Jim’s unique magic is legit named “Ha Cha Cha”, I feel like he would be that full of himself to name his unique magic after his catchphrase. Said unique magic is the ability to shrink objects and people and trap them in magic balls. Now in my mind, he can release his foes from his magic balls easily, but they’d still be small. And they could also be potentially broken out of but like I said, the person that was stuck would still be small. He can only bring people back to their normal size if he says his incantation but opposite. (His normal incantation is the same as Mortimer’s song from the Superhero Episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. “I make big things little! And large things small! And when I’m done I’m gonna take it all! Ha Cha Cha!”).

Note: he is very much aware of how goofy his unique magic name sounds… His fragile ego can’t handle it being pointed out. Just pretend it’s a completely normal, cool sounding unique magic name. Also, I headcanon that the reason he built his glove for his magic gem… is because his stupidass kept losing the pen.

The convo was about an idea I had regarding possible limits with Maurice’s unique magic and what could possibly cancel it out. That gave me the idea of Billy’s unique magic potentially cancelling out Maurice’s unique magic. As TT2 put it himself, Billy’s unique magic changes himself while Maurice’s magic changes other people. Hence why I am leaning towards them cancelling each other out. Besides, to me it would fit Maurice’s flaw of not thinking his ideas through. Maurice is so up his own ass that the idea of someone potentially having a unique magic that could cancel his out is something he doesn’t even think about. He fully, legitimately, believes that his unique magic is comparable to Malleus’ magic, it is that bad. The idea of him utterly freaking the hell out once he sees Billy got out is so funny to me and in character for him. Because once he realizes that his plan is falling apart he himself falls apart 😂

He keeps Usagi with him when he captures them because in his mind… Usagi is the key to him getting more friends because he puts her on a high pedestal. Usagi is a prefect, some of the students respect them, they have friends who genuinely care about them… they have admirers. Keeping Usagi with him at all times means they can give him advice, he’ll finally be happy. And with the Nights Raven student body small, they’d have no choice but to respect him. Or at least that’s the logic his fucked up little mouse brain has. Maurice got some issues but I’ll explain that in a future rambling post I’m currently working on ; )

Also once he gets caught… I legit can see him pulling an “It’s just a prank bro”. Just him hoping for that slim… very slim chance he’ll be let off the hook. 💀

Oh by the way… Maurice is 6’8”. I think the reason I made him tall af is for the reason to just add potential reasons of why he has the massive ego that he does.

An Update to Usagi’s Overblot Design + Doodles

I made a recent addition to Usagi’s Overblot design.

Usagi now has wings! Also a paintbrush weapon.

With a new design also means new ideas for how their Overblot goes. I like thinking that in this universe, the Moon version of Twst, along with the sort of Overblot stones that Grim eats throughout the game, they also leave behind little shards, or maybe they’re shards left behind from when Grim ate them. Usagi collected them in order to study them, not necessarily for power but so they could understand them. Though as shown through the weapon they have a hand in their Overblot. Thus the heart gem, breaking it is what ultimately turns Usagi back to normal.

I have a couple of reasons why Usagi has wings now. One, it’s their way of sort of testing out the paint abilities, particularly its ability to create physical things.mNext has to do with themes. For context, since Usagi’s main downfall for his Overblot is their grief and her tendency to think about other’s problems over their own, what their plan is is to… create a paradise, using the paint ability, out of Night Raven College where no one can suffer anymore , and everything is all happy and peaceful,,, then use the thinner ability to trap everyone and NRC into stone so nothing can ruin or cause others suffering ever again…. Yeah. Usagi kind of gets god complexy during this so the wings gives them a bit of an angel motif. Thirdly, I like to think they represent Crowley in a way because he was actually the first person Usagi turns to stone 😭. According to them, “He would always worry about the silliest things. Leaving others in their suffering rather than performing doing his role as headmaster. He has no place in my paradise, he’s better off in the sidelines like he usually is.”

Now… as for this particular form.

I call this their disguise form because it’s what they take in order to give off a friendlier vibe to male it easier to convert others and convince them that their methods are ultimately for the better. They essentially used the paint ability on themselves. I also think that this represents how even though Usagi’s main downfall is at their lowest mentality… like in a deep collapse, they’re still trying to make it look like they’re okay. Now… for one of my favorite things I’ve ever made with Usagi.

This piece was a redraw from Eternal Sugar Cookie’s first meeting with Hollyberry Cookie. Eternally Sugar Cookie from Cookie Run Kingdom was a big influence on Usagi’s Overblot. The story behind this is that basically, the guys realize both Usagi and Grim have not been seen in a good bit. They also realize that Crowley has also gone missing. They send Ace and Deuce over to check on Usagi to see if they’re okay. It is when they don’t come back that the guys (I imagine primarily the lads who have previously Overblotted) go to Ramshackle as they think something has gone wrong, not knowing Usagi was responsible. They find Ramshackle has been turned into this heavenly paradise. They all then split up to try and find Usagi. When thinking about the main story and taking into account @twistedtummies2 ‘s stories Malleus, Billy, and Elias are (other than Ace and Deuce) the closest to Usagi (since they are this universe’s MC/Prefect). They’re the first to find Usagi and to realize that Usagi is the one who create the “paradise”. They also realize that she’s basically converted Ace and Deuce into accepting it using the paint, which is a play and sort of “evil” version of the paint mechanic where you can turn the enemies good. The corrupted Overblot version gives the paint the ability to mind control people and to put them in a state of “happiness”. I hope you guys enjoy the inclusion of the red spider lily’s knowing what they represent ; ). I had a lot of fun working on this.

Notes for this is that, I totally think that Elias had some grand speech in mind to say to what he thinks is holding Usagi hostage only for his brain to utterly short circuit when he sees Usagi in the state their in. Speaking of Eli, he’s the focus at least for this since the other reason Usagi wants to trap NRC in stone is to keep its memory and to have others remember it as this happy place… not taking in account that people would pay more attention to how it all of a sudden turned to stone and all the folks within it that are now eternally stone💀 Usagi knows that Elias wants to be remembered… this is their extreme fucked up Overblot way of making that come true. Lastly,… I love the cherub animals they are so cute 🥰

This is a redraw of a scene from Eternal Sugar Cookie’s gacha animation. Very heavy into the angel theme. I have my reasonings for why each wing highlight is colored the way they are ; )

You guys should know by now that I love my Madoka references 😜. I realized that if Usagi had dream visions of all the other Overblot’s… this would be no different . Though in this case it would be a collection of vague dreams that would all lead up to the reveal that Usagi was dreaming about themselves. This utterly destroys them mentally as to them it goes against everything they stood for in the past. I’ve mentioned in the past how Usagi sees themselves as selfish for displaying negative emotions so… this utterly fucks them up in the worst way possible. Take into account the idea that they would start isolating from the others because they believe that the guys would not believe or take seriously the fact that she dreamt about herself Overblotting… it’s the start of a mental spiral.

Another Madoka redraw. This would take place after the guys break the gem on Usagi’s brush… unfortunately the release from the Magic’s hold completely knocks Usagi out. The idea of this happening on a high place causing to him to fall while drifting in and out of consciousness has potential for lots of angst material. I’ll let the folks decide who saves her for now til I make up my own mind 😭

Usagi Overblot quote another thing they would say that their plan is essentially “keeping what they have left”. Turning everything to stone means everything stays the same. No more suffering and everything can stay happy and fun at least in memory… because Usagi knows first hand how easily that can be taken away. How that “perfect fairy tale life” can instantly be ripped away at the drop of a hat. Grief is a core aspect of her Overblot.

I imagine the Eli goes to check on Usagi in the aftermath. Usagi trying their best to at least brighten up the mood… because they’re well aware of how utterly depressing their backstory and human world memories are… they immediately break down in tears after saying this : (

And finally… stone Crowley… he had it coming, he had it coming. He only had himself to blame. If you’d have seen it, if you’d have been there. I betcha you would have done the same ; 3

…I did not intend for them to all have black hair but I think it’s funny. Of course we have the one and only Usagi. We got Jim.. who to be honest, I might change his age to be older (late twenties, maybe early thirties), because thinking more about his story… this mf in my opinion would not be in his early twenties. Maurice…. Anyways, Clancy’s hat was a nightmare to figure out but I think I like how it turned out. Also, new boi! His name is Jules Allis, based on Julius from the Runaway Brain short with a hint of Julius the Cat from the Alice Comedies.

He’s an experiment that escaped from his creator and would find his way to Night Raven College. I feel like while bunking at Ramshackle he was disguised in makeup around the others to look more “alive”, because Jules is absolutely terrified of being sent back to his creator. He’s overall a big cuddle gentle giant… with an equally big appetite, take that how you will ; )

I intentionally made front-facing Alex look uncanny because this man can’t human lol. Camille Dreadfox is based on Don Karnage from Talespin… I love him dearly. Camille is Hispanic (like meeee lol) , because that’s what his 2017 Ducktales iteration leaned towards, but like his Talespin counterpart, Camille’s got some French and Italian in him. He’s just as egotistical as Don Karnage… and as much as a goof as him too lol. He’s also got bushy ass eyebrows (He just like me fr 😭😭😭)

Cedar Goodwyn is based on Mr. Cedric from Sofia the First. He’s been held back and is put under a lot of stress by his family. To the point where he actually started getting grey hairs. Like this man is 20 yet he looks like he’s 40 😭. He’s a lot more cocky than he lets on and being put in Diasomnia was his worst nightmare incarnate. (Because yes put the one who messes up his spells frequently in the same dorm as one of the most powerful mages 💀💀💀)

Reynard Raposa’s based on Foxy Loxy from the 2005 Chicken Little…. Yes really. It was a part of my life growing up and it’s a guilty pleasure movie of mine. Reynard being sorted into Pomefiore is a play on Foxy Loxy’s fate in the movie. Plus I thought it’d be super funny if Reynard was the type to constantly get on Vil’s nerves since he (Reynard) is not afraid to openly show a slight rebellion to Pomefiore’s ways. Him being a more chill, nice bully came from Foxy Loxy’s promotional video, how Foxy feels about Chicken Little is the same as how Reynard feels toward Usagi/The MC. To quote one of her lines but to fit Reynard “Bless their heart they’re such a loser that you just love em, okay? It’s a big zero but I put a one ahead of it so I give em a ten~” Like, he’ll tease you but it’s all in good fun and he won’t really go too far with it. Also… don’t talk to him about his braces.

Nakoda’s always fun to draw, and now I think I’ve finally settled on how I draw his face scales. Billy is also, as usual, a joy to draw. Elias… I’ve drawn him so many times that I can do it in my sleep 😂. The perks of being the favorite. I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO DRAW RENO’S HAIR HOLY SHIT 😭🎊 I am not kidding, that’s how not used to drawing short hair I am 💀 James is finally in something normal for once since the two times I’ve featured him was for a meme and a shitpost 😭. Now he can look like his regular handsome self. Smitty is adorable and I care him very much ^^. Maelstrom was a character where I felt intimidated to draw him but slowly got the hand of. I think it was the hair but it was mostly the combed back bangs or whatever that style’s called. Theodore is another case where the two times I’ve drawn him… were for silly stuff 😭, figured to draw him in his natural glory before he curses my ass lol…. Grit… that look I drew him with, idk how I pulled it off but I really like it

4. I was originally gonna do all of your Twisted ocs… but I need to at least try to sleep it’s like 3 AM 😭. Plus to me it’d be poetic for me since these four were the characters that were the most developed and I grew the most familiar with when I first discovered your page. With this I added how I drew their eyes… since I’m trying to practice with eye style variety. Technical details:

Nakoda: I’ve actually doodled him once in one of my sketchbooks before. And he was actually fairly easy to draw, I’ve had ocs that had similar hair to him before. And… I have plenty of ocs who are just as flirtatious as he is and have made the exact look I drew him with 😂

Billy: Other than Elias… he was the easiest to draw and figure out how he’d work in my style. I was at first worried about his hair since it was my first time drawing his kind of hairstyle and I’m not that used to drawing short hair. But it actually worked out. It also helped that he’s similar to one of my own giant ocs in terms of personality. Fun fact, to the point where I almost thought he had freckles… which is a trait on my oc… but he doesn’t so… 👌

Elias: Is it obvious who my favorite is 😭

Reno: ……I’m just gonna say it. His hair SUCKED to draw 😭😂 I don’t know if it’s because I’m tired… the heat was getting to me.. or what… but his hair was not working out. Like with Billy I’ve at least drawn hair similar to his in the past… with Reno it was like the first time I’ve ever drawn that hairstyle in general. Even now I’m still not that happy with it… even in the first doodle. Like bruh I just 🥲I know that’s probably just me being over critical of myself since this does count as fanart of someone’s ocs, not just that, but someone who I admire the work of, believe me my years of participating in Art Fight has familiarized me with that feeling but just….. don’t be an artist guys 😭/j. Maybe when I do the others I’ll redo him.

Don’t know who’s next to her… could be any of the pred lads… Insert “Twisted Wonderland isn’t an Otome Game” joke here. Though I do think this could be an interesting Vore concept… being so hot and just done that even the idea of being in a warm stomach is just… “bruh can you not?” 😂. Btw… this is how Usagi acts when their in one of her moods… a lot more snappy, sarcastic, and blunt with their wording…. I wish your bois good luck with that. Also fact about Usagi is that they literally have trouble finding pjs their size since she’s a frail little thing.

Also fair warning to all the Vore enthusiasts.. it’s not necessarily a big kink for me, hell it’s why safe Vore is in the neutral section of my pinned post so in turn….. I don’t take it seriously. I very much make a lot more jokes and memes involving it.

Doodle Dump: Watts Madworx

My lad based on the Mad Doctor. The sixth member of the Ramshackle dorm (Usagi and Grim count as one member lol). He’s the absolute definition of a mad scientist. Some folks are friends with them. Others are absolutely terrified of him. Now here’s a doodle dump of the madlad themself.

One of their main quirks is that he has a deep fascination with the non-human mages that attend Night Raven College. This includes the beastmen, the merfolk, the giants, the faes, etc. Due to being isolated for so long, he has never come into contact with any other mages other than their family. Thus one of his main goals is to conduct his own experiments at NRC and to a certain extent RSA. He’s also got a severe case of cuteness aggression, as well as odds ways of expressing their love and friendship. Basically to Watts “I want to dissect your brain” and “I want to cut you open” is their way of saying “I want to get to know you better”. “I want to live in your skin” is “I love you” to them 💀. For the most part they mean well and just want to be friends with everyone despite most of his words coming off as threats 😭.

One hobby of his is that they love to modify stuffed animals in order to fit their own vision. He would never experiment on live animals as that would be too much for him. According to him, it would be cruel and unusual to experiment on those who cannot give say into whether or not they want to be part of it. Basically if you tell him that you don’t want to be a part of their experiment, they’ll usually respect that. Of course this plush is a reference to the Mad Doctor’s debut short, just a more morbidly adorable version. Though with that said…

He has asked Jack, Elias, and Beck if they ever wanted to be a part of an actual experiment like that. (Though lord knows where Watts would find a chicken beastman)… the answer was a unanimous no.

One of the inspirations for Watts’ personality was Hange from Attack on Titan. And I feel like he’d have the same excitement when seeing giants like Gareth and Billy. On another note, I feel like Billy would be the only one immune to Watts’ experiential ask attempts. To Watts he’s too adorable to be experimented on 💀. Though Billy is not immune to the cuteness aggression comments from him.

This leads to where Watts lands when talking about core scale. To me, Watts would be a perfect prey… under different circumstances. He’s a willing prey, but in terms of if the predator is okay with being literally dissected from the inside. Add to the fact that Watts never leaves the dorm without a scalpel or one of their tools, to eat him would absolutely be a pred’s biggest mistake. This leads to most of the pred students to be absolutely terrified of Watts despite him literally begging to be eaten. It is just not worth the risk to them 😭

Cue the funny chase sequence. This doodle I honestly do want to turn into a full piece. That way I can draw some lads that he’d be chasing. So cute yet oh so terrifying… don’t ask where they got the bone saw.

One another note… Watts is transmasc and goes by he/they. I don’t exactly know how hrt would work in this world or if it would be like a potion one would take to change one’s gender permanently since that’s normally a thing within fantasy settings, I personally go with the latter. But either way, Watts did their own top surgery even before finding out potions were available. I think that one of things he wanted to used their inventions for was to improve their life… that includes looking more masculine. He does make other kinds of inventions and robots though. But either way, now he’s got some scars and the pride of saying they did their own top surgery. Usagi certainly thinks it’s cool at least.

One of Watts’ best friends outside of Ramshackle is Rook…. Chernabog help all the students. If you’re vigilant enough you’ll be able to tell and see the both of them spying on the other students ^^

And that’s the end of another doodle dump. I’m really happy with Watts and can’t wait to do more with them in the future. For our last doodle. Finger guns. Watts is fairly chill once you get past his eccentricities.

So to distract myself from…. recent irl events…. Here’s another doodle dump featuring Usagi and the ocs of @twistedtummies2 . Imma be real… it’s been a shitty week. From college to…. Whatever that was… I’ve just honestly been feeling mentally drained rn. But doodling helps me calm down as well as TT2’s ocs. Expect a lot more doodles here in the future. Two doodles I made during midterm week. Also the week I realized Usagi was also partially a vent oc for me. Take that as you will.

And finally we starting a design for Overblot!Usagi. It appears that those feelings of inadequacy and being forgotten got too much for our poor Ramshackle Prefect. I may still need time to come up with an actual idea for what leads them to Overblot. Their design I plan to be based on that of concept art for when Oswald was the planned villain for Epic Mickey other than the Blot, a trolley conductor uniform in reference to Trolley Troubles on of Oswald’s first shorts, and possibly have imagery from the other overblots. Also besides their head and clothes… her entire body is covered in blot. As for abilities, one idea that I think could be interesting is them being able to detach and reattach body parts like Oswald has done in the past. Think that could be some nice nightmare fuel 😂. Another idea is implementing the paint and thinner in some way… but the idea is that they can create a large amount of thinner to create a wave and when touch by said thinner, the person turns to a statue…. a little nod to what happens to Ortensia in the first game. The paint has the abilities to create physical illusions, more specifically clones, similar to Lapis Lazuli’s copy of the gems to fight in the Ocean Gem episodes or Neo’s semblance ability from Rwby, specifically season 9. It would be a reference to the animatronics of Mickey’s friends, once again from Epic Mickey. Their smile I do like thinking is a reference to how the characters smile in stuff like the title cards or even the mascot suit…. But the more depressing reason is that Usagi at this point has officially snapped and is at that point of no return. It’s the whole smile through the pain kind of thing. To add up they’re a human so their blot form is on the brink of collapse at any moment. They are both figuratively and literally straining to hold themselves together. If the thinner ability idea goes through (in my mind) to Usagi… staues can last for a long time, they can be used to represent someone’s life, their memory. I might go more in depth with it once I finish the design… but yeah it’s gonna get heavy.

So I’m a Twisted Wonderland fan. This is my mc character.

Usagi “Yuu” Yoshinari

They don’t recall much of their past life. All they remember is that their father was dead they had simply ran away from their neglectful step mother. Next thing they knew they woke up in a coffin at Nights Raven. They’re the prefect of Ramshackle dorm. Her favorite thing to do when not dealing with overblots or keeping Grim, Ace, and Duece in line, is painting. Most notably portraits. Seems to have good luck, or at least that’s what some say to explain how they survive the insanity that goes on at Nights Raven. Despite his cheeky demeanor, deep down they hold a lot of insecurities and self doubt, as well as resentment towards feeling unappreciated for everything she does for the others and Crowley, but they push through it in order to make those around them happy. She feels that caring about their own needs is selfish. Their favorite animal, obviously, is rabbits.

Angst… this is legit just Usagi Angst. Particularly revolving around the aftermath of their overblotting.

First these two sketches which encapsulates Usagi’s mindset when in their Overblot. Some of those things I don’t know if I want to go into right now because… it gets dark and extremely depressing. As well as the fact that as I believe I’ve mentioned in a past post, a lot of Usagi’s inner turmoil is based on my own mental struggles in my high school years. Without getting too into it, just know that my mental health was at an all time low, my mind went to some dark places, and it was during a time where I could not afford counseling. That and Usagi and I have the same problem of letting the negative things pile up and pretending everything’s fine for the sake of not worrying others.

I’m currently at that stage where I’m fleshing out Usagi’s background a bit more because I do not want it to come across as just me venting and because Usagi is not a self insert. The mental struggle stuff and them being an artist is real, everything else isn’t. So overtime I hope to eventually find that balance. But until then, we got ideas.

So with that said

Notes:

- It’s pretty obvious now that I love using Madoka related poses for references. Like when it comes to its themes surrounding grief, I think they match Usagi pretty well.

- One thing they would mention in their flashback is that whenever the Nights Raven guys would threaten or insult them they would mostly take it in stride…. because it wasn’t anything they haven’t heard before. Both from their human world classmates and their own stepmother. The saddest part being that they’ve actually been told and called worse from those people. I think it would horrify some of the guys that no amount of insults or vore threats would ever compare to what they’ve heard in the past.

- Usagi has been through so much shit in the past that they cannot comprehend how people are nice to them. Like in Book 1 when Ace punches Riddle after insulting Usagi (mc in game), they were legit shocked… because those kinds of comments were normalized to them.

- They’re bleeding from their mouth and nose because I believe that a human going through Overblot would take a massive toll on their body. Usagi has survived many things but this is the thing that almost kills them. Like I imagine they don’t wake up immediately after the flashback stuff like the others have. It legitimately makes the others believe that they died but then they wake up (maybe through the power of love or something).

- Usagi in their flashbacks sharing one last moment with their father it’s just… I legit started crying when making that one hah…. I’m not joking

Extra note I forgot:

- I always imagine that Usagi loses the heart hairclip they always wear after they overblotted but one of the guys managed to save it. Doesn’t change have after Usagi turns back to normal they legitimately freak out because they think they lost it for good. That hairclip is one of the last things they got from their dad before he passed away. So anything happening to it would be devastating to them.

In conclusion

Usagi for as much cute stuff as I draw them in, is a very tragic character, and is definitely one of my twst ocs with the most tragic backstory…. There are others but we’ll get there when we get there.

Anyways, this is the concert hall of Tomodachi Life. When your mii levels up, you have the choice of giving them a song out of eight different genres. You can edit the premade song and of course no filter... more insanity.

The song genres are in order: Metal, Rock, Ballad, Techno, Pop, Rap, Opera, and Musical.

I typed in a lot of the songs while also utilizing the premade lyrics the game gave. It was a lot more fun that way...

Yes that's @twistedtummies2 ocs as some of the backup dancers, they honestly made this even better. Even if I was stuck in a giggling fit while I was recording the videos and editing lol.

I wonder how much money/food Usagi had to pay in order for the guys to be their backup dancers 😂😂😂😂... especially with some of the outfits the game forces them to wear💀

Of course, when I'm recording Elias makes his appearance for the Musical song performance XD

Honestly the process of editing the songs was just me turning my brain off lol. Usagi is fairly unhinged and silly themselves and the fact they have the in-game mc's menace energy at times doesn't help lol.

Now will this be the final part?... Maybe not, I did install a mod on it recently. But that I want to wait until maybe next year to release. Do want to post art on here.
