#16: Al-Andalus (Continued)

Here we have the next portion of the Al-Andalus neighborhood. The first portion was posted as my 7th sheet. In this sheet we have many things. Parks, highways, large roads, winding streets, grid-like streets, etc. What we also have here is a small "ancient" Muslim village that was incorporated into the main city. In the top left corner/northwest corner we have a large mosque and large souq (market). I tried to fashion the area after ancient Muslim villages and towns in Iberia (Spain/Portugal). There's also a Saray or hotel close by for those traveling through.

Most streets here are named after places in Muslim Iberia and Italy. We have:

Indeed, despite Marshall's ridiculous grandstanding during the "trial" of the Mickeys and Nasha, his torture of Zoco while in full dress uniform and so on, the only one actually recording any of that, to the best of my recollection, is an incipient mutineer doing so surreptitiously.
