London UndergroundMap

The designer of the London Underground Map is Harry beck where he took the original creation and made it more easier to look at. His rendition of the map was created in 1931 and his design is still prominent to-date.

The major reason of the change of the underground map is that it was too hard to read and the words were clustered to tightly together. They was also another change that instead of using the true layout of the underground map, Harry decided to use a more easier design that simplified overall layout of the underground map, which made it easier to read. You also didn’t need to know the actual geographical layout of the map and all lines were color coded correctly so knowing the actual layout isn’t much important.
