculate this wrong
should be 3-5x higher than cac
conversion rate
percentage of people who actually buy
landing page optimization is key
small improvements = big revenue gains
my actual framework for not sucking at ads 🔥
step 1: get your tracking right
set up google analytics 4 properly
implement conversion tracking on all platforms
use utm parameters for everything
test your tracking before spending money
step 2: know your numbers
calculate real cac and ltv
understand your margins
set realistic roas targets
know your breakeven points
step 3: creative testing system
test one variable at a time
document everything
kill losing ads fast
scale winners aggressively
step 4: audience strategy
start broad, then narrow down
use first-party data when possible
create lookalike audiences from best customers
exclude existing customers (unless retargeting)
step 5: landing page optimization
match your ad to your landing page
mobile-first design always
clear value proposition
remove friction from checkout
the mistakes that are costing you money 💀
mistake #1: optimizing too early
algorithms need time to learn. stop touching everything after 2 days challenge.
mistake #2: focusing on the wrong metrics
clicks don't pay bills. focus on revenue and profit, not vanity metrics.
mistake #3: terrible creative
stop using stock photos. show real people using your product. tell actual stories.
mistake #4: ignoring mobile
70%+ of traffic is mobile. if your site sucks on mobile, your ads will fail.
mistake #5: not testing enough
if you're not testing, you're guessing. allocate 20% of budget to testing new things.
tools i actually use (and love) 🛠️
free tools:
google analytics 4 (tracking)
google tag manager (implementation)
facebook pixel helper (debugging)
google keyword planner (research)
paid tools:
triple whale (attribution)
klaviyo (email marketing)
hotjar (user behavior)
canva pro (creative design)
budget-friendly:
google ads editor (bulk changes)
facebook ads library (competitor research)
similar web (traffic analysis)
ahrefs (seo and competitor intel)
real talk: what's coming next 🔮
the cookieless future
third-party cookies are dying, so:
focus on first-party data collection
email lists become more valuable
creative quality matters more
contextual targeting makes a comeback
ai and automation
smart bidding is getting better
creative generation tools improving
predictive analytics becoming standard
human strategy still needed
privacy-first marketing
transparency builds trust
clear consent processes
value exchange for data
privacy-compliant tracking methods
my challenge for you 📝
pick ONE thing from this post and implement it this week:
□ fix your tracking setup □ calculate your real ltv and cac □ launch a creative test □ optimize your mobile experience □ start collecting emails □ analyze your best customers
seriously, don't just bookmark this and forget about it. take action.
the bottom line ✨
performance marketing isn't rocket science, but it's not "set it and forget it" either.
you need:
proper tracking and measurement
clear understanding of your numbers
systematic approach to testing
focus on long-term customer value
willingness to adapt and learn
most importantly: stop trying to hack your way to success. build systems, test constantly, and optimize based on data not feelings.
drop a comment if this helped you or if you have questions! always happy to talk shop about marketing stuff 💪
follow for more marketing real talk and occasional rants about why your website probably sucks
